Chuck E. Cheeses Pizza Strike It Up - Union, NJ (1997) Big Chuck 2023-06-13 | Hey everyone, I know it’s been a minute but this was a video I meant to upload for a while. I tried to upload this vid back in 2019 but YouTube kept taking the video down so I ended up just uploading it to dailymotion. After hearing how trash the audio was on that vid and enhancing the quality making the video full screen, I decided to try and upload it on YT again. This is a video that’s been on YT for a while on Richard’s original CEC account but it’s such an old video in old YouTube quality I got the original video from The Rapid T. Rabbit Show and overdubbed the audio with the official live show audio. Always nice to see Union in its glory days. They just opened up a new CEC in Union about a month ago and it’s not nearly as cool as the original Union CEC in the 90’s but at least they brought it back to Union since they said they would relocate (not sure how great it really is though cuz new CEC sucks). It’s crazy I still upload videos every once in a blue moon but sometimes it’s nice to have content to still be able to upload for you guys. With most stores in 2023 being 2.0 now and the fact that I don’t really even care to film the stage shows anymore (the rare ones that actually perform) I have to announce my retirement from filming CEC videos (kinda already was done with it but I think I filmed a video at Edison a few months ago while they were receiving 2.0). It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that I no longer want to be a grown man still filming CEC videos lol (especially since there are no stages to even film) but I have a couple old videos I want to upload and maybe I’ll fix my old camcorder that I’ve been saying I’ll fix for years one day lmao. I still have Birthday 2008 from Union that I wanted to upload since like 2017 haha. But thanks to all my subscribers for supporting me over the years cuz I’ve been doing this for a long time longer than a lot of newer CEC fans were even born lol. Thanks for watching! My last video from the Chuck E. Cheese in Edison, NJ Big Chuck 2022-10-02 | This is the Chuck E. Cheese in Edison, NJ as of October 2, 2022. This was the last time I saw the animatronics at this location as they are currently receiving the CEC 2.0 remodel and the stage was removed a few days after I visited. Edison was one of the first CEC’s I ever visited; I used to pass by it all the time in the mid and late 2000’s but never went in until about January 2010. After they received the Phase 4 remodel and got rid of their classic CEC Pizza sign, I assumed they might’ve got Studio C but luckily they didn’t. In 2018, it was announced they were to receive the CEC 2.0 remodel the following year but it kept getting delayed until September 2022 when the remodel finally started. Idk exactly what will happen to the bots but this show was always cool since it was much bigger than EH 1-Stage and the bot’s cosmetics had unique characteristics. Not to mention their Jasper never had a hat going as far back as 1994 and no one rlly knows if their Jasper ever even had a hat. I never thought I’d see the day when Union is gone, Edison and EH are removing their shows and Studio C’s are just pointless now. CEC has really fallen off but thank you for all the memories over the years and in my childhood ❤️✌️Edison opened on September 20, 1993 with a 1-Stage. They received the Phase 2 remodel in the mid 90’s and Phase 4 in Mid-Late 2009. They started remodeling to 2.0 in September 2022 and are supposed to be relocating the showroom which had previously been at the back of the store to the left side of the store when you come in. It’s sad to think East Hanover’s stage will be gone soon (I don’t care much for that store anymore though lol) Wayne and North Bergen are supposed to be remodeling soon, Deptford I even hear is remodeling. We’re barely gonna have any functioning stages in NJ especially since Studio C’s aren’t programmed anymore. It’s really sad imo what has happened to CEC but this is just the direction they wanna head towards and all we can do is be grateful for the memories we’ve shared at CEC over the years. Cheese Rockville, MD Update (July 2022) Big Chuck 2022-07-23 | Well after 9 months of not visiting a CEC or uploading any content, I drop this video of Rockville, MD (a store that’s not even local to me) out of the blue. It’s crazy to me that this is my first video of 2022. I don’t even know whether or not to say Happy New Years I mean 2022 will be over in a few months lol. I’m actually hoping to upload more content now that stages are being removed; the nearby CEC in Laurel, MD which was known for having the last Pizzacam in existence recently got 2.0 and removed the stage (there’s a rumor the show is being saved for a Chuck E Cheese Museum that’s supposed to open in Florida who knows when but for now it’s just a rumor) so stages are now starting to go for real this time. My local stores Edison and Wayne were supposed to start their remodels this month but they were pushed back to September (won’t be surprised if they get pushed back again haha that’s what always happens). 