I Gave My CR-30 the Axe!!! NAK 3D Designs 2021-12-12 | DescriptionIn this video I Test out Vision Miner Nano Adhesive on the belt and print a Viking Axe. After brushing on a fairly heavy coating of vision miner with a foam paint brush I seemed to get decent adhesion, adding additional coats did not seem to make any improvements over coat.. I can't say if this is a good or bad solution to poor bed adhesion as I'm sure there may be better ways to apply the solution..Post Processing: I gave the handle a few coats of Minwax Polyshades "Bombay Mahogany" Satin. NAK 3D Designs 2020-08-30 | DescriptionIn this video I try printing some PETG with the CR-30 Prototype.. Layer adhesion was not as good as with PLA, but I did restrict my max temp to 240c so I didn't ruin the PTFE tubing. The prime strip had no problem sticking very well to the belt so I do believe it is just a mater of finding the right temp and speed. I think printing at a higher temp would allow the PETG to bond with the belt before cooling.
