If you do it correctly you will note that values do fit, yet I've noticed distant targets do contradict it, as if they have been "stretched" into the scenery from behind the curve. Such is the strangeness of the flat earth phenomena.My equation for the look down angle based on globe model is Angle = atan( (h/R + 1 - cos(th)) / sin(th) ) If we use the lake george and coast as a reference, refraction has already affected the measurements, so it is best to use a reference at steeper angles. Will it hold up?This is how it works: I align the telescopes optical axis to the same distant target from a few locations varying in horizontal distance from the target by slightly over 1 mile. The target is a tower at 54 miles average distance. The elevation angle of the optical axis of the telescope is measured with a high accuracy inclinometer. The experiment is designed and the locations chosen to produce results outside the measurement error bounds. Gravity is a vector field, meaning it has a magnitude and direction. Here we try to measure and determine if the gravity vector direction is changing with distance, because the current theory says that it should, it diverges away from the center of the planet.

It's as if you see the flat image and somewhat of the surface at the same time (horrible ghosting) On my screen it has absolutely no ghosting !!!]Requires red - cyan glasses. Watch the Moon surface features close up and witness its almost translucent appearance. The two images that form the stereo image were taken with a Celestron NextStar 8SC telescope during the full moon in August and September 2017 from a dark sky site in the desert of California. The moon photo resolution is 24 MP and a field flattener/focus reducer was attached. The background galaxy image was obtained from NASA and processing was done in Photoshop.

Photos were taken on New Years Day, 2019, a very clear day, but in the visible spectrum the Mountain was not visible, only in infrared (830 nm near infrared). Make sure you watch my other video. The location of the images for the 3D compositiion is approximate, I walked around quite a bit very excited and forgot exactly where I was precisely. I wish I had a camera with GPS tagging on the images.

Baja is clearly visible from around Tucson and Phoenix Arizona aboard a flight from Los Angeles CA to Houston TX filmed in infrared with a Sony ax53 camcorder and 950nm long pass filter. As my other videos show, infrared lets us see very far, in fact too far for a globe. The earth appears FLAT![edit: Some are wondering where the plane is at so here was a comment I made to someone: These are the coordinates: when we see the Colorado river we are at about here: [33.23606,-114.27689], after 20 minutes of flight (based on the time stamp of the clips) with the plane typically flying at about 560mph eastward (it flies slower relative to ground when going west) we move about 190 miles during this time thus placing the plane at about [32.93827,-110.99515] north of Tucson. ]
