Declaration That Will Shake Science | Egon Cholakian

When it comes to nanoparticles, scientists still have very little accurate data on their atmospheric concentration, simply because modern instruments are not yet capable of detecting and distinguishing them reliably. According to preliminary estimates, the concentration of nanoplastic may be several orders of magnitude higher than that of microplastic—but reported values still range from thousands to millions of particles per cubic meter of air. We are quite literally stewing in a soup of plastic dust.
The process by which thermal energy once flowed from the Earth’s interior into the ocean, then into the atmosphere, and finally into space, used to function with clockwork precision. But now that process is disrupted. Even though the atmosphere has become less dense due to electromagnetic field weakening—which, in theory, should facilitate faster cooling—its temperature continues to rise. Energy that should have been radiated into space is now “trapped” within the atmosphere.
The buildup of charge in the atmosphere affects Earth’s electromagnetic field, which in turn influences the planet’s core. The elevated core temperature heats the magma, erodes the mantle, and generates magmatic countercurrents. This accelerates geophysical processes. The cycle closes in on itself—each process amplifies the next.
Thus, nanoplastic has become the factor disrupting the planet’s protective mechanisms—mechanisms that had functioned for millions of years. It accumulates vast amounts of energy in the atmosphere, obstructs its natural release into space, and causes that energy to circulate within Earth’s system, intensifying all adverse processes.
The observed trends indicate that the process of energy accumulation in the atmosphere is continuing to accelerate, with anomalies becoming more pronounced each year. Traditional meteorological forecasting models are no longer functioning under these new conditions. The exponential curve of cataclysms is steepening—each passing year brings increasingly extreme events.
And if we examine the data by individual regions, the graphs become even more revealing. In the Andean region (27 volcanoes) and East Africa (12 volcanoes), there has been a steady increase in activity, especially over the past 20 years. A marked rise in volcanic activity has also been observed in the Sunda-Banda Arc region (39 volcanoes) of Southeast Asia and in the Northwest Pacific region (56 volcanoes), particularly in recent years.
Without question, the most potent manifestation of magmatic activity is the Siberian magma plume, located in Russia, which I mention in every one of my addresses. This is a massive stream of superheated magma rising from the Earth’s interior toward the crust, spreading beneath the territory of Siberia and covering an area roughly the same size as the Australian continent.
The evolution of the Siberian mantle plume represents an immense source of thermal energy. The plume’s heat generates colossal convective flows within the mantle, which influence tectonic processes throughout the entire region.
Plastic particles act as a thermal insulating layer, obstructing normal heat exchange between the ocean and the atmosphere. In effect, the ocean is no longer “releasing” heat outward—it begins to retain it internally. This leads to the accumulation of thermal energy in ocean waters, alters evaporation patterns, and consequently increases the kinetic energy of atmospheric circulation. This process accelerates ocean heating and disrupts the planet’s natural cooling mechanisms.
The increase in energy within Earth’s atmosphere is expressed through both rising kinetic and potential energy. Kinetic energy in the atmosphere is directly related to the movement of air masses—it is the energy of winds, cyclones, hurricanes, and other dynamic systems. The faster the air moves, the greater the kinetic energy. Potential energy, in turn, is stored in the vertical position of air masses and in the latent heat associated with water’s phase transitions.
However, there is an alternative. In order to sustain air transportation, humanity will need to return to airship technology. This method of flight will remain viable far longer under changing atmospheric conditions.
If you recall our earlier forecasts and warnings, you will begin to grasp the true nature of the processes now unfolding.
To help you better understand what is currently happening on the planet, let me briefly remind you of the essence of these processes.
Earth’s atmosphere is an extraordinarily complex dynamic system in which energy is constantly accumulated, transformed, and released through a variety of physical mechanisms. The surge in extreme weather events observed over recent decades points to fundamental shifts in the atmosphere’s energy balance—it is now accumulating energy rather than releasing it.
The more people learn the truth—and the more widely it is shared—the faster the scientific community will be able to begin a real, not superficial, but truly effective search for solutions.
Today, I’ve tried to present this information as gently as possible—not to instill fear or confusion, but to foster understanding. This is not a time for fear. It is a time for action, for the sake of humanity and our shared future.
No one will be able to sit this out. By now, it’s become clear to all: the ALLATRA research group issued its warnings with full justification. The scientific models and frameworks that the global community has relied on for decades are steadily losing their relevance. They are no longer capable of explaining the unfolding reality. In contrast, the only model that has proven its validity amid this rapidly escalating crisis is the ALLATRA model—and that is now becoming evident to everyone. Its significance today cannot be overstated.
The catastrophic scenarios we warned about are no longer theoretical—they are beginning to unfold before our eyes. And these are not challenges for some distant future generation; they are challenges we ourselves must face.
The point is quite simple: to preserve our tomorrow, we must act today. People must understand the root causes of what is happening. They must know what lies ahead. And they must fully recognize what must be done—right now—if we are to have any chance of securing a future not only for generations to come, but for ourselves as well.
Life is worth fighting for.
Research published in June 2023 reveals that over the North Atlantic, the most severe instances of clear-air turbulence occurred 55% more frequently in 2020 than in 1979.
And yet, despite the steadily increasing frequency and intensity of turbulence, so-called experts continue to assure us that it is more of a nuisance than a serious safety concern. I quote from the BBC article: “But even if turbulence becomes more frequent and severe, experts say there’s no cause for concern.”
