Bookish Bites | Orange Infused Tempeh, Cabbage, and Broccoli Tray Bake

AJ Dunn 2023-04-22 | This tray bake is a recipe from Malin at Good Eatings. I love orange and tempeh, so I really wanted to try it out. I think it was successful, though I had to make a couple substitutions to the recipe. I served mine with brown rice.

Book Titles Poem Challenge Tag (Original)

AJ Dunn 2023-04-01 | Happy Poetry Month (April)! Let's celebrate with a tag challenge. Here's the premise:
Create a poem using book titles. It can be as short or long as you want, as challenging or as simple as you want to make it, can rhyme or not. BUT! There are rules.

RULES OF THE CHALLENGE:
1. You MUST use at least two book titles.
2. You can use the following prepositions and conjunctions to join titles: a, an, and, on, in, to, the, if, but, with, for, by, of, & or.
3. You MUST show the book either physically or digitally on the screen, so we can see that it's a real book title.
