Louis Vuitton Epi Leather Mabillon Backpack bubbles 2020-05-15 | Today's reveal is also a vintage Louis Vuitton item. I never caught on to the backpack trend before and none of the Chanel quilted or LV Palm Springs designs ever appealed to me. That is until I saw the mabillon backpack during one of my online browsing sessions. I immediately fell in love with the simple understated design and timeless fawn coloured leather. As shown in the video, this was purchased from Rebag. The processing of the order took quite a while after the order was made and it only happened after I contacted customer service to enquire about the delay. After that the courier service making the delivery was very prompt and I finally received my bag.I was satisfied with the overall condition of the bag although I think there could have been better description of the wear and tear seen on the bag. It would be more useful to include photos of the signs of use rather than just shots of unmarked angles. However, most of the imperfections I noted were only on closer inspection and none of it would have been obvious to the casual observer.
Chanel 24A mini multiway backpack unboxing bubbles 2024-06-13 | This was a recent purchase made on the day the 24A collection dropped in Australia. I actually had my eye on another mini bag but in the end decided on this backpack for its versatile strap customisations. I like the size better than the other more popular backpacks from Chanel and this one still fits a decent amount. I highly recommend this mini backpack. There has been different colour variation and materials released in past seasons as well.This is my first Chanel bag with a grained leather finish so I am very excited to use it. I hope it is easier to care for compared to my lambskin bags. The hardware is champagne gold.
Moynat and Dior unboxings bubbles 2024-06-13 | I made some unexpected purchases that I am very excited to share with everyone. I happened upon these two handbags while browsing a Japanese designer resale website. The prices were very reasonable even after shipping and taxes so I decided to buy them for myself.The first bag is the discontinued Limousin PM from one of my favourite brands Moynat. I love their quality and unique designs. It is my third bag from this house and I am always on the lookout for more to add to my collection. It is a very practical bag that is roomy enough to fit almost anything, nice soft leather and can be worn cross body or carried on the crook of the arm. The signature turn lock is a very nice touch.The second bag is a vintage Dior crossbody that I couldn't resist because it is still in such good condition with almost no stains or fraying of the leather straps and edges. The gold hardware is also still bright and shiny and I was pleasantly surprised to find the vintage product tag inside the bag as well. The little gold pendant attached to the zipper pull is also a cute aspect that is rarely seen in the contemporary pieces now. The gold vintage logo on the front is also very subtle and understated.Apologies for the quality, these were filmed hastily on my mobile phone and are true first impressions / reveal of the products. Louis Vuitton Alma BB Unboxing bubbles 2022-11-02 | This is a cute little classic from the house of Louis Vuitton that I feel is quite underrated. Despite it's compact size, it fits all essentials (and more) and the epi leather is light and durable. This bag can be carried for both casual and formal outings.
Tods T Timeless Hobo Bag Unboxing bubbles 2022-11-02 | This is an effortless casual bag in a nice neutral colour that would be easy to match with any outfit. The leather is nice and supple, allowing just the right slouch that gives the bag it's silhouette. I like that it comes with an adjustable shoulder strap for the times when I prefer to be hands free and carry the bag crossbody or over the shoulder. The rose gold hardware also complements the colour of the bag as well.
Fendi Peekaboo Mini Unboxing bubbles 2022-09-24 | I am so happy to finally have this little beauty in my collection. I have long admired the Fendi peekaboo (ever since it was first introduced on the runway many many years ago). The twist lock closure and the drop of the flap on one side gives a carefree vibe while at the same time the silhouette of the bag is quite classic. Fendi has in more recent years diversified the style and more importantly size of the Peekaboo line to appeal to a wider tastes. I confess having so many choices made it very hard for me to decide which style I wanted and at one point, I considered getting it made to order as I am partial to their seleria leather with gold hardware.Given this is a classic design of the house, I chosed a neutral colour with gold hardware for the exterior. The colourful interior was really what captured my heart and made the decision for me to finally purchase it.
Faure Le Page Daily Battle Zip 27 Unboxing bubbles 2022-09-24 | I happened upon the newly opened FLP store and got to try out their daily battle totes. This smaller version was just what I was looking for in a work bag. Plus the zip feature provided some added security. The craftmanship that goes into producing their iconic scale canvas is also impressive.
