#bogrendigital #bogrencontest Bogren Digital Contest 10.24 - BIGOS - The movie Dieq 2024-10-26 | Dedicated to Vinicius from Bogren, love you, man!500 g of pork meat (such as pork neck)200 g sausage1 onion2 tablespoons of vegetable oil3 cups of broth or water30 g of dried boletes2 tbsp plum jam or a few dried plums1 kg of sauerkraut1 tbsp tomato pasteCut the meat into cubes. Onion cut into dice and fry in oil in a large pot. Add the meat and fry it thoroughly.Pour in 2 cups of hot broth or water with salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Then add the broken dried mushrooms, cover, reduce the heat and cook for about 45 minutes.Add bay leaf, allspice, cumin, marjoram, plum jam or chopped plums, peeled and mix.Add the drained sauerkraut and pour in a glass of water, mix. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.Peel the sausage from the skin, cut into cubes and fry in a pan. Add to the cabbage and cook for about 30 minutes. Toward the end, add tomato paste.For the best taste let it cool down, put into the fridge, cook the next day (repeat the process twice).Bigos is and old slavic dish, popular in center and eastern Europe, where it originated as noble's dish containing mostly of meat. Lower classes started adding sauerkraut and cabbage, however this is a proper recipe with no fresh cabbage, because it makes the bigos rubbish.

Possibly both.- Focusrite Scarlett solo as the audio interface.- 2011 (or so) FGN J-standard Strat.- 1983 Yamaha BB VIIs bass.- #bogrendigital BDH ampknob 6606+ as the weapon of choice.- Reaper as the DAW, a few VSTs.- terrible mess in the room, I know. You don't have to remind me to clean up my room each half a year.In this clip I recorded the left channel.Didn't want to be another tryhard metal dude to do some fast rhythms and gianormous solos, instead I went for easy listening, ska-vibe plucking ayyyeee.In all seriousness I haven't done a similar thing in a long while. I loved it! Thanks to @Bogren.Digital for this, it was fun to try and make my mix sound so-so. (also after over 16 years of being an amateur musician you realize that you don't know soooo much, let alone how to mix things properly, yeah, it's a problem that I have to deal with.