You now see and feel everything we tried to warn you about. And now, you understand and have seen with your own eyes: ALLATRA was right in its forecasts. And all the persecution, repression, and smear campaigns against ALLATRA were aimed at one thing: to prevent you from hearing us. To keep you from believing in the reality of the exponential rise in earthquakes, in the threat of the Siberian plume, and in the danger of nanoplastic.
If in the past you had only heard about these dangers, today you are becoming witnesses to their devastating consequences—and the fulfillment of our forecasts.
In the face of these existential threats, I hope you now understand what ALLATRA has truly been doing—and continues to do. Why its work is invaluable. What scale of problems ALLATRA scientists are tackling—having begun thirty years ago to study what science is only now beginning to confront. It is thanks to those decades of research that we already understand how to stabilize the climate. However, there is one absolute condition: without solving the problem of nanoplastic, no other measures will be sufficient.
All climate and geodynamic processes today have merged into a single, self-reinforcing mechanism—one that cannot be halted by outdated methods. It is moving in only one direction, and that direction is against humanity. That is why this crisis demands urgent, systemic, and decisive action.
However, if you believe that simply identifying the problem will cause the global scientific community to immediately begin solving it—you are mistaken. The experience of ALLATRA’s research makes this abundantly clear. You can see how difficult it is to break through the wall of silence, resistance, and even deliberate discrediting—simply for stepping beyond the conventional paradigms, even when acting solely in the interest of humanity and our collective future.
This is precisely why, now more than ever, mass public participation and widespread information outreach are essential. There must be a strong public demand for the allocation of grants and funding for nanoplastic research across the globe—with one overriding priority: to find a way to neutralize its electrostatic charge.
Now imagine introducing trillions of microscopic electrical magnets into this finely tuned system—free-floating in the air, clustering together to amplify their charge, and carried by moving air masses.
The number of these invisible plastic nanoparticles above our heads is already comparable to the number of stars we see in the night sky. And that is no exaggeration.
To help you grasp this, let me offer a simple analogy. Take a single microplastic particle five millimeters in diameter and break it down into nanoplastic particles one micrometer in size. You will get 125 billion nanoplastic particles from just that one microplastic fragment. That’s roughly equal to the number of known galaxies in the universe. And the surface area of these particles would be 5,000 times greater than that of the original five-millimeter particle. Why? Because when you divide one large sphere into countless smaller ones, the total volume remains unchanged, but the total surface area increases dramatically.
And every one of those 125 billion nanoplastic particles carries an electric charge on its surface, injecting chaos into the functioning of our atmosphere.
In late July 2025—just about two weeks ago—the BBC published an article titled “Why plane turbulence is becoming more frequent – and more severe.” The article highlights exactly what we at ALLATRA have long been warning the global public about. Unfortunately, many are only now beginning to grasp the reality of what we’ve been saying.
According to the BBC article, airline passengers are increasingly encountering a growing problem—more frequent and more intense turbulence during flights. Forecasts indicate that the frequency and duration of turbulence could double or even triple in the coming decades.
However, this explanation fails to account for a critical aspect—why aircraft, when caught in clear-air turbulence, can suddenly drop dozens of meters within seconds.
A striking example occurred on May 20, 2024, when a Boeing 777 operated by Singapore Airlines encountered sudden clear-air turbulence over Myanmar while en route from London to Singapore. The aircraft lost 178 feet (approximately 54 meters) of altitude in just 4.6 seconds. Passengers who were not wearing seatbelts were violently thrown into the ceiling and aisles. One person lost their life, marking the first fatality due to turbulence in the past 27 years.
Oh, what a bitter and shortsighted delusion that is! Turbulence—especially clear-air turbulence—is a very real cause for concern. And it is precisely the lack of understanding of its underlying mechanisms that leads to such reckless conclusions.
As early as April 2023—prior to the release of the aforementioned study on the rising trends in clear-air turbulence—ALLATRA, in collaboration with our partner project Creative Society, held a forum titled Global Crisis. There Is a Way Out. There, we publicly outlined the trends and projections for the intensification of this phenomenon. Moreover, we presented the specific mechanism by which dangerous episodes of clear-air turbulence occur—incidents that have, in fact, ended in aircraft crashes.
When this energy balance is disrupted, it produces unprecedented weather anomalies across the globe. And that is precisely what we are witnessing today. Precipitation is becoming extreme—entire annual norms fall within hours, appearing in historically arid regions, while droughts simultaneously intensify elsewhere. Tropical cyclones are explosively strengthening into record-breaking categories, far surpassing their historical counterparts in intensity.
Temperature anomalies linger over regions for unnatural lengths of time, creating extreme heat waves. We are seeing abrupt temperature fluctuations, winters with spring-like warmth, and paradoxical heat distribution—such as scorching temperatures above the Arctic Circle alongside anomalous cold farther south.
And as of now, only the ALLATRA scientific team has proposed a working concept. And its core is the search for a method to strip plastic of its ability to retain static charge. In other words, to eliminate the electret effect, which allows plastic particles to accumulate and hold electrical charge on their surfaces. If successful, plastic particles would lose their hazardous properties and become nothing more than inert dust.
You are already aware of how plastic in the ocean hinders the release of excess energy. But the situation in the atmosphere is even more alarming. The accumulation of microplastics and nanoplastics in both the ocean and the atmosphere is causing more and more energy to remain trapped within the Earth system, becoming the driving force behind the increasing frequency and intensity of natural disasters.
