Fort Boonsbourgh Kentucky Family Style Adventures 2024-06-22 | Fort Boonsbourgh was a highlight of our family trip. The whole place is well thought out. They start you off with an introductory video, so if you don't know anything about Daniel Boone is ok. Then you get to just explore! Several of the houses have historical actors who will tell you all about their roles in the community as candle maker, weaver, gun smith and more. The staff was so nice! We had a wonderful time!
FREE Zoo in Chicago Lincoln Park Family Style Adventures 2024-05-24 | Lincoln Park Zoo is free to visit and we had a great time! Surprisingly, the painted dogs were one of the highlights. 🐕 Not sure I've seen those before and they were very active. You can't beat a roaring lion though! 🦁So cool! Another highlight is meeting people from all around the world there. 🌍 we talked with people from Morocco and Poland but heard other languages as well. So cool!if you plan to travel to Chicago be sure to check it out!
