Test Your Eyes SaltoCafe 2017-12-03 | This is harder than you might think. Count the flips you see in the fast motion and then compare it to the slow motion. Good luck

Team 7 Balance Beam SaltoCafe 2017-12-03 | Our team has worked hard to strengthen this key scoring event. Meets are often won or lost here and the girls have added a lot of difficulty and time to strengthen beam.
Team 7 Uneven Bars SaltoCafe 2017-11-26 | This should be our level 8’s highest scoring events where the whole team is capable of 9.5 or higher.
Bewarned, scary and not for everyone SaltoCafe 2017-11-26 | The first video turned out to be more scary looking than it was dangerous. He walked away with o more than a headache likely. The second video I still can hardly watch and this is the first time I’ve ever posted it. He was flown by helicopter to UCLA medical center to be put back together. Doing great now but very scary at the time.
Team 7 vault SaltoCafe 2017-11-26 | Vault still is our weakest event but it has gotten better. We’re hoping for more consistency here to strengthen our scoring.
The Gifted one, AKA Firecracker SaltoCafe 2017-11-19 | Umi is likely the most gifted athlete we have. She strong, flexible and quick all important gymnastics qualities.
The Quiet one, AKA Grace SaltoCafe 2017-11-19 | Coaches have never heard Peyton say more than a few words which most the time is a good thing. If she learns how to show off her great lines judges are going to love her.
The Tough One, AKA Grinder SaltoCafe 2017-11-18 | Macy is a highly competitive kid that doesn’t let bangs and bruises slow her down. She made great strides the last few months and looks ready to go.
The Focused one, AKA DIR SaltoCafe 2017-11-18 | Priscilla hasn’t been apart of the team as the rest but she’s become an integral part. She has improved a ton the last year and looks to have a bright future.
The athlete, AKA Flop SaltoCafe 2017-11-17 | Malia could do what ever sport she'd like and do it well. Fortunately for us she brings her floppy self to us occasionally:)
