The area around the nail can be red, tender, swollen and bloody. If ingrown toenails become infected, you should see a doctor.The discovery of this little mechanical clip to end my ingrown toenails is too big not to share with others. I bought extra clips which I never needed and am now selling on eBay. Just search for "Straighten Ingrown Toenails and Relieve Pain" and you should find them. This totally worked for me.After using the clip, I learned I could keep my ingrown toenails away by cutting the nails straight across. Don't cut nails too short. You should cut each toenail so that it's even with the tip of your toe. After trimming, use a nail file to smooth the sharp corners of the toenail.Note: This video shows my big toenail after I used the clip. Toenail Straightening Spring Clip for Curved or Ingrown Toenails inventorr77 2013-01-28 | My wife found a toenail straightening clip on eBay about six months ago and insisted that I upload this brief video to help other people that suffer from painful curved or ingrown toenails like I did. Search for "Straighten Ingrown Toenails and Relieve Pain"Fortunately for me my ingrown nail is long gone, but the video just shows what product worked for me and and how easy it is to clip this thing on the nail. This clip will allow the nail to grow normally without digging into your skin. From now on when I clip my toes, I clip them in a straight line so that the ends of your toe nails extend beyond the skin on the side of the nail. I had an ingrown nail on my big toe and it hurt just to look at it. My nail is now re-trained to grow straight and flat and I haven't needed to use it again since. Its easy to take on and off and you can bend the metal to the curve shape you need. I also tried a flexible carbon fiber kind of toenail brace like NailEase or CurveCorrect that you glue on top of the nail but it would not stay on. You also might want to check into those two products because they might work for you. The metal clip rarely fell off and if it did I just found it inside my sock and put it back on after getting out of the shower. Just use it gradually and bend it as needed to increase the spring pressure as you go. I looked for years and tried several different solutions and it was nearly impossible to find this clip anywhere. This metal clip was simple to use and most important of all it worked. If your ingrown toenail situation is too severe or painful you should get it under control first by a doctor and maybe then use the clip to retrain the curvature of the nail. In my case, the nail was dug in, inflamed and bleeding on one side only and I considered nail removal. I tried sliding a toothpick under the corner edge of the nail which provided relief but I couldn't walk around that way. I filed off a little thickness of the top surface of the nail (where polish would go) to make it thinner which allows it to straighten more easily. If your nails are brittle or cut too short you might not have enough room to clip this on. Using Oragel for a few days helped with temporary pain. How to get excess green slime liquid tire sealant back out of your tire inventorr77 2012-08-17 | I had a super small leak from a nail, so I put in the recommended amount of green "Slime" tire sealant (similar to "fix-a-flat") for a car (16oz) into my tire which sealed the leak, but also caused a significant wheel-hop (imbalance) at 65mph. It even warns about possible tire imbalance on the bottle, so it's probably supposed to be a temporary fix. This video shows how I got the liquid tire sealant back out again.Sure, I could have taken the tire to a garage to have them break the bead and remove the tire from the rim to get it out, but I didn't want any mess, and I wanted to do this on my terms, and on my time schedule, and at zero cost.I went to a hobby store and got a pack of very small brass tubing. The size I ended up using was 3/32" tubing. Leaned the tire at an angle overnight to let the sealant accumulate in one place. I drilled a small hole in the valve cap, filled the tire with air, removed the valve from the valve stem, and quickly inserted the tube and cap. I got half of the bottle of slime back out again. Not sure where the rest went because the tube started sucking air.Note: Don't try to vacuum the sealant out because it's hard to develop enough suction pressure. I know, I tried that first.

In at least four scenes, a white man, uses the words "little monkey" as a term of endearment for a young girl with a brace on her leg. The man refers to her as "little monkey" in a caring way. A bad move on rev. Joseph Lowery's part to dump on Cosell who was a huge proponent of Blacks and all people of color in sports.

Gas (Propane) Furnace Startup Sequence - Troubleshooting HVAC Educational Series inventorr77 2011-03-06 | This video clearly shows how a Gas (in this case an LP Propane model) furnace starts up. The same startup and timing sequence applies to a natural gas furnace. For reference purposes only: This is a Rheem "90 Plus" model which is about 15 years old.1. The process begins with the PVC vent stack exhaust blower coming on to push out any leftover gas in the vent stack. In a high efficiency furnace model, the vertical vent stack is made of PVC plastic and not metal.2. After about 15 seconds, the electric gas ignitor (glow plug) will turn on as seen by its bright red glow. This is extremely hot (over 1000 degrees) and could not even be measured by a laser temperature gun.3. After about 15 more seconds, the gas valve (which also contains the pilot switch and pressure regulator) "clicks" on and allows the gas to flow to the main gas burner "jets." The gas arrives at the rightmost burner first because it is closest to the source (main gas valve). Carefully watch the gas flame as it ignites and quickly travels from right to left. Each burner jet ignites its neighboring burner.4. Moments after ALL the gas burners are evenly lit, the main air blower that moves the heated air will come on to move the heated air into the house through the ductwork. The startup sequence is complete.Troubleshooting:1A. At times, especially at the begining of the heating season, the furnace may not light and follow this sequence reliably. One of the principal reasons for this is dirty gas "jets." The jets build up a very fine layer of residue from the gas or propane passing through them. They are usually made of brass with a small hole the size of a paperclip in them.2A. Another common problem is with a small "tripped" saftey switch that actually "smells" the the gas chamber and plenum area. Look for a small (normally round) button with one or two electrical wires leading to it. If you see a little "stem" protruding from it, press it and see if you hear a little "click."NOTE: After any changes or repairs are made to the furnace system or heatpump, it is often necessary to turn the furnace switch OFF and then back ON again. Trane HVAC XL14i - Fluctuating RPM of Variable-speed Motor Problem In Air Handler inventorr77 2010-01-11 | Fluctuating RPM of Variable-speed Motor Problem In Air Handler - This creates CFM balance problems and an air rushing noise in the ductwork. The controller appears to be "hunting" for the proper speed signal to send the motor. This is a video of one of the heat vent registers with a piece of paper taped to the top so you can see the RPM and CFM airflow variations more clearly. This video was made three minutes prior to the heatpump cycling off. Timeline: 12:03 pm - Raised the temperature on the thermostat by 1 degree. 12:03pm - Fan starts out on low speed 12:04pm - Fan speed increases to a medium speed 12:12pm - Fan speed increases to a high speed 12:23pm - RPM FLUCTUATIONS BEGIN (last about 3 minutes) 12:26pm - Fan turns off The problem turned out to be a stray voltage in the 24VDC thermostat. The thermostat was replaced and the system is now operating normally. Good job guys!

Obscure early-morning cartoon series about a boys outer space rescue mission to Mars inventorr77 2009-08-24 | On DVD soon. Shown on TV stations in the 1950's and early 1960's. This was a rare and obscure classic early-morning cartoon series about a space rescue mission to Mars by a boy searching for his lost astronaut father with the help of the wise "Professor Nordheim" and a strange co-pilot named "Smitty the Navigator." The rocket spaceship named "Polaris" had a large clear front window where all the oncoming stars and asteroids and other planets could be seen. There was also a cool red blinking light with a beeping sound called the "Iridium Detector." First to air in 1958, it is rated by some as one of the #1 factual early space cartoons, because the writers used consultants from the United Stated Air Force (USAF) and the Hayden Planetarium Planetarium to encourage young children to develop an interest in space research and travel. Trivia collector's will want to know that the very first television airing of The Space Explorers feature film was shown in 1958 by Claude Kirchner on WOR-TV, Channel 9, in New York.
