Gravity Storm - Weight Of The World [Complete Album 2014] Matt Chalk 2021-01-07 | Gravity Storm's second CD released in December 2014. I thought it would be cool to upload some of the old material as there are some great moments and songs on these CD's. This album was recorded whilst moving (and building studios) so most of the recording and mixing was done on the go. The drums were recorded in a friends paint workshop in just 2 days. The bass in a day, guitars in around 4 days and the vocals and backing vocals in a week. I used my old Axe Fx II for the entierty of this CD - which proved to be mega helpful when trying to record on the go! The mix was quite difficult having done most of it on KRK headphones and then referencing it on various Hi-Fi setups and car stereos, but I think the end result turned out pretty well!
