Remi I am so excited about this one. I made this purely because my sister loves Kasane Teto. I also made a Ritsu version of this too that I'll upload at some point.

This is the first time I've actually made a UST. I love the way it came out. I love it so much I made a UST of another song that I'm super excited about.

I was torn between using Teto or Ritsu for this because Teto's voice suits the song, but the song feels like it suits Ritsu's character. So I did both.

Remi 2024-11-16 | Featuring tiktoks, because all those rare vine compilations are not really rare when there are so many of them.

Let me tell you the cautionary tale of the microphone I ordered from Mercari. I wanted an at2020 since January, found on for $40 on Mercari. It came broken and I didn't know until the return window ended. I am really lucky to have a dad that knows how to solder, because the port at the bottom was broken, and wires ripped of the board thingy (I don't know what its called, motherboard? Its a microphone so I really don't know). Its fixed now but my anxiety keeps telling me that if I plug it in I will short it and have to buy a brand new one anyways.
Also, my sister is moving out soon, so I will be able to turn a room of my house into a homemade recording studio. Which I'm really excited about!

I have all the art done to do two different videos as soon as its finished, and I'm working on art for another video, but I decided to be extra with it so I'll be a while

【Kasane Teto AI】Rebellion【Synth V カバー】English Cover

Remi 2024-07-09 | I had a lot of fun working on this, I love Teto's Synth V voice, I am so glad I bought her. I canceled my ACE Studio subscription (for the time being), and I SUCK at using ENUNU, so this is the only AI voicebank I actually have and know how to use lol.

I really like being able to use AI voicebanks to cover the songs that are kinda out of my league. I have english lyrics for a bunch of Ritsu songs. Like, a whole lot of Ritsu songs. Gravekeeper, Choir - Dedicated to Braves -, this song, Stomach Book, Flame Heart, Eternal Force Blizzard, Box Room, Material World. And then there's other songs I've made lyrics for I don't think I can pull off like Seventh Me and Six Trillion Years and One Night. I did not have a life in high school, this was my life.

The png of her in the video is one I drew specifically for this, without much idea of how I'd use it. Its the first time I drew anything on my new Samsung tablet, which I honestly like more than my actual drawing tablet.

I started this months ago just to see what it would sound like, I really tried to find time to do an actually cover of something with my own voice, but stuff keeps happening. I had to switch jobs back in february, and then again in april. There was an medical issue with a family member so I became responsible for 95% of the household chores. It wasn't until this last week I had time to do anything, but I couldn't sing because I had the 2020 plague, and so did everyone else in my house.

I don't know when I will upload my next video or what it will be. I'm have everything finished (drawing wise) for three possible songs, but who knows if I do any of them or something completely different.

【Kasane Teto AI x Namine Ritsu AI】Deja Vu【Synth V/ACE Studio カバー】

Remi 2024-04-15 | This was the second thing I made after getting Teto's Synth V voicebank, but I put off uploading it because I've been uploading so many vocal synth covers recently it felt like too much. What I wanted to have finished by now is no where near finished, so now it gets to see the light of day.

I finished this before I figured out how to make Synth V automatically tune everything, I almost when back and had Synth V tune it, but I liked my own tuning better, even though it feels like it clashes with Ritsu's ACE vb.

The echos and glitchy sound were hard to do. I found a UST with the glitchy stuff done, and I went by ear listening to Jubyphonic and Rachie's cover of the song to try to get it to sound closer to the english version (because the one I had found was japanese).

I almost did the echo's with their UTAU cv voicebank, but it didn't sound right, Teto sounds so different between her AI and UTAU voice, and Ritsu only has the one normal vb as a cv. So I autotuned them to oblivion to get the robot voice back.

ALSO: the breath at the bridge came from Namine Ritsu's Normal VCV voicebank, because I had yet to figure out how to make AI Teto breathe.

I kinda cheated by letting the program do all the tuning, but I like how it sounds so I kept it like that.

Remi 2024-03-04 | I did the art at my leisure, and then did the recording and actually making the video all in one day. It's been a productive day.

