Carr was one of a small handful of inventors to attempt to design and build a disc shaped flying craft. Carr left formal schooling at age 13, but continued to study of his own volition. Carr seemed too have a considerable grasp of alternative science and unconventional concepts. Some have suggested that his lack of the indoctrinating aspect of higher formal education enabled him to more easily grasp these concepts. His main inspirations seems to have been Ezekiel's Wheel from the Bible and Nikola Tesla who he claimed to have met and conversed with extensively while working at a hotel in which Tesla was living. Later, he claimed to have had own UFO encounter which he described as an electrified disc. After this encounter, Carr became convinced that the strange craft was operating according to the very same principles which he had been studying, giving him the confidence to begin development of a "Circular Foil Spacecraft" upon which he built a company named OTC Enterprises. He ultimately summed up his invention as a "wheel on its side" which was then electrified in such a way as to allow it to fly in the air. In actuality, it is a craft made of two counter rotating wheels/discs which when rotated fast enough relative to the Earth's rotation could tap into free energy and become independent of Earth's gravitational influence as well as the effects of inertia. Schaubergers Vortex Mechanics: Do Trout and Salmon Use Powerful Whirlpools to Scale Waterfalls? gsutton78 2022-02-09 | The Whirlpool; a beautifully dynamic and mesmerizing natural phenomena born of the actions of both air and water. Water moving in a fast circular motion about an axis produces a zone of low pressure, allowing the air to overcome the water pressure and implode into that region, resulting in the characteristic vortex funnel. If adequate rotational energy is present to overcome gravity or in the absence of gravity as in space, the vortex funnel takes on a more cylindrical shape. But, without these conditions, the vortex takes on the more familiar conical shape. Since water pressure increases with depth, then in the absence of adequate centrifugal force to counter that pressure, the rotating air column is increasingly squeezed the deeper it descends into the water. Thus, the air column is wider at the top and becomes increasingly narrower at the bottom.The very same atmospheric force that creates the vortex air column can easily crush a large barrel or a tanker which has had its internal pressure dramatically reduced; in effect demonstrating just how powerful implosion can be. This implosive downdraft produces an equal and opposite effect around the periphery of the vortex, often catching up and propelling object caught in its wake. Keely (September 3, 1837 – November 18, 1898) was an Philadelphian inventor who claimed to have discovered a new and superior motive power which he termed "etheric" or vaporic force. He theorized that his discovery was or was the closest manifestation of the origin of all forces including magnetism, electricity, and gravity. This force was generated through the production of sympathetic vibrations through various musical and sound generating devices. Keely was allegedly able to use the principles of sympathetic vibrations to activate powerful motors of extraordinarily high strength-to-weight ratios, to produce complete water cavitation, to generate macro-levitation of both lightweight and heavy objects, induce weightlessness in heavy objects, create magnification in ordinary glass lenses, and disintegrate matter, among a number of other unusual feats. Not surprisingly, Keely's name is brought up in numerous discussions pertaining to a lost sonic technology that is believed to have been known to ancient civilizations and used to help move and lift multi-ton stone blocks in the building of the ancient megaliths that have been left all over the Earth. Much like what happened with Nikola Tesla, much of Keely's notes and models were confiscated after his death, with the added injury of being labeled a fraud by the press. His refusal to divulge the secrets to his sonic feats along with his somewhat dense inventor's prose and confusing rhetoric during his life didn't help matters in this regard. As such, it is easy to believe that he may have been a fraud.