Destructive rainfall. These newly formed clouds retain more moisture, delaying the onset of precipitation. But when rain finally begins, it falls with far greater intensity, as an abnormal volume of moisture has had time to accumulate within the clouds. Moreover, research has shown that water droplets containing microplastics freeze at temperatures 4–10°C higher than clean droplets—that is, at lower altitudes. This leads to the formation of unusually large ice crystals and, consequently, to an increase in hailstone size.
And of course, anomalous thunderstorms. Elevated concentrations of charged aerosols intensify the electrification of clouds. We already have direct evidence: the increase in lightning strikes across the northwestern part of South America has been linked by scientists specifically to rising aerosol levels in the atmosphere.
And the most terrifying part is—this process is self-sustaining. It’s a perfect storm that has created a closed loop. Ocean warming accelerates the water evaporation. With the vapor, even more nanoplastic rises into the air. The atmosphere becomes even more charged. More energy gets trapped, further heating the ocean. We know that according to modeling data, for every degree of warming, air humidity increases by 7%, and lightning frequency rises by at least 12%. More heat, more moisture, more plastic in the air, more lightning—and so on, endlessly. With each turn, the spiral of this catastrophe tightens.
This means that the more micro- and nanoplastic in the system, the lower humanity’s chances of survival.
Today, the amount of micro- and nanoplastic in the atmosphere has reached astronomical levels. These are no longer isolated particles. They now constitute a new, permanent component of our atmosphere. Let me remind you that up to 25 million metric tons of plastic particles are transported each year over thousands of kilometers by sea air, ocean spray, snow, and fog—crossing countries, continents, and oceans. And this figure accounts only for the portion of plastic movement that current instruments can roughly detect.
Once exposed to ultraviolet radiation, these particles pose a dual threat: their surfaces become rougher, allowing them to accumulate heavy metals such as lead and mercury. But the core danger of this plastic lies not in its chemical toxicity but in its physics. Each of these trillions of particles functions as an electret.
Why have we seen such a sharp rise in atmospheric anomalies in recent years?
Why do so‑called experts keep trying to calm the public while dismissing an obvious threat?
What deep geophysical processes are destabilizing the planet’s balance? And what does this mean for the future of aviation, the climate, and life on Earth itself?
In his new address, Dr. Egon Cholakian answers these questions and more. He also reveals insights from 30 years of research by the international ALLATRA scientific team, explaining how cosmic, geodynamic, and environmental factors interconnect within a single framework of an escalating planetary crisis. Most importantly, Dr. Cholakian proposes a solution that could be humanity's last chance.

For example, Elena Kobeleva, Director of the Baikal Branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences, made a statement regarding a possible connection between the Kamchatka earthquake and solar activity. This is a textbook case of flawed causal reasoning that cannot withstand serious scientific scrutiny.
Kobeleva asserts: quote “We’re seeing increased activity with earthquakes—Turkey, Myanmar, now Kamchatka... I agree with many of my colleagues who associate this with rising solar activity.” end of quote However, this statement contains several fundamental misconceptions.
First of all, as recently as June 11, 2025, the press offices of the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics—both part of the same Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI and ISTP RAS)—announced that the peak of Solar Cycle 25 had already passed. In other words, solar activity is now in decline.
Yet Elena Kobeleva, Director of the Baikal Branch of the Unified Geophysical Service, either was unaware of this or chose to disregard the conclusions of her own colleagues. Thus, in commenting on the July 30 Kamchatka earthquake, she confidently cited “increasing solar activity” as a possible cause of the disaster.
So here we have the same Academy of Sciences, a difference of six weeks, and two diametrically opposed statements. On one hand, “activity is declining,” and on the other, “activity is increasing.” One might say the equation has an infinite number of solutions, so long as one isn’t constrained by the laws of logic.
I am continually astonished at how the Russian scientific community approaches its own reasoning in that classic, all-too-familiar Russian style of “eh, you know close enough.” One day it’s rising, the next it’s falling—as long as it sounds impressive and doesn’t invite any probing questions.
Nevertheless, based on the data available at the time, Mr. Danilov proposed the hypothesis that a strong earthquake could occur during that period in Japan's southern seismic zone. His forecast also included the note that if the event did not occur by July 15 in the southern part of the region, it would most likely shift along the edge of the lithospheric plate to the north, with a probable occurrence window extending into early August.
Subsequent events confirmed Mr. Danilov’s forecast. Since July 3rd, as Mr. Danilov had predicted, seismic activity in the Tokara Islands region has increased significantly, with numerous earthquakes of magnitude 5 and above, but no major earthquake has occurred.
However, on July 30, an earthquake with a magnitude of 8.7 to 8.8 was recorded in the Kamchatka region, closer to the northern part of the Japanese archipelago, near the Kuril Arc—which, incidentally, historically belonged to Japan. Despite the high degree of uncertainty and limited availability of initial data, Mr. Danilov’s calculation may be considered successful and accurate.
Moreover, the nature of volcanic eruptions is also about to change: magma will increasingly emerge from deeper magma chambers, resulting in a sharp increase in eruption power and destructive potential.
It is true that once the Kuril-Kamchatka margin of the plate rises significantly, volcanic activity may temporarily cease. But if that stage is reached, neither you nor I will be alive to witness it. Why? Because to reach such a state, the geodynamic and magmatic processes would have to escalate to such an extreme that humanity, by that point, would already have perished—wiped out by a cascade of mega-eruptions, devastating earthquakes, and giant tsunami waves.
