Very spacious! Great view. Room service was a little confusing and took a while to find the QR code on the TV lol..but food was decent. Housekeeping came by everyday and did a marvelous job. The toiletries, especially body wash, smelled so good! If you are visiting for a business trip, or are a remote worker, this is the spot to be!⭐Food and Drinks- 3 Stars- Food was good. One restaurant on site open certain times of the day for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. The bar had a nice vibe to it. Starbucks closed very early, which was very inconvenient, but the lady working still made me a drink even though I was a few minutes late. ⭐Service- 4.9 Stars- Excellent service. Very friendly⭐Amenities- 3 Stars- The hotel did have a state of the art fitness center with sauna and steam room. The pool was very large as well. It is seasonal and was closed when I was there. There is also a game and billiard room. The hotel also provides many conference rooms and wedding event spaces. ⭐Location- 5 Stars- The location could not be more perfect. It is in the center of downtown, walking distance to many nice restaurants. Beds were Comfortable. Very spacious! Great view. Room service was also surprisingly fast. However, There was nothing in the bathroom or room that made the room extraordinary or gave it that luxurious touch. If you are visiting for ja business trip, or are a remote worker, this is the spot to be!⭐Food and Drinks- 4 Stars- Food was wonderful. They added a bit of the Canadian touch. Very fast service. Starbucks in the Lobby was also very convenient. You cant order on the app though, so make sure to get there with enough time to order your coffee! ⭐Service- 4.9 Stars- Excellent service since we stepped inside. Requested early check in and they delivered! Checked in at 9am. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.⭐Amenities- 3 Stars- There wasn't much to do at the hotel besides the pool, spa, gym, and work, however, this hotel is in the center of it all so it wasn't really meant to be an "all inclusive" The bar area was very nice with floor to ceiling windows to let the city light in. The hot tub area/ sauna didn't have changing rooms unless you were in the actual spa and had a service booked. Hot tub was very hot and had different jet levels to massage your whole body. Water wasn't the cleanest though. Very accommodating if you are there for work and need a private office space. We were also there during winter so the roof deck wasn't open, but it does look very nice and wraps around the outside of the Fitness center and spa. There were a few conferences going on while we were there so I couldn't go inside the rooms, however, there is a ton of space and well catered event rooms. ⭐Location- 5 Stars- The location could not be more perfect. In Le Centre ;) of it all ! Royalton Chic Antigua All Inclusive Adults Only Brand New Resort Walk Through Travel With SAS 2025-01-10 | Join me as we explore this brand new, all-inclusive, adults-only resort in Antigua and Barbuda. Everything is all included, except for one overwater sushi restaurant and the Spa. This luxury Autograph Collection property, which opened in April 2024, is still ironing out some wrinkles. For the premium price, I anticipated a higher level of luxury and superior service. Despite the lackluster service and mediocre food quality, the resort shines in other areas. The entertainment, drinks, and beach are exceptional, and there are non-stop activities that engage guests and highlight the resort’s offerings. I would rate this resort 2.5 out of 5 stars, primarily due to the disappointing service and overall experience for the price tag⭐SAS's Ratings:⭐Room- 3.5 Stars- Had that brand new feel. Beds were Comfortable. A little small for the price. Mini bar was very basic. Bath and shower essentials were also very basic⭐Food and Drinks- 3 Stars- Flavor was there, but portions were very tiny. They know because it is all inclusive, people may order a few different items to try everything. Some dishes were very bare and basic. Not luxury quality. The drinks were actually great quality for being all inclusive and the bartenders were able to keep up with the high volume, most of the time. ⭐Service- 1.9 Stars- There were a few individuals who stood out and gave phenomenal service, as you would expect at a well-known Luxury brand resort, however, they overall service needs work. This is a brand new resort but I feel no one was on the same page when it came to communication. ⭐Entertainment- 4 Stars- There are non-stop activities that engage guests and highlight the resort’s offerings. There were daily boot camps, yoga, water aerobics, Bingo, pool parties, nightly entertainment, silent discos, and more. The amazing bartenders were able to keep the party going as well. The Spa was very relaxing and had everything you would expect; sauna, steam, hot and cold pools, and masseuses' with great energy. The beach was supplied with kayaks and paddleboards for free. Jetskis were about $75 for 30mins. Hot tub by the pool was working and kept clean, however, it was a bit small for the size of the resort.