2.0 still has yet to come to NJ and the remodel has been out for 5 years so that’s crazy to me. It’ll come eventually but I’m most definitely in no rush to see some of the stages I grew up with go.Hope you enjoyed this short update of Rockville, this store is thankfully still Phase 3 not sure for how much longer but I’m grateful they still have a lot of cool classic artwork even if the place is much brighter and the tubes were removed. And the stage is still in good condition so that’s good to see. Chuck E. Cheese Edison, NJ October 2021 Update Big Chuck 2021-10-11 | Update on the CEC in Edison as of yesterday. Even though I didn’t film the animatronics actually in action, this is just what the stage looks like as of yesterday. I don’t really follow CEC anymore so I didn’t know if the songs weren’t programmed or what was happening but the only song I saw programmed was “Be Yourself” but I didn’t film it. I also saw the birthday show and that is obviously programmed. The show wasn’t in good condition but idk CEC doesn’t care about them anyway so what are you gonna do? I didn’t go yesterday to film or just to visit bc I don’t really go anymore, I went with my young cousins so I wasn’t too focused on the show and stuff. Chuck E. World - Staten Island, NY Big Chuck 2021-09-11 | It’s been quite a while since you got a video from me, huh? I know I haven’t been uploading very often at all but I finally got around to going to CEC yesterday while I was in Staten Island. SI is actually one of my closest CEC’s and yet this was my first time visiting! I’ve been to Staten Island twice in my life in 2014 and 2021 and the first time I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t go to CEC this time I did as well but it was off the exit so I just decided why not even though I don’t really go to CEC anymore. Which brings me to my next point, I don’t really go to CEC anymore lol. I don’t really have any interest in the current showtapes or even shows since a lot of them have gone downhill. CEC is going forth with 2.0 and that’s fine with me but I’m just not gonna be visiting. Not even just bc of 2.0 but I’ve been doing this for so long, going to CEC I mean, I’m just like it’s not what it used to be and it hasn’t been for a long time. Plus CEC has screwed us over so many times so initially that was the reason I decided not to go here anymore but yeah everything I said leads to why I don’t go anymore and upload videos. I still sign on this account, for a while I didn’t sign onto this account at all but I still watch CEC videos and old shows. Staten Island’s show doesn’t look that great but it was nice seeing their unique 1-Stage. If you don’t know they were an early test 1-Stage when they opened in Spring 1993 and this is the only CEC in the world to ever have a stage like this so that’s cool. It would’ve been nice if I could stay longer and order food (prolly the best part of CEC now ngl) but I stayed very shortly. I cannot believe I’ve been making videos for this long and we’re finally at the 10 year mark. I never expected this channel to get that popular and for me to be doing these videos for this long lol. Chuck E. Cheese Voice Actors First & Last Lines Big Chuck 2021-01-10 | A few weeks ago, I was thinking what were the first and last lines for all the CEC voice actors? (CEC as in the character btw) So I decided why don’t I make a video where I get Chuck E’s first/last lines from the first/last shows each voice actor did and upload it to yt? I think it turned out pretty good but let me know what you think in the comments. My number one concern in making this video was accuracy and there were some va’s who I wasn’t exactly sure what was the first/last show they did. I didn’t know what was the first show Munch was in bc I knew he made his debut at the second PTT in November ‘78 but there was no showtape until December and there is no documented footage of the Helen Henny portrait show as of now. Sally 1 is the first documented showtape with Mr. Munch so I just took his first line from that showtape(in an interview at Dept. 18 in 2010, Scott Wilson said in his first show he did Munch and some sort of space creature so keep that in mind). But I did the best I could with the sources I had so I hope you all enjoyed! I also wanna thank Charles Tucker for the May 1998 Show audio! I