Now that I know how to do simple animations in Shotcut, I had a bit to much fun making the pictures move, I had to do this video in two parts so my computer wouldn't cry.

All the silhouette images in the video were either taken from the original Last Revolver music video, or from the Muzzle of Nemesis book. If I had infinite time and patience I would have made my own images, I don't have that.

Remi 2024-02-17 | I set up this cool booth thingy in my room that's supposed to make the sound quality better. It is dark and sweaty and hard to move. I had to drag it back out three times. I kept messing this song up.

I started working on this song back in November, I had the video ready in December. I was sick until mid January, and that booth thingy wasn't ready until last weekend.

Hopefully cold and flu season wont hit me so hard anymore, because I don't work in a place that will get me sick as easily.

I had a lot of fun making the video for this, I finally figured out how to do simple animations in Shotcut, which I wish I new when I made the Phony video...

I really hope this description doesn't read like me complaining, I'm really happy that I can finally do EC covers again.

Remi 2024-02-05 | I got Teto's Synth V voicebank!!!! Also I got Synth V!!!!

Probably not the best investment when I only start making Vocal Synth covers when cold and flu season hits me, but SHES SOOOO PRETTY!!!!

PsySoubi's english cover of Muzzle of Nemesis using Gumi's Synth V voicebank is what made me want to make this. It was really amazing to hear Gumi sing muzzle of nemesis in english. Especially her AI voicebank which sounds the most like a human. It's like if Nemesis herself were singing it.

I wanted to do something similar with my own lyrics, Muzzle of Nemesis is my favorite Evillious song, Nemesis is my favorite character. So I won't be covering the song with my own voice until I have a better environment to do it in. I want it to be perfect when I do it.

【Namine Ritsu AI】Last of Me【ACE Studioカバー】

Remi 2024-01-22 | Honestly, at first I hated Ritsu ACE vb, but it's really growing on me. When I think of Ritsu's voice the first thing I think is her kire, and when her ACE didn't sound like that I got so grumpy, but Ritsu singing in english is the best.

I love hearing the way Ritsu pronounces 'a', and 'e' sounds, they sound so open and strong.

I really really really really really like Ritsu.

I changed the pv a little bit. I put a red mask over the hair in the pv, as well as a rainbow one over the inverted part, and when the singers eyes are shown. I was considering making a whole new pv, but the close up was really daunting, and what I drew just didn't vibe with me.

I keep seeing videos like this, I saw one with Kasane Teto and it was really cool, so I wanted to make one with Ritsu.

Remi 2024-01-04 | I was experimenting with ACE Studio, solely because it can make Ritsu sing in English.

I didn't cover the full song because I was getting frustrated with the program, and didn't want to do the full thing if it didn't sound good after going through Reaper.

The lyrics I used are my own. I have a good amount of English lyrics for Ritsu songs uploaded on my DeviantArt, but I'm not sure if I'll ever sing them myself because my voice CANNOT do what Ritsu can.

I Made a Cool Thing (The Last Revolver)

I'm not too sure how the violin parts I added during the singing parts will sound, but I think they're pretty.

Remi 2023-11-27 | I was going to do Evil Food Eater. I had everything ready to do Evil Food Eater. The recording sucked. I don't have a great place to record, or a microphone that's even designed for singing, so the recording sucked.

I could have sounded better if I used an arrangement like I normally do, but for CONCHITA? EFEC is one of my favorite songs because it goes. so. hard.

Anyways, I've been holding myself back from doing the grath arc songs (ignoring the fact I've done Miniature Garden girl, but that was ages ago so I don't count it) because I LOVE the grath arc, it is my favorite arc, and Nemesis is my favorite character. Remi 2023-07-23 | I did not feel like singing this week tbh. I also didn't feel like it last week... or the week before that...

My UTAU covers keep either doing really bad and insanely good on this channel with on my channel so every time I upload one now it feels like I'm playing roulette.

I have everything finished for a not vocaloid related cover I'm working on, that I probably wont do for another month, my next upload will most likely be a Kagepro song.

