The coins are the reason I made this video in the first place. Actually, only the newest 5 levels have really complex coins that require a lot of diligent practice before even attempting to get them in normal mode. About the level: I like it, I deliberately picked an insane demon that is good and little known. Rainbow Force Z by Alkatraz (medium demon, 3 coins) - 41,000 user coins Motch 2024-03-04 | This completion is a month old, but I figured I'd upload it because of the coin milestone, and also because I love this level. It's one of those levels that I can watch over and over. I'm glad I was able to play in full detail and see all the effects - ever since I got a new laptop, I never use LDM. Youtube spoils this video's quality though, maybe I should upscale videos to 1080p before uploading, even though I record in 720p.Completion date: 26.01.2024

The jump at 4:49 is nowhere near frame perfect on high fps anymore, but it's still a tight timing. The swingcopter got surprisingly consistent. The coins aren't too hard, but 2nd coin and its collectibles are easy to miss or die to, and 3rd is tricky.8:28 - Retention by WOOGI1411Completion date: 17.09.23Total attempts: 4443Everybody seems to say this level is super fun, and I'm inclined to agree. There are lots of sudden transitions, gameplay that is not obvious, timings that need to be memorized, which isn't normally fun, but somehow in this level everything works well, I really enjoyed playing it. Despite all I've heard about this level, I kinda enjoyed the two days I spent playing it.
5 extreme demons #1 Motch 2023-09-06 | I always record every demon I play, and have racked up hundreds of recordings that never ended up on the channel, including some extremes. Started practicing this in December 2020, had been playing on a copy on and off, but only in 2023 was confident enough to go into normal mode. Idk what it was - muscle memory, skill improvement, hardware/software tweaks, MHv7 settings - but I was insanely consistent when I beat it. I mean, I beat it twice in a span of 15 minutes and got 77% the attempt before the rebeat (the first time I somehow missed the hitbox behind the last key for the last coin - yes, I really rebeat my hardest demon just for a coin).This level was also the last obstacle to completing all pre-2.0 levels with silver coins.As for the difficulty, I believe it's balanced quite evenly, I can't even highlight any one part - most segments of the wave are special in some way.1:54 - INNARDS by KaitoCompletion date: 04.07.23Total attempts: 24409 (some possibly lost)Similar story to Down Bass: started practicing in February 2020 wanting to beat it for 22,000 stars + 7,000 user coins, but only got 60%. I picked it up right after Down Bass and beat in like no time. 10 minutes in a copy + 10 attempts in normal mode, that's it. That said, this level is an embodiment of poor balancing, with first 35% being really easy, and then the difficulty spikes. The 39-41% and 62-64% waves are the hardest parts. 2000 demons - Insomnia by Glittershroom (easy demon) Motch 2023-08-31 | Overdue by 1.5 years, here it goes - 2000 completed demons.Insomnia is a kinda funny choice, because it is one of those famous and easy levels that I never ended up playing simply because it has no coins. As you can also see, I've got over 1000 uncompleted easy demons, which is kinda crazy, - for the same reason. That plus for the last hundred I challenged myself to mainly play hard demons and higher, because way back when I reached 1900, I had run out of easy and medium demons with coins, so that was all I was left with, so I decided to keep the challenge and continue from where I left off.Also, this very day 4 years ago, 31 August 2019, was the day I started grinding. Passed Smiffy777 - Top 2 in User Coins | Action by Lyal (hard demon, 3 coins) Motch 2022-01-22 | Top 2 in the most important stat in the game.As you can see at the end, Smiffy gained a few coins while I was playing Action, so it ended up not being the level I passed him with, but I don't think it's all that important what the exact level was.Action is a fun and difficult 2.1 hard demon. Quest For Perfection & Phase 2 - 100k stars, 100k diamonds, 35k user coins, 1500 demons & 4M orbs Motch 2021-09-25 | My quest for perfection is complete, now begins phase 2.This achievement took quite a bit of planning, as it is the first time I tried aligning all 5 stats. Despite being constrained to playing only specific kinds of levels for several months, I believe the result is worth it :)I decided to play Quest For Perfection only at the last moment. I gave up on it last year due to the abysmal luck I was getting, worst fails were 92, 93x2, 94x2, 95%. Took me more time and attempts than Cataclysm. Good level though, personal experience aside.As for Phase 2, honestly, the only reason I chose it is because it was weekly and has coins, which means it rewards all 5 stats at the same time. I also had to backup the following weekly so that I don't miss it. That's not to say I don't like the level. In fact, I do like it very much, and am happy that I got a chance to play something unique and memorable instead of a generic design demon that I would forget in 5 minutes.

