I'll build a proper one soon, but I thought you should share in my amusement, and to get a better idea of the BARE MINIMUM. the pump I am using is AD010-1208D, which cost me like $3 or so, but I'll list a better pump below (it is a bit noisier at higher voltages, but still pretty quiet if you suspend it in the water tank rather than mounting it to the side where it can vibrate). I'll do more detailed testing for WHATEVER the final result becomes (IR thermal pics, thermistor down the heatbrake, etc).

.:: LINKS AND UPGRADE POWER SUPPLY ::. There are other legit PSU manufacturers, but Mean Well are pretty much globally available, and have the LRS line, which are solid for the money. It will do 14.6 Amps at 24v, so if you are planning high wattage upgrades, consider a higher wattage model like the SE-450-24, which will do about 19 Amps.

If you want to see if this issue effects you (ender or other): power off and unplug the power supply, then probe from the safety ground prong on the AC inlet to see if there is continuity (a few ohms or less) to the metal chassis (remember that there is a coating on it, so probe the bolt standoff as shown in the vid, or the inside of a punch-out where there is no coating).

Hopefully this vid can be a resource for companies that are trying to become compliant, and companies that are 'on the fence' about it. Open source is very important to the development and continuation of the desktop 3d printing industry. So much so that it has become a marketing buzz term that is applied without even complying with it. I wanted to provide examples of how much easier open source makes life for the tech-people involved. And to make sure that the term 'open source' does not get diluted to the point that it has little meaning.
As I get to various boards in the future, I will make it a point to praise the manufacturers that are making the effort and supporting the community and industry. Thank you to the good guys.
