Apple MacBook Pro M3 Pro Vs. M3 Max - FCPX JRESHOW 2024-07-07 | Comparing the MacBook Pro M3 Pro chip to the M3 Max Chip. My comparison is mostly using FCPX mainly because that’s what I use it for a majority of the time. Both have the same memory and storage with the only difference being the chip. I purchased the Pro chip first but opted for the 36GB of memory and also upgraded the SSD to 1TB. I've spent quite some time editing in fcpx on it and wondered what the difference would be if I upgraded to the Max. Here are the results. The Pro is great and seemed to handle whatever I did just fine. The battery life was impressive as well. The Max was great as well and you could really see a difference when it comes to exporting. But are exporting speeds really that important to me? No. However, I do plan to be upgrading my cameras here in the near future, and want to make sure I can continue to edit projects without the computer slowing me down, and to be safe I think the Max may be the best option for me, however, I may be a bit more tethered down to a wall outlet as a sacrifice. Ugh.

RED LIGHT WELLNESS MAX MIRACLE 9600 (Doctors Pro Edition) JRESHOW 2024-02-08 | Trying out the RED LIGHT WELLNESS MAX MIRACLE 9600. This is the “Doctors Pro Edition”. My session was 12 minutes, I had got up to start a quick recording that’s why it read 8 min. This was my first session. It got warm in there, but the fan kept things cool. There was a music player that played certain frequencies that are relaxing. No noticeable differences after this first session. The tests I have read require 3 sessions a week for a month for results. I am experimenting with red light because research has shown it to help in the recovery of “long covid” and the sun just isn’t out too much right now. There are many other benefits, but that is my only interest as of now. At $97 bucks a session, I may opt to buy my own panel. Will keep y’all posted. Since Oct. 1st, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue that makes no sense, brain fog on a level never experienced nor explainable, cognitive issues like no other (did I just say that?), cold feet/hands, sensitivity to cold/ hot, chest pain, dizziness , hard putting together sentences/conversations and a whole ton of other symptoms that are just bizarre. I have spent tons of time going to doctor visits with no answers. All blood work comes back good. I’ve paid out of pocket for extensive blood work through requestatest.com with all good results. I believe whatever this is, it is an attack on the autonomic nervous system. I believe it’s going to take a while of dedicated mediation while focusing on breathing along with aligning the circadian rhythms with rest and who knows what else. I am eating a ton of pineapples and papaya with the seeds but that's a whole other rabbit hole amount other things looking for relief & cure.If you haven’t heard of “long Covid”, it’s apparently a growing thing. Google will give you pretty  generic symptoms, but if you read some threads, people have delt with it for years, not able to work and bedridden. It happens in both vaxed and unvaxed people. I ain’t vaxed and have no regrets, but whatever this is it’s pretty bizzare BUT I know recovery is possible. I’m not waiting for the doctors to figure it out, I’m just trying things myself.
