Korean instructor at Oxford's Oriental Institute who claims that Aliens are interbreeding
with humans to create a hybrid species that will save the planet from annihilation by climate change.
The Doctor claims that multiple alien beings are living on earth with us and that one race is even interbreeding with human beings to create a super hybrid.
