Battle of Zhongyuan is the 1st of 3 DLCs released by developers Team Ninja. In this DLC, you will be going back to AD 192 just after the death of Dong Zhuo which brought the lands back in turmoil without its reigning authority. You will be joining Cao Cao and his battle against the Yellow Turbans causing havoc in the region of Zhongyuan. In your battles, you will be accompanying Dian Wei, the bodyguard of Cao Cao in searching for the leader of the Yellow Turbans in order to slice off the head of the snake and end the battle immediately.
This DLC introduced new areas, bosses, missions, characters, reinforcements and more other content. However, it did not add anything gameplay wise other than a new weapon. Even then, it is still a good DLC which gives us a look on how Cao Cao got his ambition of gaining control over land of China. Enjoy the walkthrough!
