By the way, Rexcalibur is assigned to Soren in Endgame. If you skip straight to Endgame before recruiting Soren (like what I did here), you can see him with it. It's also assigned to Baulmer in the debug map ("Map6").
Similarly, Rexflame is assigned to Tormod in the debug map.
Random trivia: Rexcalibur's internal name is Fimbulvetr, while Rexflame's internal name is Forblaze, both tomes from the GBA games. (Rexbolt is Mjolnir, while Rexaura is just Aura.)
At one stage in development, there was going to be an older version of Sanaki. Concept art of this Sanaki can be found in the Tellius Recollection Volume 1 book.
This version of Sanaki also exists in the game files, but only as a map model (no battle model exists).
You can enable it by assigning AID_SANAKI_2 to a character's map model. In this example, I replaced Ike's Ranger map model (AID_LORD). I also changed his class to Mage so he can cast magic.
On a related note, the young/default version of Sanaki does not have magic casting animations, whereas this one does.

Observations
Rafal's parry ("Futile") sounds a bit odd at the start. Some of Madeline's Engage Decide voices are crackly. Eg. Ike and especially Micaiah. I checked Madeline's voices in game and it's the same. Presumably it's harder to tell when you have music/sound effects playing.
Characters usually recycle the "Divine One!" Engage Decide line when calling out to Alear in the Somniel, but Zelestia has a unique line instead ("Divine Dragon!" versus "Divine One"). I noticed this randomly and haven't checked if this applies to anyone else.
Hortensia lacks the Wide Use lines used by the other Fell Royals. I'm not actually sure where these lines are used.

Corrin's Wide Use 4 line ("mmm-hmm") had a weird blip. Not sure if it's always there or due to the audio converting software. After some trial and error, I think I managed to remove it. The voice file on Google Drive is the original one, with the blip.

Quick instructions:
Get a bunch of characters with nearly 100 EXP in a staff using class (or with Emblem Micaiah). Have them hold Rewarp and nothing else.
When safe, Engage everyone on the same turn, then end turn. If an Engage weapon moves to the first slot, move Rewarp back to the first slot.
Next turn, cast Rewarp to Level Up. The user will automatically switch to the Engage weapon. Do this for every Rewarp user.
Finally, use the Time Crystal to return to before casting Rewarp. Hey presto, everyone has 2 Rewarp staves.
The duped staves will have 1 less use than the original. However, Hortensia can trigger World Tree to retain her Rewarp use.
(Fun fact: You can reach 0 use, which looks like infinite uses, but still breaks when using it. So it effectively has 1 use.)
If you keep doing this, you can eventually overwrite the Engage weapons, but don't worry, because they are stored separately and will return after you remove the extra staves/items.
Or you can keep them stored, for example for Leif, so he doesn't use his Engage weapons. Or Tiki so you can fight with non Breath attacks (only during the enemy phase).

To do so, you must reach Bond Level 20 for the corresponding Emblem with exactly 36 characters. That's every playable character excluding the DLC.
At the time of writing, I cannot test the DLC characters, but I assume they count (since I think the game only checks for "36 max bonds").
This is easier said than done though--and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really adamant or desperate. For example, you can probably buy some cheap NFC tags for the Fire Emblem amiibo from somewhere.
Update: Doing this with DLC Emblems does nothing. If you already have the outfit and/or song, you will get 100 bond fragments per outfit or song instead.