Balenciaga unboxing bubbles 2022-09-24 | I have to admit this was an impulse purchase earlier in the year however it remains a favourite of my mini bags thus far. It ticks both boxes of function and style. Although a much smaller version of the iconic city bag, there is no need to compromise on the items that I would usually carry with me. I also like the much more structured material that will allow the bag to hold its shape over time and the neutral colour that is easy to pair with any colour palette.

Louis Vuitton Loop Handbag Unboxing bubbles 2021-11-14 | It has been a few months since my last bag purchase and I am very happy to add this Loop bag from the Cruise 22 line to my collection. It caught my eye when it was first revealed at the fashion show and it has been on my mind since then.This is almost an impulse purchase since I ordered and paid for it sight unseen and therefore only got my first look with this unboxing that I am sharing today. My first impressions so far are favourable. The style and shape of this bag is unlike my usual handbag purchases and I shall see if it will still appeal to me over the next few months.The size fits my petite frame and is enough to carry just the essentials. I did not include my handphone as I was filiming with it but I understand that it will fit an iPhone pro max. The chain strap sit comfortably on my shoulder and the leather strap is useful when I prefer to wear is as a more casual crossbody bag. The zip for the main compartment can be managed one handed although I wonder why LV decided not to have two zipper pulls with this bag given they have done it for other styles that have less of a curved opening. LV Keepall XS Unboxing bubbles 2021-05-23 | Hello everyone, it has been a while since my last unboxing video.I am excited to share my most recent purchase with everyone. This is the Louis Vuitton Keepall XS from the men's watercolour summer collection. The cute mini size of the Keepall bag had caught my eye since it was first introduced. When I saw the watercolour canvas monogram version, I knew I had to get it. It has a similar watercolor design concept from the previous LV x Richard Prince Aquarelle collection which is a collaboration that I have always admired but did not have a chance to own.This mini keepall is a little bigger than the nano Speedy that is so popular at the moment. The measurements from the website are 21 x 12 x 9 cm. Because it is canvas, the bag is very light weight and the interior is roomy enough more all the essentials and then some. I prefer this design to the nano Speedy as it has thicker straps that are removable and adjustable in length. The hardware also feels more substantial compared to the nano Speedy. Givenchy Mini Antigona Unboxing bubbles 2021-01-23 | Happy 2021 to everyone!!! I am very excited to reveal my first bag purchase of the year - a very pretty Givenchy Antigona Mini in the lovely beige colour. I admit I am very late to the bandwagon with this particular bag although it has caught my eye since it was first launched many years ago. The shape and well structured design of this bag makes it very practical as an everyday bag. When Givenchy finally released a mini version of this, I knew it was only a matter of time before I got one for myself. I am currently going through a neutral / warm tone colour phase hence the beige. Looking forward to using carrying this new beauty to work.I appreciate everyone who has subscribed and commented on my videos so far. Longchamp 3D Crossbody Bag Unboxing bubbles 2021-01-01 | This was a purchase during the Longchamp sales which I believe is still going on. The 3D crossbody bag caught my eye a couple of years ago during a trip to Paris. I like the softness of the leather and and casual look of the bag, not to mention its capacity. Although I do gravitate towards smaller bags because of my petite frame, sometimes I just need a bag that would fit more than just the bare essentials. A few very practical features with this bag is the zip closure providing extra security, 2 open slip pockets that would fit a good size smart phone, another zip compartment and also a key holder. Unfortunately the lighting in the video was not adequate enough to be able to make out the interior.This will be my 4rd item from the Longchamp brand. While not as trendy as other mid range designers, I find that they do occasionally come out with rather pleasing and (more importantly) practical designs. It is well worth the price given the quality of their craftmanship and materials.Lastly, happy New Year everyone! Longchamp le pliage neo clutch unboxing bubbles 2020-12-17 | Very excited to add this particular bag to my collection. The silhoutte and style is reminiscent of the small shoulder bags that were very popular in the 90s and is now back in style due to brands like By Far and Prada (reissue). Longchamp is a much more affordable option in this instance and the navy blue colour makes is easy to pair with other colours as well. A couple of details that I love about this bag is the water resistant interior lining (easy to wipe clean) and rings on each side of the handle that allows me to attach a longer strap or other decorative accessories to the bag.I would love to hear of ideas for accessorising this little bag.
