Animash | Cut To The Feeling {10 Years!} CodyTheHusky 2017-06-24 | eyyyy its ya gurl cody here feeling old as hell because i’ve been on this site for 10 years LOL… well technically i’ve been using youtube since 2005 and editing since 2006, but i never made an account and seriously started editing until 2007. so exactly 10 years ago today, CodyTheHusky was born :DI wanted to make a fun little video to celebrate being part of the Animash community for this long, because this is truly a milestone for me. When I first started editing, I never ever thought I’d be where I am now. To this day it completely blows my mind that someone could watch something I’ve made and enjoy it. Editing has become my passion, and it’s all thanks to YouTube. Honestly it’s shaped me into who I am today, and the friendships I’ve made here are the best I’ve ever had. These past few years have been really rough on me to say the least, so to know I have people here that are always here to be a friend to me is what makes everything okay. I cannot stress enough that every single comment I get really does mean the absolute world to me. I know that the majority of my videos are personal vents these days, so that’s why I wanted to change it up today and have a fun, lighthearted video. Because that’s how this community feels to me most of the time. It has its ups and downs, but generally I try to focus on what I love about Animash. youre the only voice my heart can recognize {kiara & kovu} CodyTheHusky 2017-05-18 | Storyline:Kiara is out hunting one day, when she comes across Kovu. He is technically a stranger to her, but the second she sees him she feels like there is something very familiar about him somehow. Kiara believes that past lives exist, and she’s sure she has met and been with Kovu in her’s. However, Kovu is oblivious to this concept. The two of them become friends. The more time they spend together, the more Kiara remembers about her past life with him. She tries to be subtle about knowing this, because she doesn’t want to scare Kovu away. But he can see that something’s bothering her, so he does his best to cheer her up. In the end they walk off into the night, ready to take each day as it comes.I definitely did not plan this video out, it was a spur of the moment type deal. I had my music on shuffle the other night and this song came on, and it reminded me of a dream that I had not too long ago. So this is sorta loosely based off of that. I edited to this song once a loooong time ago in 2010, but it was just a random video with no meaning behind it. So it was fun revisiting this song again and adding a storyline to it c: That’s really all I have to say about this one

CodyTheHusky 2017-04-06 | she hadn't felt this feeling in years.when she first felt it again she had no idea what it was. only recently did she accept things for what they were, and figured out its name. she was content for a while and was happy to have this to cling to. but now she almost wished she didn't feel anything at all. right now it felt like part of your soul is being ripped away from you and there's nothing you can do to stop it. slowly everything was fading, and she started to believe it really was all in her head. but deep down she knew what was reality and what was simply a dream. though those dreams always felt so real, like memories that she was reliving. but the reality was that this world of hers was fading into oblivion, and she had been left behind once more. if this was some sort of test sent by the universe, it was one she did not want to fail. because in the back of her mind, she knew what she felt and that must mean something. but for now she would dream no more.

Im under your spell CodyTheHusky 2016-03-28 | Right so I’ve been working on this for the past couple of weeks and I’m pretty happy with how it came out. There’s lots of hidden meanings behind most of these clips (facial expressions, body movements and such), but as is the case with most of my personal videos- only I will know what they mean. Because of that, this wasn’t easy for me to make- because I wanted to portray my thoughts and feelings correctly through these characters. In a way, I’d like to see what’s going on inside my head playing out in front of me, if that makes sense. That being the case, it goes without saying that Kiara and Nala are meant to be the same character. Kovu and Simba are different though. (Originally Simba was someone different than who he is in the final product because I tried going with the other representation but it was too difficult for me to pull off the way I wanted) I also did something different this time and included minimal text, only putting the lyrics that spoke to me above the rest. (That and I couldn’t make it in photoshop like I normally do due to my tablet not working so… I couldn’t have a pretty font even if I wanted to lol.