Sorry to those of you who would rather see my usual longer type of videos, I don't feel like making those right now, although I do have ideas.Here we've got a very good hard/insane demon. While it contains 100k objects and lags in ldm, there is nothing else to complain about - playing it was a lot of fun.
30,000 User Coins - Rebellion by Bryan1150 (3 coins) Motch 2021-06-29 | Very proud of this milestone, 4th in the world to reach it. All it takes is determination, a year ago I didn't even have 10k uc. I believe 30k uc is equivalent to 100k stars, both require about the same amount of effort. If more people were interested in user coins, the discrepancy between the number of players who have achieved the former and the latter would be much smaller than 4 vs 38, as it currently is.Rebellion is a tribute to FunnyGame, each part of it resembles one of his levels. It is a hard/insane memory demon, released in 2.0 and updated in 2.1. For me, 46-60% was the hardest part to get down.Achievement dedicated to and inspired by Steekmen.
80,000 stars - Abandoned Machine by Jeyzor (3 coins) Motch 2021-06-14 | I've been doubting whether I should upload star milestones or not, and ultimately decided to go for it. Now the first digit of my star count is 8, yay.This level is quite fun. It took hundreds of attempts to get the first dual down, and the first ball is an attempt eater as well, but the second half is easy. Yet I managed to die at 93x2, 95, 96x2, 97%.

70000 stars, 25000 user coins & 1400 demons - Zap by Darwin (3 coins) Motch 2021-04-17 | This is the achievement I've been aiming for over the past few weeks, and I'm happy to reach it, despite doing it later than I planned to. Two more achievements are on the horizon and shouldn't take longer than a month :)So, I chose Zap because it is currently #18 on the hardest coins list. The coin routes are obviously very elaborate and are harder than the normal way; the level itself is fun imo and just well-made overall. However, there is one flaw that brings it down dramatically - the absence of LDM. The lag was monstrous, you can even tell by the quality of the video in some parts. Good thing the gameplay is not hz-biased, and not very susceptible to fps drops for that matter.

60000 stars, 22000 user coins & 1300 demons - Aurorae by GDSkele (extreme demon) Motch 2021-02-06 | Haven't beaten an extreme demon in months, finally decided to do one and picked Aurorae because it looked fun and easy. I wasn't wrong: apart from lag and a few balancing issues, I liked everything about this level. I took me over 10k attempts somehow, but I still believe it is an easy extreme. A ton of these attempts were wasted on the first ship. Provided you can run it, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.Hardest parts: 0-4% ship, 38% green orb, 61% orbs, 66-67% robot maybe, 79% green orb and 83-84% ufo feels hard too.Coins: 1- 13% (trigger 1%), 2- 41%.Once again, couldn't resist making a triple achievement :)

Minigames were not included due to controversial opinions on their difficulty. Now that I've completed the list, I could argue about some placements. First of all, the whole bottom half could be reformed, as it is kind of easy, and I've played other levels that may well deserve to be placed. 45000 stars, 15000 coins, 1200 demons & diamond limit - Dark Travel by JonathanGD Motch 2020-10-22 | So basically 1.5 months ago I realized that I am close to reaching the diamond limit, and decided to do something cool for this occasion. I had 34k stars and 11.5k coins at the time, which means I grinded 10k+ stars and 3.5k coins in a bit over one month, which is insane compared to my normal speed.Dark Travel is very stressful, spent like 3 days in practice and 2 more in normal and every time when I got to the last parts I was insanely nervous. It is also surprising that I passed the ship with minicoins 4 out of 5 times, because it is the hardest part imo.And one last piece of news: starting from the next week, I'm going to resume uploading weekly videos - there are lots of cool ideas :)