I would also like to note that my esteemed colleague, Mr. Danilov, informed the ALLATRA scientific community in early June that he was working on a new experimental method for calculating the probabilities of major tectonic events. According to his preliminary calculations, a high-magnitude seismic event (8.0 through 9.0) could occur between July 3 and July 15, 2025, in the vicinity of Japan, primarily in the Tokara Islands region.
Seismic data analysis from 1990 to 2024 clearly reveals spikes in seismic activity along the perimeter of this block—across the Urals, the Baikal region, the Verkhoyansk Fold Belt, and most notably, in Kamchatka. This activity occurs in wave-like, pulsating bursts across different regions, resembling a gradual rocking of the plate from west to east and from north to south.
The enormous Siberian magma plume—a rising stream of superheated material from deep within the Earth—is actively exerting pressure on the lithosphere of Siberia. The head of this plume, measuring 1,200 to 1,500 kilometers (about 745 to 930 miles) in diameter, is located just south of the Gydan and Taymyr Peninsulas. The zone of magmatic flow dispersion spans up to 2,500 to 3,000 kilometers (roughly 1,550 to 1,860 miles), an area comparable in size to the entire continent of Australia. This colossal phenomenon affects not only the heart of Siberia.
How could the pressure from a massive magma plume in the center of Eurasia lead to an earthquake thousands of kilometers away—on its Pacific rim?
The mechanism is simple and as inexorable as the laws of physics. I would describe it as a hydraulic piston effect.
Imagine the Siberian plume as a piston, pressing upward with tremendous force against the lithosphere. But the Siberian Platform is an ancient, rigid, and monolithic structure. It does not bend or fracture in the middle. Instead, like a solid piece of armor, it transmits this immense stress across the entire Eurasian plate toward its outer edges.
It is precisely at those edges—where the plate collides with others—that this stress becomes concentrated. We call this the “edge effects of the plate.”
The magnitude 8.8 earthquake that struck Kamchatka represents a textbook example of an edge effect. The Siberian magma plume exerts pressure across the entire lithospheric plate, but it does not simply push it upward. The mechanism is far more intriguing: the plume gradually erodes the lithosphere from below, as if wearing it down, and softens the underlying asthenosphere.
It is crucial to understand that the influence of the plume does not result in sharp, localized deformations of the Earth’s crust at a single point. What we are observing is not catastrophic surface uplift, but rather a subtle, widespread elevation of the entire Siberian crustal block—a region that encompasses the West Siberian Plate, the East Siberian Craton, and the Verkhoyansk-Chukotka Fold Belt. It is precisely this large-scale, relatively slow process that generates immense stress along the edges of the continental block.
Particularly telling are the changes in earthquake depth. In the Kuril-Kamchatka region, anomalies in the distribution of earthquake depths point to increased mobility at the lithospheric plate junction—another direct consequence of the Siberian plume’s influence. The Kamchatka earthquake on July 30 is a direct result of this process.
The irony lies in the fact that the magnitude 6.0 earthquake on July 20—cited by Vinogradov—did not “relieve” the accumulated stress, as some scientists believed, but instead served as a precursor to a far more powerful event. So what actually happened? In truth, we are witnessing a classic manifestation of the pulsating nature of plume intrusion, in which seismic activity predictably intensifies around the perimeter of the affected zone, culminating in the plume’s eventual surface breakthrough.
The observed sequence of events is no coincidence; it is the predictable outcome of a global geodynamic process. The Siberian magma plume is gradually “rocking” the continental plate, generating pulsating spikes of seismic activity along its edges, including Kamchatka. We are, in effect, observing this process unfold in real time, and by its very nature, it is sure to lead to events of far greater catastrophic magnitude.
If no decisive action is taken in the coming years to relieve the pressure within the magma plume of Siberia through controlled degassing measures, then it can be stated with a high degree of certainty that within five years, earthquakes on the scale of the Kamchatka event—magnitude 8.8—will be occurring around the world at an average frequency of once per week.
On July 30, 2025, a magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck Kamchatka—one of the strongest seismic events in modern history.
Why remain silent? Because acknowledging the true causes would require a fundamental revision of current scientific models of geophysical processes and the integration of new interdisciplinary approaches. It would also necessitate a reevaluation of the academic and professional standing of those who loudly insist that “nothing unusual is happening” and that “the situation is under control.”
And to admit that genuine public and national safety demands serious financial investment would mean reshuffling spheres of influence—territories already comfortably divided among those who have secured their “comfort zones” and lined their pockets at the people’s expense.
They are unwilling to relinquish their cushy seats and well-stuffed wallets, so it is far easier to suppress the truth and persecute those who, out of concern for public safety, dare to sound the alarm about the looming threat.
This is precisely why ALLATRA was declared an extremist organization in Russia in June 2025. And this is why a law was passed in Russia prohibiting even the search for materials labeled as extremist. All of this was done for one reason only — so that you, dear friends, would never learn the true causes of the unfolding catastrophes, which will only continue to intensify.
Moreover, I will state plainly: this will not be the last catastrophic event to strike Russia this year.
One can continue, for a little while longer, to pretend that “everything is going according to plan.” One can persist in reassuring the public and concealing the real mechanisms behind what is happening. But the scale of the changes ahead is so grand that even the most comfortable strategies of silence will soon fail.
Because when the ground itself begins to shake beneath your feet, no “statement from Vinogradov” or declarations from any other so-called “heavyweights” of the Russian Academy of Sciences will be of any help.
