Almost T-Boned a Lexus on Highway 20..... CraigH 2023-03-19 | September 29, 2022. Driving the same 26ft. 19,000lbs battery truck along Highway 20, speed limit right here is 50, so I'm going 50 it is a busy area and I am in a big heavy truck. Coming up on the Dump and I see a car poking out of the entrance hoping they see my BIG truck. Nope he/she pulled out in front of me without looking. With only a second to react I swerved into the center turn lane because it was empty. Please, please people do NOT pull out in front of large trucks, we CAN NOT stop like a car can. I could have killed this person if it was not for my quick reaction.
I-5 RV crash in Everett on 2/15/2023 CraigH 2023-02-20 | 2/15/2023, I-5 North in Everett, Wa. Had just got on to the highway, I merged into my lane and was moving along when this clown in the RV decided to move in front of me without making sure it was clear. I braked and turned left at the last second keeping me from slamming into the barrier and the wall. I was driving a 26ft. 19,000 lbs. truck full of batteries. Driver of RV was uninsured and had a suspended license. Two passengers were in the back of the RV and there two dogs inside. One was kind of ejected out the front the other was still inside.Driver got his head stuck in the steering wheel, no belt I think, had to be extracted. One passenger was lying down in the back. She was transported with injuries along with the driver. Other passenger was sent too, unsure of his injuries.Update...No, I did not cut anyone off when I got on the Highway, my signal was on the entire time I was driving on the on ramp just in case people miss my giant white truck and I checked my mirrors, and I looked out my window several times before moving over. After further review of the video, the driver of the RV pitted himself. When I hit the brakes, we separated causing him to fly across the highway and slam into the wall.
