SILVER LINING🤍 ~ Acrylic Botanical Split Pour / Abstract Painting Rinske Douna 2022-11-27 | Long time ago that I did a Split Color Painting. Never done one in Botanical style. So today is the first. When tweaking the acrylic paint to create the leaves, I really needed to think about it, since I had two basecolors to drag through the design. The Silverlining is the final touch and I love how natural it all looks. I must say I was not over the moon with this painting, but it is really growing on me now it is totally finished. I will add a high gloss varnish to top it off. I decided to use a neutral color palette and a Vibrant Orange. Wow! That turned out amazing. The Orange really made this Acrylic Pour Painting interesting. CHARMING PINK with 3D Centre 💞 Acrylic Pouring / Abstract painting Rinske Douna 2022-07-17 | A Charming Pink Acrylic Pour based on my background Acrylic Painting. The centre of this painting came out looking so 3D! It's just perfect with the gold in the middle, brown for the shadow and the pink cells 'on top'. Also I do think tweaking the petals BEFORE the spin, made the composition better and more defined. Still I tweak after the spinout to create clean edges and more balance. Exceptional REVEAL Pouring Technique 💫 - Peach Perfect / Transparant Fluid Painting Rinske Douna 2022-05-28 | The Reveal Pour Painting no. 2😍I have a new studio and this came with new creative flows🤗. I wanted to figure out how to make a perfect gradient background with a Pour on top, which dries transparent. So the background shines through the Dutch Pour. I have tested this out for days, weeks and on numerous canvasses. BUT I figured this new acrylic pour technique out! The challenge was to find a mixture; that dries transparent, works like paint and won't move or eat up my colors while drying. This series and this painting are titled 'REVEAL' since the true colors will only reveal when dry and the painting is ready. She is shy at the first😉. True beauty lies within. NEW! The BIG Reveal Pour 🤩 / Transparent Background Acrylic Pour Painting Rinske Douna 2022-05-22 | The Reveal Pour Painting😍I have a new studio and this came with new creative flows🤗. I wanted to figure out how to make a perfect gradient background with a Pour on top, which dries transparent. So the background shines through the Dutch Pour. I have tested this out for days, weeks and on numerous canvasses. BUT I figured this new acrylic pour technique out! The challenge was to find a mixture; that dries transparent, works like paint and won't move or eat up my colors while drying. This series and this painting are titled 'REVEAL' since the true colors will only reveal when dry and the painting is ready. She is shy at the first😉. True beauty lies within. What do you think? Violet & Seagreen = 💚!! Pouring Art / Dutch Bloom Painting Rinske Douna 2022-05-18 | the Dutch Bloom; the dutch pour with a puddle and using a different color around the puddle to let the paint flow. It is creating those beautiful flower petals. I am loving it! The base color is custom made and dried so gorgeous & fresh💙I am painting here on a wooden panel 20". Colors used: titanium white, phthalo green, violet and gold.Today I did not mix only with water, but used owatrol Floetrol as well, so the paint was thicker and when spinning it out; the design is more in tact. This Base made ALL the DIFFERENCE😮 / 3x4ft Acrylic Pour Painting Rinske Douna 2022-04-20 | This Base Color made ALL the DIFFERENCE in the END😮 / 3x4ft Acrylic Pour Painting Well this was a huge pour painting! In cases like this I really need to have patience of what the final outcome will be. Blue base colors always dry so much darker, so it is hard to see when pouring such paintings on it self. Trusting my composition and color choices, but SO vibrant when wet haha. You must see how the base dried! It really took me by surprise, while I should have known! This Pour painting is inspired by @chromayadi. Because of the color palette I wanted to make a blue poppy: Meconopsis betonicifolia.I needed to be super careful how & where to blow the petals and create the centre design in yellow petals. The bloom part I struggled with. And still I think this can improve. If you have any suggestions, please let me know! Mindblowing🤯 Massive Gradient Pearl Pour - See this Painting Come to LIFE! Rinske Douna 2022-04-02 | After my first Acrylic Gradient Pour with Pearl Paints, I just had to make it on a massive canvas. The Pearl Acrylics keep surprising me everytime! Such a huge difference when they are dry. Patience is key in these pour paintings. Mindblowing results!
