I finally took some time to tinker with a 360 panoramic video in my favorite 3D fractal app, Mandelbulb 3D. This is intended for use with the Total Cinema 360 player - even better if you also have an Oculus Rift. :) With that player you can look around in any direction as you fly though this virtual space.

This is just a quick and dirty test render but it looks pretty nifty so I thought I'd share. I'll be working on some more refined versions of this idea soon. No audio with this clip.