This video was really fun to make, I tried to get it as close to the original as I could, but I couldn't do that really fast wipe transition. So I got to use my favorite effect every five seconds (my computer was crying, it's not that good).

Maiko's UST is amazing! I was sad to have to reset all the tuning because Ritsu sounded so good with it, but I really need to get better at my own tuning. They gave me new ideas so that's good.

Remi 2023-06-11 | I am PROUD of this one. I had to do extra for this since it's a Seven Deadly Sins song, and I love how the video turned out.

I was torn between doing Glassred, and MotC, but I had sung Glassred so much I never wanted to hear it again, and I couldn't think of anything good for MotC.

I mainly did this song because I downloaded the JP version of Project Sekai, only to find that they had an EC rerun two weeks after I got it. I unlocked Master on this song in two days, and now I'm here.

I have a handful of EC songs that I don't think I'll ever be able to do, Project MA, Venomania, and Fifth Pierrot being some of them because my voice can't do T H A T. So unless I get ahold of black magic, they aren't getting covered here.

The next thing I upload is going to be another UTAU cover because I have 3 mostly finished, and I wanna do a 4th.

Remi 2023-05-07 | The program crashed while I was making this video the first time so I basically wasted my entire Sunday on a five-minute shitpost video.

I have not had the motivation to do anything for the past month. Also, I switched all my files over to an external hard drive yesterday and lost a drawing I was making for The Portrait Glassred Drew. I am not getting much done right now.

I am gonna give myself a month, and then I'm gonna probably cover Glassred or Master of the Court (I have really been dying to cover that one).

【Namine Ritsu】Villain【UTAUカバー】

Remi 2023-04-09 | I planned on doing something else this week, but it's easter and I needed the time for work.

Lord, do I think this song is perfect for Ritsu. I mean, I think Teto's voice fits the style of the music more, but I NEEDED to make this with Ritsu.

The UST link I provided in Teto's cover has the version I made for Ritsu. Teto has a dedicated trilling '巻' sound, while Ritsu doesn't. I'd say I got pretty close by spamming the 'ru'/'u ru' sound, which is more or less what you'd do for any other character.

Like I did for Teto's cover, I used Ritsu's rainbow piano colors over the video. I think it's super pretty. Also, am I the only one that questions what the heck Ritsu's piano is? Is it magic? Is Ritsu a mage? I need to know.

I made the UST from a midi I found on youtube, and I am so proud of how it turned out!

I'm already working on another cover, and I DID make the UST all by myself for that one. Except I had to pay the stupid tax to make that one, because I didn't watch far enough into EchoBlossom's UST-making tutorial. I am now the shameful owner of a paid copy of FL Studio.

I love the combination of Ritsu and Teto, so this became a duet.

Remi 2023-02-07 | It is a good thing I recorded this when I did because I got a cold two days later. I am so done with winter.

I finished the art for this a month ago but was too scared to cover it because of what that cold from October did to my voice. It still ain't the same.
I've been obsessing over UTAU in the past month too for a similar reason. I did not realize OpenUtau, Ace studio, or ENUNU existed until last week. I'm a diehard fan of Namine Ritsu and did not know the beauty that was ENUNU. I also suck at using ENUNU. Great with OpenUtau though. Already 80% done with a project on it 😈.

So until my voice fully recovers, I'm playing with UTAU. The last time I touched it was in 2020, nearly three years ago, and I love it so much better than vocaloid. Maybe it's because my only experience with vocaloid is Lily, idk.

I found a UST for Life Prolonging Treatment, which felt perfect because it's one of my favorite Neru songs. I spent two solid days trying to make a decent-sounding off-vocal of it ages ago.

I tried to use Something is Kire for this, but it's way over my head.

Remi 2022-11-29 | Okay! I got a really, really bad cold in October, and it basically lasted throughout all of November. I mean, I am still getting over it.

I was coughing so hard, and so often, I lost my voice three times in the past month and a half, and it's still not 100% back. I can't hit high notes the same way I could before, and I'm losing my breath more when I sing... okay that one could probably be fixed if I go to the gym.