Mr. Vinogradov claims that seismologists had been anticipating a major earthquake in Kamchatka since 2004 and that a magnitude 6.0 event occurred on July 20—just ten days before the disaster—which many scientists believed had released the built-up tension in the Kuril-Kamchatka zone.
Here, special attention must be paid to Mr. Vinogradov’s subtle rhetoric. He appears to shift responsibility by suggesting that it was others who believed that the July magnitude 6.0 quake had sufficiently “discharged” the region’s stress. And I quote:
“Well, that’s it, another major earthquake has occurred, the tension has been released, and nothing else like this will happen for at least another ten years.”
End quote. Formally, he distances himself from the claim, barely offering a personal position. Yet it is precisely his commentary that shapes the misleading perception—both in the public and among scientists—that the problem has already been resolved.
So Mr. Vinogradov’s actual “expertise” lies not so much in direct statements, but in the artful propagation of a reassuring narrative.
And the result speaks for itself: not even ten days later, on July 30, 2025, all leading seismic centers around the world recorded a devastating earthquake of the magnitude 8.7 to 8.8 in Kamchatka. This event not only disproved the “forecasts” of certain optimists but also once again demonstrated that such reassuring rhetoric is dangerous and fundamentally misleads the public.
Nature delivered a “surprise,” as Mr. Vinogradov puts it.
Yet behind this so-called surprise lies not mere chance, but a systematic process. What Vinogradov refers to as “accumulated stress” has a much more profound and far-reaching cause. This is not simply stress building up between two tectonic plates. This is stress driven by the pressure of the colossal Siberian magma plume against the entire Siberian lithospheric plate.
Perhaps even more important is this question: Will there be anyone left to prepare for and respond to these events? This is especially true considering that Russia today is a principal contributor to the planet’s global climate crisis—and that it is precisely in Russia that the experts and organizations raising critical questions about the real geodynamic and systemic causes are being systematically and aggressively pushed out.
Naturally, I return here to the persecution campaign unleashed against the ALLATRA International Public Movement—carried out in Russia in the most inhumane and brutal way.
One path is denial, disunity, and the willful disregard of facts in the name of political calm and economic gain. It is the path humanity has followed under the guidance of fools up until now. And it leads directly into the abyss—to the guaranteed collapse of global civilization under the weight of synchronized, escalating disasters around the world.
The other path is the path of elevated intelligence. The path of accepting inconvenient truth. The path of immediate, coordinated action.
We can no longer afford the luxury of decades-long academic debates behind closed doors while the world outside collapses. Science has already rendered its verdict. The next move belongs to humanity.
Remember this: Life is worth fighting for.
The earthquake generated tsunami waves that reached Japan, Hawaii, and the western coast of the United States. In Russia, localized flooding occurred, and evacuations were carried out in Severo-Kurilsk and the coastal areas of Kamchatka.
The earthquake generated tsunami waves that reached Japan, Hawaii, and the western coast of the United States. In Russia, localized flooding occurred, and evacuations were carried out in Severo-Kurilsk and the coastal areas of Kamchatka.
And this is precisely what we warned about. The strength and frequency of earthquakes will continue to rise because the planet has entered a phase of large-scale geodynamic transformation.
In this video address, I will explain why the 8.8 mega-earthquake occurred in Kamchatka, its true cause, and, most importantly, why this event is only one element of a far more dangerous process already unfolding across the entire globe.
The illusion of safety is the most dangerous self-deception of our time. A resident of Los Angeles, Istanbul, or Tokyo, reading the news about Kamchatka, might have thought, “That’s far away. That doesn’t concern me.” But that is a delusion. What happened in Kamchatka is not an isolated incident. It is a symptom. It is a clear and unmistakable signal that the global geodynamic system of our planet has entered a stage of active, catastrophic breakdown.
Dr. Cholakian also highlights a forecast made by his colleague, Mr. Danilov, who in early June 2025 predicted a powerful earthquake in early August north of the Japanese archipelago. This forecast was confirmed by the Kamchatka event, serving as strong evidence of the effectiveness of the innovative seismic forecasting method employed by Mr. Danilov.
The video includes excerpts from Egon Cholakian’s earlier public addresses, along with quotes from ALLATRA’s analytical reports. These materials demonstrate a clear correlation between the Kamchatka earthquake and the climate-geodynamic model previously outlined in the movement’s publications.
Dr. Cholakian also offers a critical assessment of the approaches used by some members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He argues that current official explanations based on the concept of "accumulated tectonic stress" or "solar activity" fail to fully account for the role of mantle plumes and other deep geodynamic processes. He stresses that relying solely on outdated theoretical models and the lack of full data transparency poses a serious challenge to accurately assessing and responding to potential threats.
Cholakian underscores that the ALLATRA movement, based on its interdisciplinary scientific model, had issued early warnings about such events and the potential worsening of geodynamic conditions in the region, and it is precisely for disseminating this information that the movement has faced repression within Russia.
In the final part of the address, Egon Cholakian calls on the global community to adopt a more conscious and science-based approach to evaluating geodynamic risks. He emphasizes that each of us faces a choice: to continue believing a comforting lie that leads inevitably to disaster or to find the courage to confront a harsh reality. It is a choice between ignorance and knowledge, complacency and responsibility.

On the one hand, this brings a measure of hope. But on the other—it reveals that, as a civilization, we have lost two critical decades. We could have stopped all of this back then. At that time, there was a clear path to countering the plastic threat.
