I'm running this on a 486-33mhz PC config, the recommended spec on the splash screen, and since it has Gravis Ultrasound compatibility, I decided to use that for sound.

The title tuneage to Ubi Soft's B.A.T has long been one of my favourite pieces of home computer music and after firing up the Atari ST original to vibe along to it, I figured it might make for a nice MicroByte!
B.A.T itself is an interesting and ambitious project, a hybrid RPG and cinematic sci-fi adventure that has plenty of that late 80s weirdness that French companies such as Ubi and Loriciels revelled in.

I've settled into a format for MicroBytes, focusing on interesting bits of demoscene stuff and game intros and music and general home microcomputer bits 'n' pieces.
This is such a cool and hype-inducing intro that kicks in as you boot up demo disc PBPX-95205 that I just had to upload it onto Youtube as well as share it on Twitter.

Another first outing with a favourite flight sim on the Sega Mega Drive, one that's a bit of a stealth affair. To my knowledge, F-117 is the final flight sim that Electronic Arts released for Sega Genesis/MD and I'm happy to report that they go out with a bit of a bang.
