In this video I will be removing the factory dpf and exhaust system and replacing it with a 5" straight pipe exhaust system. This truck is no longer street legal and will be trailered back and forth to the races and events. BLUE COLLAR GARAGE 2022-10-24 | 2015 Ford F-350 Superduty with a 6.7 powerstroke diesel. In this video I will be transforming this truck into a competetion diesel drag racing truck and sled puller. So I am deleting the egr system on it to help it perform better at the track and this truck will be no longer be street legal and cannot be driven on public roads and will have to be trailered back and forth to the track. BLUE COLLAR GARAGE 2022-09-23 | I was having turbo boost issues with my 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0 power-stroke and was getting code p0299 saying the turbo is under/over-boost. This video will show you how to check the map sensor (manifold absolute pressure) hose going to the intake and the ebp (exhaust back pressure) sensor and cleaning the tube going to the exhaust manifold. The original hydro boost that came on these model year trucks had weak and squishy brakes. The hydro boost that came on the 2011 model year trucks had upgraded internal parts and is an upgrade that works for the 2001-2010 year trucks. This is a complete bolt on upgrade and no modification is needed although there has been a few people that needed to ream out the rod hole that connects to the brake pedal. P0678 Ford 6.0 Diesel Glow Plug Repair

BLUE COLLAR GARAGE 2022-08-16 | 2005 Ford Excursion with a 6.0 diesel had two codes pop up P0678 cylinder 8 glow plug open circuit and P0672 cylinder 2 glow plug open circuit. I ended up ohming out all 8 glow plugs and found cylinder 8 was at 2.1 ohms while all the other cylinders were at .7 to .8 ohms. Replaced cylinder 8 glow plug erased dtc codes and codes never came back seemed to fix the issue. Update so after a few days both codes came back for cylinder 8 and cylinder 2 again. I replaced the whole glow plug control module and that has totally fixed the problem. So listed below is a link to the oem motorcraft glow plug control module.
