Update Nov. 21, 2022 The bunching problem shown in this video was caused by a burr on the needle plate catching the thread. I plugged the hole with a tooth pick and filled the missing area with JB Weld (epoxy). I used an old sewing needle to apply the epoxy to the missing area.