It is blocked by the "stop" sign, which can be disabled by collecting 4 letters found throughout the level: S, T, O and P.- S - 9%. Spam exactly 5 times, because '5' looks similar to 'S'. I had trouble with the spam, my final strategy was to doublepress spacebar and mouse twice and click with mouse one more time. Do it in a quick sequence and start a tad bit later than you want.- T - 38-43%. Follow the alternate route. Mind the high refresh rate bug at 40%, it only works on 60fps.- O - 49-52%. It was very straightforward to learn, and I got sort of consistent really fast in most parts. The hardest sections were the ships at 7-11% and 40-45%, as well as the jumps at 32 and 98%. For the last triple, I shortly paused just in case music sync is off, and listened to the music and jumped a little bit after the note had played. Still surprised it didn't get me in normal mode.The Coin: 52%----------I figured I would write down my brief history, that led me to where I am right now.As you can probably tell, coins and demons are my biggest interest in GD. It all began one year ago, in mid 2019, when I was intensely working on improving my skill by beating ever harder insane demons. One day (July 29), I decided to rebeat a few easy demons and measure how fast I can do that. Some of them contained missing coins, that I went ahead and collected. Later that day, I started wondering how many more levels with missing coins I had, checked all my completed levels and found only 43 (excluding gauntlets), which gave me a strong incentive to rebeat them all, which I successfully did on September 5 (the last left level was In Silico). Earlier, on August 31, I finally beat my first extreme demon, Awakening Horus. After that I no longer had a clear plan for the future, so this is when I started grinding - with the ultimate objective being having as many coins and demons as possible. And here I am, still holding on to it to this very day. Stars have never interested me, and likely never will.By the way, right after reaching 10k I looked through all my completed levels again, and not only rebeat 3 that were updated with silver coins, but also collected all missing bronze coins! (You can see me scrolling through these levels in the video). So now there's nothing more I can do to be even more dedicated to coin grinding XDMy 10k coins contain about 150 hardest coins in the whole game, up to 2000 from easy-medium demons, a hundred or so from hard demons, 58 from insane and 16 from extreme. Not bad at all!So, that's all I wanted to say. All Skittens levels in one video (all coins) Motch 2020-04-18 | Skitten is a very well known creator, active from 1.9 to 2.1. The first thing I want to point out is how lively his levels feel - this happy feeling always makes them fun to play. There aren't too many crazy visual effects, but the levels look nice regardless, which is very good in my opinion. About coins: initially, I didn't expect them to be anything special, but I was wrong: Skitten did put effort into them (in the 2.0-2.1 levels at least). Gameplay is well made too, but, personally, I had less fun with all 1.9 levels, especially the ones with refresh rate bugs. All Knots levels in one video (all coins) Motch 2020-04-04 | Knots is a creator, who gained popularity in 2.1 for his outstanding modernistic levels. As far as I know, he holds the record for the longest streak of epic ratings - 19 in a row. His style is easily recognizeable: there always is a variety of arts in the background: either concrete, abstract, or mixed, but even those random mixes without any definite theme end up looking very cohesive and beautiful. It's impressive what he can do with his seemingly simple style. Color combinations are on point as well. One more thing worth mentioning is coins, as Knots pays special attention to them. Many are hidden, many are difficult, and almost all are of high quality, especially in the recent levels. This level is really straightforward, with skill being the focus of its gameplay. Audio Extraction (extreme demon)I did it. I persevered through all the setbacks. The luck I had on this level is unfathomably bad. I recall raging at Supersonic after 13 fails at the end... This time, there were 70. Just ridiculous.Hardest parts: 1-3, 40-56, 70%. It's safe to say that over 3000 attempts were wasted in the very beginning.Enjoyment: 8/10 - Pretty decent level, I didn't hate it at all, despite all the fails.Fails: 65, 66x2, 69x16, 70x17, 71x5, 72, 74x6, 76x3, 83, 86x2, 87, 88x6, 89x3, 91, 93, 94x3, 96%Coins: 33, 63, 94%2. Audio Excursion (insane demon)Not too much to say about this one, since it's relatively easy, I completed it 3 months ago and also fluked from 71%, with 73-89 being probably the hardest part of the level.
