Lighter color Light roast coffee beans have a light brown color and may even retain some of their original green hue. They are generally lighter in appearance compared to beans roasted to a higher degree.
Higher acidity Light roast coffee tends to have a higher acidity level compared to darker roasts. This acidity can contribute to a bright and lively taste profile, with a tangy or crisp sensation on the palate.
More caffeine content Contrary to popular belief, light roast coffee actually contains slightly more caffeine than darker roasts. The roasting process doesn’t significantly alter the caffeine content, but the perception of caffeine strength can vary due to the lighter flavor profile.
Retained moisture Light roasting involves shorter roasting times, which means that the beans retain more moisture compared to darker roasts. This moisture content can contribute to a crisper and brighter brew.
Nuanced flavors Light roast coffee often exhibits nuanced flavors that can be described as complex, floral, fruity, tea-like, or even grassy. These flavors are a result of the specific coffee bean variety, the terroir, and the roasting process itself.

1. Cultivation, coffee primary grown in regions known as the “coffee belt.” 2. Harvesting, farmers will harvest a coffee cherries which contain coffee bean in side. 3. Processes, the coffee cherries need to go through the processes which primary be, a washed or a natural. 4. Roasting, we do this to develop flavor, aromas and colors which come out as light, medium and dark. 5. Grinding, we grinder coffee bean to make it a smaller particles to increase the surface of extraction, grind size is really depend on what method you are using. 6. Brewing, the favorite moment for many people. You can use either hot or cold water to make your favorite beverages COFFEE.

Dirty will give you a a perfect combination between the hot and cold layers and it is incredible powerful flavor.
To make dirty coffee, you need to chill the milk in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. During the chilling time, you can start preparing your favorite espresso. Then just make expresso over your chill milk and you will get the espresso layer.
You can make dirty with Staresso SP-200 and experience dirty on your dirty coffee at home.

The coffee is the Indonesia Flores Cultured Anaerobic Natural!
I did brew with my own recipe and her recommended recipe with Origami Dripper and SIBARIST paper.
The coffee is so good and much more delicate with SIBARIST paper. The flavor on my own recipe is more in red cherry 🍒 with cacao nip through out from hot to cold.
With @baristapeace recipe is more tea like with a juicy acidity in mango, blueberries and lychee with a much pleasant flavor from hot to cold, and I love the mandarin aftertaste from her coffee.

First, we will grind coffee regularly and use the same water temperature.
The only difference is that we will slowly swirl on every water we pour.
And that's all; the only difference is swirling until the brew's end.
And I will reduce the ratio by a bit, like 15g of coffee for 200g of water, and add hot water to the end of the brew.
The only downside is that if we grind too find, the bitterness will come out with an unpleasant flavor, but if you get it right, you will get a delicious flavor out of no flavor bean.

Boiling the water to 90 C or 194 F.
Then, brewing the coffee with 3 pours, starting with 50g, 120g, to 225g.
Total brew time is about 2:00 minutes.
This way you get a really nice round balance cup with a little acid. With out bitterness.
