Sonic or Asphalt?I've been studying Game Design in College & University for about 4 years now so naturally niche things like this interest me a lot more than the average person. Since I grew up playing Asphalt and other racing games like Forza Horizon and Need for Speed (the mobile NFS games), I've always been fascinated by how these games convey speed. Whether it's realistically through motion blur and camera shaking, or a little more on the cartoony side with speed lines and FOV zooming. Since Crossworlds just released just 8 days ago (after a few early network tests), I had a strange feeling that the game was a lot faster and more action packed than Asphalt 9... That's the reason why I gained the random motivation to make a comparison video and really see the differences side by side.Even so, I believe Asphalt 8 feels A LOT FASTER than Asphalt 9, but I'll probably make that comparison in another video possibly...