I believe many of you remember the technology known as AWG—the atmospheric water generator—which once held the promise of purifying the air from contaminants, including plastic. It was an innovative beacon of hope—a technology that, if deployed globally, could have preserved the health and lives of billions and helped cleanse the planet.
But we missed that opportunity. In matters like these, the time factor is decisive.
It is essential to understand that ALLATRA scientists first proposed using AWG to purify oceanic waters more than twenty years ago, at a time when the concentration of microplastic in the atmosphere remained extremely low. Back then, implementing such technologies could have delivered tangible environmental benefits without posing serious risks to human health.
At that time, AWG could have been a lifeline. But today—given the elevated levels of nanoplastic in the atmosphere—it poses a danger.
Widespread deployment of AWG technology under current conditions could significantly increase the concentration of microplastic in the air. The operational mechanism of AWG involves the condensation of moisture from the atmosphere, which is then replenished through evaporation from ocean waters. Since those waters now contain high levels of micro- and nanoplastic, the moisture reintroduced into the atmosphere through this process carries with it microscopic plastic particles.
As a result, in regions where these technologies are implemented—including major metropolitan areas—the concentration of nanoplastic in inhaled air could reach the same levels currently observed in coastal zones. This creates a serious risk of elevating airborne nanoplastic levels, posing a direct threat to human health and life.
Inhaling nanoplastic contributes to its accumulation in the body, including the brain. This is a critical point.
Global contamination by micro- and nanoplastics continues to grow at an exponential rate—in water, in the atmosphere, and in our food supply. As a result, we inhale and ingest plastic with every breath we take and every sip we consume.
Microplastic has already been detected:
– in sea ice, rainwater, soil, and dust
– on agricultural lands
– in drinking water and food. It has been found even in products considered healthy: fruits, vegetables—even in salt
– in the atmosphere—even in the Alpine mountains, the tundra, and polar snowcaps
– in the bodies of 1,300 animal species, including apex predators
– and, most disturbingly, every organ of the human body.
The creation of this report was, in many ways, inspired by the blessing His Holiness Pope Francis bestowed upon ALLATRA in 2024.
I also wish to inform all people of sound mind that the President of ALLATRA, Maryna Ovtsynova—along with her work and the work of ALLATRA—has once again been highly recognized by the Vatican. His Holiness Pope Leo XIV has granted an Apostolic Blessing, which extends to Ms. Ovtsynova, her loved ones, and all the volunteers of ALLATRA.
I extend my deepest gratitude to both our Vatican family of supporters, and to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV – for their acknowledgement of the work undertaken by ALLATRA on behalf of all humanity!
I would like to emphasize that this report is the result of a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis encompassing the ecological, climatic, medical, physical, and chemical dimensions of the destructive influence that micro- and nanoplastic exerts on the biosphere and human health.
This is the central trap of our civilization. We created plastic to last forever—yet we failed to consider that that “forever” would one day actually arrive.
In the atmosphere, charged nanoplastic acts as a condensation nucleus, accelerating cloud formation and causing droplets to freeze at temperatures 4 to 10°C higher than usual. This leads to abnormally large hail, anomalous precipitation, and disruption of the hydrological cycle—affecting weather patterns, aviation, and agriculture and reducing the predictability of rainfall.
This means microplastic is already a climatically active material. It participates in the weather. In rain and snow models. In flight safety. It influences how clouds freeze, where precipitation falls, and in what form.
– plasmapheresis,
– hemoperfusion,
– mechanical filtration systems,
– dietary adsorbents,
– and “natural” supplements claiming to detoxify the body.
At first glance, the logic seems sound: if there’s a toxic substance in the body, it must be removed. But the truth is, these methods do not solve the problem—neither technically nor fundamentally.
Microplastic—especially in its nano form—has already penetrated your cells, your tissues, and your neurons. It’s not simply floating in your bloodstream like a guest you can politely ask to leave. It has integrated into your body.
Yes, you can filter the blood, separate the plasma, and add a solution. But that solution likely contains plastic too—it leaches from the plastic IV bag, travels through the plastic tubing, and reenters the body. We are using plastic in our very attempts to eliminate its consequences.
Yes, such procedures may reduce the toxic burden. But they do not accomplish the most critical tasks:
– they do not extract plastic from your cells,
– they do not neutralize its electrical charge,
– they do not restore disrupted signaling pathways,
– they do not protect the brain, the immune system, or the mitochondria.
If you wish, you are, of course, free to pursue all of these methods—that is your personal choice. But do not indulge in illusions. This is not a solution.
A real solution does not begin with external filtration. It begins with understanding what makes nanoplastic truly dangerous.
The electrostatic charge is the core of nanoplastic’s destructive power. It is what enables it to penetrate every biological barrier in the body—including the brain—disrupt cellular function and compromise the immune system. It is what turns plastic into an energetically active anomaly embedded within the biosphere, one that is now systematically destroying it.
And it was this very factor that the ALLATRA scientific group warned about twenty years ago.
It is crucial to understand that the primary reservoir of plastic—and therefore of micro- and nanoplastics—is the ocean. The ocean is the largest organ of our planet. It regulates the climate, produces oxygen, and sustains life. Just consider this: the ocean is the most vast and vital part of our world. And it is precisely this essential organ that has been inundated by one of the most inconspicuous yet most destructive enemies—nanoplastic.
We have contaminated the planet’s life-sustaining organ with an invisible toxin. Up to 350 trillion particles are in the ocean’s surface layer alone. Yet biologists acknowledge that 90 percent of nanoplastics are so small that our instruments cannot detect them.