Moynat Josephine PM Unnboxing bubbles 2020-12-10 | Another piece to add to my Moynat collection. I believe this bag is being discontinued after only a short stint which I think is a shame as it is such a nice and practical design. It has the turn lock closure which at this moment appeals to me very much and the soft leather gives it a rather casual feel compared to the very structured silhoutte of my Gabrielle PM. The size is just small enough to be unobstructive yet still fit all my essentials (and more!). It can be carried using the two top handles or use the longer strap for crossbody wear to keep my hands free. This is a very versatile bag that can be used for work or the weekend.
Burberry Camera Bag Unboxing bubbles 2020-12-04 | This is a Burberry camera bag in bright pink with the house's new monogram print in a vertical stripe down the middle. The material feel like nylon with leather trim. It definitely fits a smartphone, even one of the larger ones and there is plenty of room for a small wallet and other essentials. The strap can be lengthened to allow for crossbody use. I will clarify that this item is from their children's range therefore the strap (even at its longest) may be too short for crossbody wear depending on where you prefer your bag to sit on your frame.
Gucci Dionysus Unboxing bubbles 2020-11-22 | This Dionysus bag is another classic that adds to any bag collection. The shape of the bag and hardware makes it easily recognisable as one of Gucci's designs. I think this is the small size and there are 3 compartments inside including a zipped closure for added security. The length of the chain can be adjusted slightly depending on how it is worn.
Triple unboxing - Louis Vuitton, Emilio Pucci, Coach bubbles 2020-05-23 | Hello again,I thought I will showcase the last 3 of my bag collection together this time. The first one is an Emilio Pucci bag that caught my eye with the cute shape and also vibrant colours. It fits most of my essentials and is a great casual bag for summer. My only comment is that the strap is not adjustable and is too long for my petite frame.The second bag is the Coach Dinky crossbody in this gorgeous dark reddish colour with dark bronzed hardware giving it an overall very understated look. This bag has been on my wishlist ever since Coach re-issued it a few years ago and I was lucky enough to get this one at half price during one of their sales. The texture of the glove tanned leather is just so smooth to touch. Finally, I am the lucky owner of a pochette accessoire multicoloure. It is a cute shoulder bag although I prefer to carry it as a crossbody. It is extremely covenient to use and pairs well with almost any type of outfit.
Chanel small/medium size classic double flap unboxing bubbles 2020-05-08 | This is a short unboxing clip of a chanel classic small / medium flap bag that was taken sometime last year. As you can tell from the packaging, it was also purchased from the Rue Cambon store in Paris. It is black caviar leather with gold hardware. The leather is less delicate compared to the lambskin version depicted in my earlier video however I think I like how the light reflects off the lambskin classic double flap better.
Unboxing vintage Louis Vuitton Pont Neuf top handle bag bubbles 2020-05-07 | This is my first vintage luxury bag. I bought this from a Japanese vintage luxury site. The box was a little crushed on arrival but fortunately the bag was not damaged. I was attracted to the size and shape of this bag which is different to the bags I already have in my collection. It is also very functional with its different compartments. I am quite satisfied with the condition of the bag given that it is around twenty years old. There are barely any scratches visible even on close inspection and the wax edges have not shown any signs of damage. The colour is still vibrant and the only sign of use is the interior.Let me know what you think. I quite like the epi leather and how durable it is.
Chanel Medium Classic Double Flap Unboxing bubbles 2020-04-30 | This was a graduation gift from my mother. I remember being so excited visiting the Chanel store on Rue Cambon and purchasing this. It is in the medium size black lambskin with silver hardware. It is almost 8-9 years old now but is still in pretty good condition because I still baby it more than my other bags. I always thought about getting another one in a brighter / casual colour as a spare to use. What colour would be best?
Fendi Double Unboxing - Small By the Way and Card Holder bubbles 2020-04-23 | I have been filming a few old 'unboxing' videos. Today's clip is an unboxing and showcase of my pink Fendi By the Way bag. I like this bag for a number of reasons. It is very understated with only a subtle Fendi lettering on one side. The size is perfect for me in terms of looks (fits my small frame) and also fits all of my essentials (and then some!). I have used it for work and also on holidays. The inner dividers and compartments keep everything organised inside and the zip closure provides some security from pick pockets. Overall a very understated and practical bag.The cardholder is also exactly what I was looking for as it comes with a zip compartment for notes and coins. I find it useful to have this due to the 'small bag' trend that is going around now. This is not a new purchase however I thought I would upload an unboxing clip since there are not many of these around.
