Jake is an international recording artist born with cerebral palsy from Aromas, CA. He’s toured all over North America with his band, “Jake Nielsen's Triple Threat.” He’s had some ups in the music biz, but his biggest accomplishment is his beautiful wife Ashley and two kids, Jake and Lily. Jake loves to inspire kids with disabilities to reach for the stars and try to do whatever their heart tells them.
The Danny Awards is a global award show that showcases and recognizes the musical talents of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