thought it was on YT but it must have been taken down. Initially I wasn’t sure if I was even going to include Jeremy since he only did Chuck for one show but he’s still apart of the CEC voice actor history. I know Munch had a different va from Doug Teel in Destination Imagination but I really couldn’t watch Disney shows ugh! It was bad enough watching the totally awesome kids show! Thankfully I only watched the last segment and found out Doug did in fact have a line in that segment. I was considering making just one video doing all of the characters but it would be too much editing for one video plus I don’t know if you guys would even care about this type of video and if I’d just be wasting my time for something that would get 200 views. So I’ll see how well this video does and go from here. And credit to Pizza Time Theatre and Pizza Time Archive on YT for the PTT showtapes! I’m just realizing this is actually my first video of 2021! And my first video after CEC ended up making it out of bankruptcy! I’m still on a break from going to CEC, I actually didn’t go at all during the holidays which was a surprise even to me. Don’t wanna risk the rona and I’ve kind of lost interest in going to CEC. But I could def go back one of these days and I hope I can make more videos for you all soon! Just a reminder, if you’re reading this you survived 2020 and a year that so many people were taken from us so that’s something to be happy grateful for and we all hope that 2021 will be better! Chuck E. Cheese Fairfax, VA Store Tour (2017) Big Chuck 2020-12-06 | This is a store tour of the Chuck E. Cheese in Fairfax, Virginia. I filmed this video in Summer 2017 before the store remodeled to CEC 2.0 the following year. Fairfax opened in December 1983 as a Showbiz Pizza Place. They were converted into CEC during the merger in the early 90’s and featured a CEC 3-Stage Show until they received a Studio C Alpha years later. They remodeled to Phase 4 in the 2000’s and then to CEC 2.0 in Fall 2018. It’s unfortunate a lot of good stuff this store had were trashed like the RAE props, the 3-Stage, and now the Alpha and the long tubes. Really sucks but I thought this was a pretty cool location 😊I know I haven’t uploaded in a long time and I was planning to upload this store tour for months (and I meant to edit it for years lol). Hope everyone is well with 2020 coming to an end and all. This has been one of the weirdest years ever for me and a lot of people. Hopefully 2021 will be better but there are no guarantees. Remember just bc 2020 is ending doesn’t mean 2021 can’t be just as bad or even worse (although it seems unlikely it can get worse) so let’s just hope for the best in the future 🤞. I was planning on going to CEC since the holidays are coming up but with everyone that’s been going on lately with personal issues and covid and all, I think I’ll have to place a hold on going to CEC for now. Chuck E. Cheese Rockville, MD Update September 2020 Big Chuck 2020-09-08 | This is an update video on the CEC in Rockville, MD as of September 7, 2020. This is my first time revisiting Rockville since Summer 2018 so yeah, haven't been back here in a while. They actually closed the gameroom and dine-in and are currently only offering carryout/delivery yet the show was on. I found that interesting, plus they opened completely not too long ago so weird they closed again. I filmed this vid and started to film a showroom tour when a worker approached me and told me I can't film anything. I’ve never been told I couldn’t film before but I know some fans in the past were told they couldn’t film at certain stores and I’ve always found it stupid. Recently this has been happening to more fans like RPCEC at East Hanover and my friend CEC IL at Villa Park. And I'm sorry and excuse my language but I think it's pretty f*cking stupid that they not only do not allow fans to get anything, even trash, and destroy our childhood shows. Now they’re saying we can’t even FILM. If this continues, don’t expect me to continue with this channel or anything CEC related anymore. I will gladly stop going to CEC to see BARBARA THE BARNYARD BARBER bc of some stupid policy that doesn’t even make sense. I “can’t film”? Seriously??? What is this a theater show? It’s Chuck E Cheese!! But I politely said ok and left. It was a pretty good visit minus this I love seeing Phase 3 stores with 32 movement betas! Just sucks if they're gonna be doing this. Might have to stop going if this is gonna be a "thing" now and I'm a longtime patron of CEC. Chuck E. Cheese Rochester, New York Now Big Chuck 2020-08-28 | After about 20 years of operation, the Rochester, New York CEC on Hylan Drive permanently closed on June 25th. This is the 3rd CEC to close in