How To Make An Early Rellana Build | INT/Faith/Strength/Dex Build Guide | Elden Ring

Thingfishy 2024-09-21 | I went to the DLC Early to grab Rellana's gear for a super fun base game + DLC run. Here's what happened.

Talismans and Physick:
I didn't recommend talismans for each fight in this run, as there are so many variables for this build (boss order/how many slots you have/boss weaknesses/stat distribution/ are you gonna parry?). Here are some suggestions for set-ups:

Physical Damage Set-up:
(For fights where you want to focus on standard attacks)
Fire Scorpion
Magic Scorpion
Ritual Sword
*Radagon's Soreseal
Physick: Dex-Knot & Strength Knot

INT/Faith Set-up:
(For fights where your weapon arts are doing the bulk of the damage)
Magic Scorpion
Fire Scorpion
Shard Of Alexander
Ritual Sword
Physick: Magic Shrouding & Flame Shrouding

Pure INT Set-up:
(If you're gonna use the Magic weapon art and spell)
Magic Scorpion
Ritual Sword
Shard of Alexander
Graven Mass/School
Physick: Magic Shrouding & INT-Knot
(Note: If the faith tear would give you 26 faith - use that instead, as Golden Vow will give you more damage than the INT tear at most levels)

Pure Faith Set-up:
(Fire weapon art + other incants)
Fire Scorpion
Shard of Alexander
Ritual Sword
Flock's Canvas
Physick: Flame Shrouding & Faith-Knot

If you're gonna parry, replace two of the talismans with the Dagger Talisman & Blade of Mercy.
*I don't think the consecutive hit talismans are a top priority for this build, but Millicent's Prosthesis would probably be a decent alternative to the Soreseal for some fights, if you want to do the questline.

How To Parry & Dodge Consort Radahn (Feat. The Hardest Parry In FromSoftware History)

I really wanted to have this out closer to release, but I kept thinking they just MIGHT patch him in some way, that make The God Parry a viable strat. With a big patch seemingly on the way though, there is still hope.

The Hardest Parry In Elden Ring | Ranking The 10 Most Difficult (And 5 Coolest) Parryable Attacks

Thingfishy 2024-05-03 | The 10 attacks I struggle with parrying the most, and my 5 favourites. Today, we're nerding out about parrying in Elden Ring like it's 2022.

As I've said before on the channel, difficulty is very subjective, and if making the original parry guide series taught me anything, it's that people definitely don't find the same parries difficult. Quite often I'd hear from people who thought the attack I struggled with on a certain boss was the easiest one. Let me know which ones you find most troublesome!

The build here is a very scuffed low level version of my Arcane parry build, with just Ritual Sword and Radagon's Soreseal. No wondrous physick. The very eagle-eyed amongst you may notice what appears to be a standard Misericorde somehow doing bleed damage. I dropped myself 3 Bleed Misericordes (+16, +20, +25 for the various sections of the game) so I didn't have to worry about set-up and upgrades. Dropped infusions don't show up on the equipment bar for some reason. How to Make an OP Motivity/Strength Build in Lies of P | Build Guide

Thingfishy 2023-10-24 | Early Moonstones. Parry timings. Boss tips and tricks. The first Lies of P build guide!

In the run, there's a couple of Moonstones I couldn't find footage for:

-Venigni works - 2 x Hidden Moonstones in the drainage channel with the Puppet of the future. (Drain it with the lever behind the pancaking shovel enemy in the tunnel behind Red Fox)
-The bottom of the pit right after Fuoco - Hidden Moonstone
-Rosa Isabelle Street - Run straight ahead from the first grace until you end up next to the shortcut gate. There's a Crescent there.
-Barren Swamp - In the first cylindrical building you have to ascend, there is a wooden beam that sticks out with an item on it. This is the last remaining Half Moonstone.
