MrBigDubMerry Christmas, Everybody! I've got a special holiday treat in store for you this year. Three Bibleman adventures that have, to date, never received a DVD release. I'm guessing its because they are too different from subsequent videos.
In this first one, called "Big Big Book", some neighborhood kids try to put on a show for their friends. Will it all come together? Perhaps a little encouragement from our hero might help. I believe this to be the first Bibleman video ever.
Since they are handling the latest Bibleman DVD's, I am assuming BH Kids are the current copyright holders. If not, then they belong to either Tommy Nelson or Pamplin Entertainment.

TrailerMrBigDub2020-01-11 | Here is the original trailer for the first movie to feature the three and only Three Stooges (albeit in footage lifted from their Columbia shorts). Columbia made it to capitalize on the Stooges' (now in the "Curly Joe" era) newfound fame with public appearances and their shorts re-running on TV.
Yes, there are DVD's featuring a colorized version of this but, this is as audiences originally saw it...in Black & White!

This rare documentary showcases one of the most recognizable names in the horror genre. Peter Cushing was an expert actor whether he was Baron Frankenstein, Van Helsing or, anything in between. You probably know him as Tarkin in Star Wars. Narrated by Oliver Reed. You probably know about the "Max Steel" brand but, did you know it was originally WB's answer to Fox's "Action Man" series that was airing at the same time?
I received this VHS tape along with one of the more deluxe action figures. It features a special intro to the characters of Max Steel as well as "Sphinxes," an episode of the show. I tried to upload the whole thing for Halloween but, there was a copyright claim on the episode.
Max Steel is copyright Warner Brothers. (Video edited 1-1-2019.)The Selfish Giant by Oscar WildeMrBigDub2016-12-25 | MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!! I feel it is important to remember the reason we celebrate Christmas in the first place. So, I present to you Oscar Wilde's classic parable "The Selfish Giant." As usual, I have not seen a DVD of this short anywhere.

Here are two kid-friendly tales of things that go bump in the night. In "Ghost In The Shed," a peddler is murdered and buried beneath a shed. After his murderers move away, the peddler's ghost tried to communicate to the shed's new owners. In "The Youth Who Wanted To Shiver," a young boy named Jack fears nothing. So, he sets out to learn how to shiver.
To my knowledge, this 1991 project has not been put out on DVD. If it has, please let me know in the comments below.

This is significant because Universal only put out individual seasons for their DVD's. On 7-27-2016, I picked up the DVD set.
The whole trip home I wondered how the heck F.Y.E. could sell a series considered iconic to the 1980's for just $20. Then I opened it and saw how. There are seven cardboard sleeves for all fourteen discs. All housed in a cardboard case. (I wonder how long the packaging will last.)
Buy hey, that means we can purchase the series for cheaper than the Universal DVD's which are still fetching a pretty penny on eBay even after the release of this set.RHPS Deleted Song: Once In A WhileMrBigDub2015-11-01 | Happy Halloween 2015 Everybody! Yes, I know it's been a while since I last uploaded VHS-only content. I'll give the reason in a future video.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show! We love it as a movie as well as an experience. But, did you know there is a song from the stage play that was not included in the film?

It it the first convention I have ever been to! This was taken on the second day (2-7-2015) when Funimation voice actor Monica Rial held a panel. Sadly my camera ran out of juice during the Q & A session but, I got her entire speech on the art of voice acting.
About the beginning...while we were waiting for her to arrive someone stood up and said to give the classic Japanese bow to her when she comes in. So that's why we all got up and bowed to her at the start.Warner Brothers 75th anniversary collection trailerMrBigDub2015-02-18 | The official trailer for the WB 75th anniversary. Featuring a crap-load of affordable VHS tapes. 350 in all! As usual, I can't say I've seen this on any DVD. This may actually pre-date DVD's now that I think about it.
What really sells me on this is that dramatic music in the background.

Ending)MrBigDub2014-09-26 | Thunderbirds: Gerry Anderson’s crowning achievement. In the early 1990’s this series was edited to half the episode length, given a new score, a new voice cast, and aired on the Fox network. Supposedly, thirteen episodes were shown but, to my knowledge, only seven episodes actually aired on channel 28 (my local Fox station). These edits were recorded off my TV and are NOT included in A&E’s DVD releases.
After a failed attempt to move the Empire State Building, a talk show host and his cameraman become trapped in an underground river. This was taken off a pre-recorded VHS tape (the tape my dad made off the TV was getting a little finicky at this point). Keep watching after the credits for the broadcast TV ending which differed slightly from the pre-recorded tape.

Some of you die-hard Stooge fans may notice some of the footage presented such as “Jerks Of All Trades.” But, there is also some rarely seen footage as well. The DVD is long out of print, though much of the content can be seen in their entirety in “The Three Stooges: The Essential Collection” DVD set. Enjoy!

But how many of you have heard it like this!? This soundtrack is way out there. I especially like the segment with "Don Juan Triumphant" at the 35:50 mark (Such lively music when his fingers are barely moving). XD
Yes, I know this film has received several DVD's but, I think this particular soundtrack should be archived.

I don't know who that storyteller is but I could listen to him for a long time. You're probably wondering why Pooh doesn't have the usual red shirt in the illustrations. It is because these are taken from the original stories. The red shirt was added for the Disney films.