As mentioned, you can temporarily overwrite Engage weapons by using the Rewarp dupe glitch multiple times. It only works if you begin the turn Engaged.
Normally, when Engaged to Tiki, you can only fight with her Engage weapons. So what happens if she has none?
Well, you can get some interesting results...
Basically, standard melee animations are bugged, causing the fight to pause indefinitely until you hit skip. This is because Tiki has no usable animations.
Ranged animations are mostly OK though, since she most of these animations are shared. However, only magic-based animations look normal; all physical-based ranged weapons cause Tiki to T-pose...
I imagine this glitch is kinda niche, since the Sleipnir Rider's World Tree skill lets you conserve staff uses with Dex% chance. However, can be consistently done with the right preparation.
First, your staff user must have a weapon that they can equip. Unequip this weapon and Arrange the Nodus so it's before all of their weapons.
Next, your staff user must Level Up after using Nodus. If you watched the duping glitch, you probably know why.
When ready, have your staff user cast Nodus on your allies with depleted Engage meters. Your staff user will Level Up, but you'll notice Nodus hasn't broken.
If you check your staff user, this is because they've automatically swapped to their equipped weapon. Presumably, the swap happens before the game checks the staff uses.
Note: This method also works for Fortify, since it also affects all party members. I don't think it works on other staves, but you're welcome to try.
First, you need a character who's about to Level Up.
At the start of the turn, they must have the Rewarp staff in their first slot (unequip your weapon, select the Rewarp staff and choose Arrange) and at least one weapon in their inventory (that you don't want--it will be PERMANENTLY LOST).
Use the Rewarp staff to Level Up. You'll notice your character has automatically equipped one of their weapons.
Now use the Time Crystal to go back one step. You'll now have an extra Rewarp staff, at the cost of the previous equipped weapon.
If you have multiple weapons, you can repeat this step for as many weapons as you're willing to sacrifice.
You can also sacrifice Engage weapons! They come back afterwards, but you may want to triple check first...
I tested this with multiple staves and only Rewarp seems to work. Unfortunately, Entrap, Warp and Fortify don't work.
I spent way too much time on this...
First, you need a map that's 30 tiles tall/wide, which is the largest possible AFAIK. Also, the tiles must be unobstructed. There also needs to be enough foes to fill 30 tiles; you'll probably need infinite reinforcements for this.
The map I chose was Soren's Divine Paralogue, which is 30 tiles tall.
After that, you just need to lure enemies around you, to form a long line. Now this is easier said than done, because enemies can move very erratically.
In the case of Soren's Paralogue, I opted to hug the west edge of the map, to reduce the surface area and avoid aggroing Soren. (If Soren is aggro'd, reinforcements stop.)
Even then, it took around 30 minutes for most of the enemies to line up properly. I actually couldn't get the last 1 or 2 enemies to line up, so I used Entrap staves to pull them in.
Other things you could try include using the Thief's Pass skill and/or Rewarp staves (you can get them from the Ancient Well at 3-star Upgrade Chance) to move away from foes and pull them that way.
Edelgard's Assembly Gambit could also work, but you'd need to be careful not to KO too many foes, while requiring space for yourself to move back.
Finally, for those wondering, all of the foes have Void Curse so no EXP/SP is earned. Even with 28 foes KO'd, EXP should be capped at 100 and I imagine SP is also capped.
Actually, one more thing, everyone is around Level 1 to make the enemies as weak as possible. I haven't crunched the numbers, but Divine Paralogues seem to scale a bit like skirmishes. As in they're based on the average (Level + Internal Level) of your top X characters. Thus if I lower the Level, the enemies will be lower Level too.
(This is also Normal mode, so Internal Level is capped at 30. Thus the enemies are around Level 30.)

The Sandstorm class skill normally boosts damage by using Def x 1.5 in place of Str in the damage calculations. To prevent the user from dealing less damage, Sandstorm will only trigger if Def x 150 is greater than Str x 100.
However, there's one obscure interaction they didn't account for: when Timerra wields Byleth's Vajra-Mushti when Engaged. Because it's an Art, it uses the user's (Str + Mag)/2 for calculating damage rather than Str by itself.
Despite this, the game will continue solely checking for Str to trigger Sandstorm. Ignoring the Mag contribution.
Under extreme circumstances, by rigging Level Ups with random growths to maximise Mag while keeping Def low, you can just about get Sandstorm to inflict lower damage when it triggers than if it hadn't triggered.
For this, Timerra should have max Magic, minimal Def and just enough Str so Sandstorm will trigger. This can be done by Leveling Timerra as a Sage, for example.
The Str versus Def check counts temporary/equipment stat boosts. So you could also cook a Stomach-Churning meal with Alfred or someone else to lower Def by 1, while raising Str and Mag by 2.
In the example, Timerra has 25 Str, 31 Mag and 17 Def.
Sandstorm will trigger since 17 Def x 150 = 2550 is greater than 25 Str x 100 = 2500.
With Vajra-Mushti, she has (25 + 31)/2 + 5 = 33 Might normally.
If Sandstorm triggers, she'd have (17 * 1.5) + 5 = 30 Might.
In other words, she'll do 3 less damage when Sandstorm triggers.
