A fly guy with a polyester suit, exposed chest hair and a cityscape background all cobbled together to make an invitation to have a time.Blair, also known as Barney Parry, is best known for playing guitar in the group "The Blackbyrds". But this album is a bit more raw and unpolished than the groups efforts, in a good way. The grooves are dense with harmony and heavy on synthesizers and percussion, with high pitched ARP and Moog solos backing the low end basslines. Especially on tracks one and two, it is easy to drift off into space when listening.Sadly little is known of what happened to Blair as this is his only release, and still fetches extremely high prices for original copies.