When exposed to light, nanoplastic generates aggressive free radicals. At the same time, static electricity is produced, and the plastic particles on the skin retain and amplify this charge. This creates a localized zone of electrostatic tension directly on the body's surface.
Electrically charged plastic interacts with immune cells in the skin—which, as you may recall, also contain nanoplastic. The skin, as is well known, is the largest immune organ of the human body. Beneath its outermost layer lie structures responsible for primary immune defense. When this system is disrupted, autoimmune malfunctions begin to emerge. These may manifest as chronic skin inflammation, eczema, unusual allergic reactions, and other dermatological disorders.
But the effects do not stop there: once the skin barrier is compromised, the dysfunction spreads to other bodily systems. The respiratory and excretory systems are especially affected, as they, too, come into contact with charged nanoplastic—through the air and mucous membranes.
As a result, what seems like a harmless day at the beach exposes the body to a multifaceted assault: inhaling plastic, absorbing it through the skin, amplifying its effects through solar heating, and triggering a cascade of immune failures—some of which may not appear immediately.
We think we are resting, but in reality, we are initiating a slow-moving immune crisis—provoked by the combined forces of sun, water, and plastic.
• the rapid spread of micro- and nanoplastics across all environments of the biosphere—from the depths of the oceans to the atmosphere;
• the detection of plastic particles in water, food, and the human body—regardless of geographic location;
• the integration of plastic particles into food chains and their ability to bypass natural barriers, including penetration into the brain and placenta;
• the accumulation of nanoplastic in organs and tissues, with effects that may manifest years later;
• the abnormally destructive impact of micro- and nanoplastic on human health, including:
– inflammation, DNA damage, and mutations,
– disruptions of the endocrine system,
– accelerated cellular aging,
– impaired memory and cognitive function,
– reproductive disorders and infertility,
– a rise of oncological diseases;
• and most alarmingly, the effect of micro- and nanoplastic on children—beginning in the womb: impairments in brain development, mental health, and the immune and nervous systems.
In other words, such particles can scramble the body’s entire electrical “communication” system. And when that system fails, everything suffers—from cognitive function and heart rhythm to the immune response.
All of this leads to systemic failures within the body—disrupting the function of the heart, brain, endocrine, and immune systems. Nanoplastic thus acts as an active agent of destruction. Charged plastic molecules literally adhere to tissues, infiltrate cells, disrupt their functions, interact with DNA, and trigger chains of inflammatory, oncogenic, and neurodegenerative processes.
It is the electrostatic charge that allows nanoplastic not only to penetrate the body's protective barriers but to remain inside the cells of living organisms indefinitely.
It is precisely because of this charge that micro- and nanoplastic penetrates cells and is now found in substantial quantities in the bloodstream, brain, placenta, sperm, and lungs.
We are, quite literally, an electrical system.
But when tiny plastic particles, especially charged ones like nanoplastic, enter the body, they can severely disrupt that system.
Positively charged nanoplastic particles penetrate cells and inflict damage from within. They can destroy mitochondria—the cell’s “power plants”—trigger oxidative stress and initiate programmed cell death (apoptosis).
Negatively charged nanoplastic particles accumulate in immune cells, causing persistent, low-grade inflammation and acting as a constant irritant that never clears.
In addition, charged nanoplastic:
– interferes with the normal function of ion channels and receptors—the “gates” through which cells receive signals;
– disrupts the natural electric fields within tissues;
– generates “noise” in the body’s bioelectrical system, much like radio interference disrupting signal transmission;
– distorts intracellular signals, impairing normal cellular function.
We, the volunteers of ALLATRA, sounded the alarm about this threat two decades ago. At the time, few were willing to listen. Today, science—including some of those who did hear us back then—has confirmed the warnings we issued: nanoplastic does not merely pollute. It exacerbates diseases and disrupts food chains. New research reveals that this threat is far more serious than we initially imagined, and it is now reshaping everything—from the climate to microbial ecosystems, from human health to the future of civilization itself.
We are not standing at the edge of the abyss—we are already in free fall. Today, I will speak about how we squandered the window of opportunity for simple solutions and how political barriers are now obstructing new ones. I will share what science has discovered in the intervening years and examine whether we, as a global community, can still avert this threat.
To grasp how deeply we are entangled in this unfolding catastrophe, let us first understand what micro- and nanoplastics are—and how they became the enemy of our own making.
Since the onset of mass plastic production in the 1950s, the world has manufactured more than 9 billion tons of plastic products. Of that amount, approximately 5 billion tons have ended up in landfills. About a quarter of a billion tons have reached a nanoplastic state in our atmosphere due to the incineration of 1 billion tons. Up to an additional 2.5 billion tons were improperly disposed of—meaning they have already entered our biosphere.
In other words, the vast majority of all plastic ever produced has not disappeared. It has simply changed form. And now, it’s in the water, in the soil, in our food, and inside our bodies.
Each year, more than 400 million tons of plastic waste are generated globally. Every minute, the equivalent of one full garbage truck’s worth of plastic is dumped into the world’s oceans. And with each passing year, this flow continues to accelerate. Estimates indicate that by 2040, if current trends persist, between 23 and 53 million tons of plastic will be entering aquatic ecosystems annually. By 2050, the total mass of plastic in the oceans may reach 12 billion tons—roughly equal to the weight of all the fish in all the oceans on Earth.
