UndefinedScribbleIf you're new to the Baldur's Gate 3 toolkit and want to import your old (or new!) head mod, this is the video for you. It goes step-by-step through how to use the toolkit to create a basic head mod.
One step I forgot to mention: if you've got stuff blocking the view of your character after hitting play, go to view and untick gizmos
Also, when I refer to your Mods folder, it's not the one in the Data folder but another one that's in AppData located in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
This video does not cover the creation of the head or other assets. For more info, see the links below.

This goes over importing/exporting textures via the toolkit while part 2 is more of a beginner's guide to BG3 textures as a whole. In both videos, I use an armor model and head model as my examples.
Thank you so much to Padme4000 for figuring out what was going on with the VTs for us and thanks to Leicarna for helping me figure out how to export non-VT textures. Modding is very much a community effort, and I highly recommend checking those communities out for whatever game you mod.
