Amorbis Battle (Metroid Prime 2) - Orchestral Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2023-07-19 | There have been a few requests for this one, so I finally got around to making it! I worked on and off on it for a while - it was admittedly frustrating to make at first. The song has quite a few weird chords and everything had to be transcribed by ear since no one has made sheet music or a MIDI for it as far as I'm aware. It's definitely not the best thing I've ever made but I'm happy with how it turned out!
Menu Theme (Metroid Prime 2) - Orchestral Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2023-06-30 | Here's the menu theme from Metroid Prime 2! I wanted to experiment with the actual choir instruments used in the Prime games. I think it turned out alright and isn't too out of place - I tried using more realistic choirs at first but I wasn't able to get the bombastic feeling that the original has.

I've been busy this month between family obligations and Tears of the Kingdom and will continue to be busy due to a vacation for MomoCon, so I did this cover since it was relatively simple.Also, people have been requesting an Amorbis cover so know that it is in the works! I don't know if it'll be up next because it's a harder song to transcribe and it's ultimately up to when the creative juices decide to flow, but I'll finish it eventually.
Chykka Adult Battle (Metroid Prime 2) - Orchestral Rock Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2023-04-27 | This was relatively easy to make since I had already done the Larva battle! I tried replacing the synth drone instrument with an electric guitar and since tempo was faster with a decent amount of percussion, I figured I'd make it a bit more on the rock side.
Magmoor Caverns (Metroid Prime) - Orchestral Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2023-03-31 | Here's my cover of Magmoor Caverns! I didn't really have a good choir instrument for the main melody, so I used some trumpets among other things - I did try using the original Prime choir, but I thought it stood out a bit and sounded too much like the original.
Title Theme (Metroid Prime) - Orchestral Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2023-02-25 | SO METROID PRIME REMASTERED HAPPENED. I wanted to get this cover out to celebrate its release! I've already done a 100% run and will have to do Hard Mode at some point in the future.This was a little tricky to make in terms of thinking of suitable instruments - I ended up using a glass harmonica for some of the synth sounds and violin scratching/plucking for the Phazon effects. I also used a theramin because it was the best thing to keep the feel of the original song with the high-pitched glissando (slidy/bendy) parts.Enjoy!

Arrival (Halo 4) - Orchestral Arrangement Wingus Dingus 2021-08-13 | I've always loved this song and wanted to do my own version of it and maybe introduce some people to it. Even though the original is also orchestral, it was fun and a good learning experience to reverse engineer it (I really wanted to get the drums right and I think I got close!). This is based on the Midnight (campaign) version that has a slightly different middle section and a different, more heroic ending that I prefer to the other ending that just fades out.I know some people are divided on Halo 4, but I very much enjoyed it. The story was great: it allowed us to see the more human side of Master Chief, the Didact was a truly menacing villain, and Cortana's death was tragic. Of course, the subsequent comics and Halo 5 completely ruined all of this, but still.Original song by Neil Davidge (who did a kickass job overall for the Halo 4 soundtrack)
