Caesar Clown has quickly climbed up my list of favorite villains, managing to oust Penguin from the top who had been there for much more than 10 years, now Caesar is my favorite Villain of all time. I started One Piece for him last April and now that I have caught up with the anime for a few days, I thank him for this because I found many villains that I appreciated (Moria, Perospero, Queen etc. ) But Caesar is definitely my favorite: a mad scientist with a fruit that allows him to manipulate Gas that creates poisonous Gas and fights with castanets and a sword of oxidizing flame and can also take away the oxygen in the atmosphere around you. The Riddler Tribute Arkham Asylum 2023-11-22 | We did it XDThis video was something interminable, my low motivation to make DC and Marvel videos combined with even less desire to work with Live Action led to a big delay in the production of this video.