As I’ve already noted, plastic does not simply disappear. Under the influence of sunlight, waves, sea salt, and mechanical friction, it breaks down into microparticles (less than 5 millimeters) and nanoparticles (less than 1,000 nanometers—a thousandth the width of a human hair). This disintegration does not render it harmless. On the contrary, it transforms plastic into a nanomaterial that is virtually undetectable but easily penetrates living organisms.
Dr. Cholakian shares urgent new findings and facts:
– Recent 2025 studies reveal a link between nanoplastic exposure and neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, particularly among residents of coastal regions.
– Nanoplastic accelerates bacterial resistance to antibiotics, worsening the global crisis of untreatable infections.
– Its electrostatic charge is the key to its toxicity, making it especially dangerous for both human health and the entire biosphere.
– Missed opportunities, such as the atmospheric water generator (AWG) technology, have made the fight against the looming planetary crisis even more difficult.
Dr. Cholakian devotes special attention to the release of the scientific report “Nanoplastic in the Biosphere: From Molecular Impact to Planetary Crisis,” prepared by the ALLATRA scientific group and presented at the Vatican in 2025.
The report was produced in collaboration with two academic institutions—the Bolivian Catholic University and Juan Misael Saracho Autonomous University—which served as institutional peer-review partners. It was also developed in cooperation with a scientific contributor, the international project Creative Society.
This landmark document offers the first comprehensive analysis of:
– the pathways by which nanoplastic spreads through the biosphere,
– its infiltration of food chains,
– and its destructive impact on human health and ecosystems.
The core proposal of the ALLATRA scientific group is the development of technologies capable of neutralizing or blocking nanoplastic’s electrostatic charge, which is identified as the primary driver of its toxicity.
However, despite scientific breakthroughs and actionable solutions, Dr. Cholakian emphasizes that these are not enough. Political barriers, inadequate funding, and global inaction are turning an environmental crisis into an imminent catastrophe.
Dr. Cholakian calls for urgent action: only through global cooperation, robust support for science, and widespread public awareness can we halt the destruction of our health, our climate, and the very nature of what it means to be human.
Time is running out. But life is worth fighting for.

I addressed this issue in my previous statement, and ALLATRA volunteers have also released several documentary films vividly illustrating the terrifying scale of the nanoplastic crisis.
Today, only we—and I emphasize, only we at ALLATRA—are raising our voices in both the scientific and public arenas about the true danger of nanoplastics and the biological survival crisis they are triggering.
We do not yet have a definitive solution to this problem. However, we do possess the necessary understanding, a solid scientific foundation, and an innovative research approach.
At present, we are investigating a method to reduce nanoplastic’s capacity to accumulate excess electrostatic charge—this is the first step. The next is developing safe methods for removing nanoplastics from living organisms and ecosystems.
We hope that we will have both the time and the means to carry this work forward—alongside solving another urgent problem, one that only we are currently addressing through a full-scale, integrated effort: the problem of the Siberian magma plume—a critical fault line threatening our fragile existence, one that must not, under any circumstances, be left unmonitored.
And now, in conclusion, allow me to address the world’s political leadership—the circle of those who bear responsibility for the future of our planet.
I want you to finally recognize that there are two inescapable threats to all forms of life on Earth today, including your own: the Siberian magma plume and nanoplastics. The resolution of these two most complex challenges will determine the survival of not only us but also you.
To the international public, I make this appeal: Please share this information as widely as possible so that it reaches those individuals I have just mentioned—those in positions of power who now hold the decision in their hands: whether we live or die.
In light of everything I’ve just laid out, I hope you now understand why we at ALLATRA are sounding the alarm—even as we are beaten down and silenced.
Any other organization would have given up long ago. But we are still trying—still trying to break through to your awareness, to your understanding.
Because we believe, with absolute conviction, that life is worth fighting for.
We are conducting deep, comprehensive research into their properties and actively working to identify effective methods for neutralizing their destructive impact on the biosphere and human health.
While the plume is a threat to the future, nanoplastic is a threat to the present—one that has already infiltrated the entire biosphere and all of humanity, including each of you. It is a true pandemic, the full scale of which remains largely unknown and which, for now, is still absent from major international platforms—despite the fact that nanoplastic has already become the number one killer.
Nanoplastic penetrates everywhere: into brain cells, neurons, blood, organs, the placenta, and even embryos. It is already inside children still in the womb.
These are facts—documented in dozens of scientific studies, many of which emerged in part thanks to the momentum created by our research and warnings.
Just look at these images—they show the brain of a bee, with illuminated areas highlighting the presence of nanoplastic. It is killing the bee from within, inducing a form of “dementia,” causing it to forget where its hive is, what its role is, and where—or why—it was even flying.
Now tell me—have you noticed similar symptoms in yourself?
Forgetting why you walked into a room. Mixing up words. Struggling to recall someone’s name. Sudden, unexplained headaches. These may seem like minor lapses, but the increasing frequency of such symptoms is a warning sign: nanoplastic in your brain tissue is already impairing your cognitive abilities.
And by the way, in your brain, it looks exactly like it does in the bee’s brain in that image—bringing with it the same destructive consequences.
Are you surprised by the sharp rise in reproductive disorders among humans? By the increase in fetal mutations? The root cause behind all of this is the same.
The reproductive function of Homo sapiens is rapidly degrading—driven directly by the influence of nanoplastics. Children born today face a high likelihood of being unable to have offspring in the future. And even if they can, the health of that next generation will be in seriously jeopardise.
At this point, we are no longer speaking about “health” in the traditional sense. We are speaking about survival.
