It's a serious show, so many people assume it should be in the drama categories. In this video, I argue why The Bear deserves to compete in comedy, and why the Emmys fail in separating shows by comedy and drama.

The business practices infamously used by cable companies like channel bundling and long term commitments are creeping into the streaming industry, and will likely make streaming worse for customers as they pivot for the long game.
I've been thinking about "reinventing cable" for nearly 10 years and finally got my thoughts recorded with this video. Streaming is still a relatively young medium, so there's plenty of time for the companies behind the biggest platforms to adopt some of the more odious business practices we've seen come out of the cable industry. Things like high prices, channel bundling, and long term commitments are reasons why we cut the cord in the first place!
I'm happy to finally get those thoughts down and share them with you. This is the first video I've published in a few months; I got laid off from my day job and have had to reprioritize my life. Things are mostly settled now so I'm unclogging the content pipes! I'm very excited to produce more independent content and improve my skills as a storyteller.

But is editing something that's already been embraced by the public a roundabout way of editing history? Are we distorting the past by censoring art?
This video focuses on edits made to Star Wars, The French Connection, The Santa Clause, Scrubs, Bluey, and other popular programs.
