This "fun" video shows how a Vector Network Analyzer can be used to visualize the operation and impedance transformation that an HF Antenna Tuner (transmatch) performs when you make adjustments on it. The reflection coefficient S11 is displayed in several formats (Smith Chart, Log Magnitude and SWR) with the VNA set to zero span operation. After tuning up, the frequency is swept to view the response of the antenna system vs. frequency. The VNA used in this video is a Tektronix TTR506A.
