Purestream's favorite event gets no repeated by four star operators only.
There are 17 stages and 56 operators, giving us 3 operators per stage and only 5 left over for flexibility's sake. There's only a week and a half after the EX stages drop to clear the event. This event also happens to have one of the worst possible mechanics for a no repeat run.
A couple of years back, Silvergun and ILA posted various 4* no repeats, also allowing 3*. We no longer get such luxuries. Can the new 4 star friends we made along the way (Verdant, Quartz, Roberta, Humus, Totter, Caper) carry us through the blight?