Nier: Automata was the first action game I ever played, I BEGGED my parents for it for Christmas, when I was 16 or 17, and I proceeded to play the LIFE out of that game. Every single day in the evening, you would see me playing it, at school I looked forward to getting home so I could play it, I had dreams that were vaguely Nier related for a year because I played it so much.

And then when the Replicant remake came out I preordered it. And... well I don't like it as much as I like Automata, the lack of fast travel sucks, and the gardening mechanic is tedious.

Remi 2022-11-02 | Yay! I managed to make a video this week! I have a terrible cold, so I cannot sing without sounding like a whoopie cushion.

Fun story! I begged my parents to get me V3 Lily in middle school. And I got her! Two weeks after V4 was released! I still think about this choice. Lily is hard to use. I didn't know how to make her NOT sound like a horn in the opening.

I don't use Vocaloid enough to justify getting anything else though unless I can't find older ones used...

Anyways, I have been sitting on this VSQX for years. Lily, despite being way above my head, is my favorite Vocaloid. And Ritsu is my favorite Utauloid. I love this song. I cannot sing this song.

I think I did a good job.

Since I work with kids now, I really should get better with Vocaloid and UTAU since I have gotten sick more times in the past six months than I think I have in my whole life.

If anyone knows how to make Lily NOT sound like she has a cold, please tell me 😁

I finally got a new microphone! It is way harder to use than I thought, so I only used it for the chorus. My idea was basically right though, I can be much louder with it than I can with the older one. The only issue is I HAVE to be a lot louder with it, so I have to practice singing louder I guess? Because of my other microphone, I spent years practicing how to NOT be loud when I sing, so I think I have a little bit of unlearning to do?

I want to mention something about the lyrics, I kinda made them, kinda didn't. I edited Rockleetists lyrics because I loved them a lot, but couldn't figure out how to sing them correctly for the life of me. Since I didn't technically write them from scratch I'm not going to upload them to my DeviantArt with my other lyrics, but I will add them below the credits.

Remi 2022-07-04 | So, I originally did this cover using the original song. I didn't like it, I sounded like a ten-year-old screaming into my microphone trying way too hard to be heard over the music. I redid the cover with a piano arrangement in less than an hour.

I keep having the issue of not being able to sing at a normal volume into my mic, if I lower the gain on it it's too quiet to work with, and if I increase it the audio clips. I think I finally figured out why I'm using the wrong type of microphone. The one I use right now is the Blue Yeti microphone, which is a compressor mic, and I think that's why I have to be super soft when I sing with it. So, in the next few weeks, I'm gonna order a dynamic microphone and hope that fixes my problem.

Remi 2022-06-20 | I almost completely hated this until I listened to the old cover I made when I was in middle school.

I'm also getting way better at using the features in Reaper which is the only thing that saved me from scraping this project lol. This song is probably the closest I'll ever get to putting harmonies in a song cause my brain shuts off when I try to do them. Even then I needed to pull out Reatune to make not sound like a middle school chorus.

I am going to do one other EC cover next and then a couple non-EC songs or the other way around because I really want to do a Ritsu song, a ghost song... or a kagepro song... I have a lot of songs I wanna do lol.

Also, these last four songs I did, artwise, were basically easy because I could reuse a lot of the stuff in each song, which is why I did them all together. I have a bit of an order I want to do the songs in. Like I don't want to do Muzzle of Nemesis before any of the other Seven Deadly Sin songs are done... Mostly cause it's my favorite I feel like that one's a 'go big or go home' type of song.

I tried to cover this a few years ago but didn't like how it turned out, so I put it off. I had to bring this down several octaves for me to actually be able to sing it. I brought the pitch down to -4 which is the lowest I've had to bring any song. Yet there are other songs that remain too low and too high for me, which has to be the most annoying thing about Vocaloid songs.

Remi 2021-07-28 | I got a free trial of Reaper and learned how to use 'compression' in it. Thus this was born.