Rochester with the other two being Penfield in September 1996 and the old Greece location two months later. The current Greece store is the only CEC left in Rochester and they are 2.0 😕 They actually closed 5 days before their 20th anniversary, sucks they couldn’t reach their 20th anniversary but they were closing regardless. Hylan closed on the same day CEC filled for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and a bunch of other CEC stores throughout the country closed that day as well, including the Amherst, NY store. With Hylan Drive, Amherst, and New Hartford’s closures this year, there are barely any more stages left in upstate NY 😢. So yeah pretty sad news. I wanna remind everyone that CEC stores are still closing and CEC is still bankrupt. A lot of CEC’s, restaurants, and stores in general are still struggling from this pandemic so please support your local stores! I first visited Hylan Dr in August 2013 and it was the first Phase 5 store I visited just a year after rockstar was introduced and a few months after the remodel was rolled out to a few stores. When I first pulled up to the CEC, I was not expecting to see new Chuck’s head on the exterior so that was a fun surprise! I really liked the alpha at this location and I also liked how Chuck’s red cap was sideways, it made it seem unique. Fast forward to November 2018 and my trip up to Rochester again for the first time in 5 years! The show has changed quite a bit now with Chuck’s cap removed, his cool chuck outfit replaced, and the curtains disabled. But it was still a cool store! I came back in March 2019 and filmed an update video for yt then came back a few times in Summer 2019, I think it was actually four times! That’s crazy to think I visited a CEC 5 hours away four times in one summer (didn’t visit Rochester for CEC btw lol). I’m actually glad I visited so much despite not knowing what would happen a year later. I visited Hylan Dr for the very last time on August 23, 2019 and stayed there for hours, filmed some songs, filmed a store tour, then left for the last time. It really feels like I knew it would close bc of how long I stayed, especially on my last visit, of course I did not know and we all had no idea covid would happen and close all our favorite stores. I was really sad when I got the news that this store closed bc it was one of my favorite stores despite being Phase 5 and I always loved to visit everytime I go up to Rochester. Chuck E. Cheese Summer 2012 Show Segment 1 - Paramus, NJ Big Chuck 2020-08-26 | This is Segment 1 of the Summer 2012 Show filmed at the Paramus, New Jersey Chuck E. Cheese. As you may or may not know, I uploaded this video to YouTube back in August 2013 except the volume was low and it was the Jaret version (ugh!) So I decided since I have the entire segment and they all have similar lines (with the rest of the band minus CEC having the same exact lines and voices) I would just dub it with the Duncan version. I think it came out fine the only thing was that Jaret’s version slightly differs from Duncan’s bc DB was always upbeat and chuckling or making ad libs (like when he said “when this fun filled day is done” then afterwards said “what are we gonna do”), and the bot in this video didn’t talk for some parts in the video. Chuck E. Cheese Barbara The Barnyard Barber - Rockford, IL Big Chuck 2020-08-16 | This is Barbara The Barnyard Barber filmed at the Chuck E. Cheese in Rockford, Illinois. This was filmed by my good friend CEC IL, NOT ME. Just to clear that up now. Rockford is the last store in the world to have the old Rocker Stage from the 80's and they've had their stage longer than any other CEC! Rockford opened as a Celebration Station in the early 80’s and a Showbiz in the late 80's. They were actually one of the last Showbiz Pizza Place's. They converted to CEC not too long after opening and were one of the stores who received a CEC Stage instead of undergoing concept unification. As years went on and most CEC's converted to the newer stages, Rockford kept theirs but it wasn't too rare at this point. By the 2000's, Rockford and a few other stores still had them but they quickly started disappearing when Florence and Cincinnati converted and Calgary AB closed. Now Simi Valley and Rockford were the only stores left with the Rocker. And they both kept their shows for years until Simi Valley closed for redevelopment of the area leaving Rockford the only existing Rocker Stage in the world. They were also the last stage in the world to still have Chuck E's original classic outfit - the derby and vest until they switched to avenger around the time when they remodeled in 09. They received the Phase 4 remodel in 2009 and were actually going to trash the classic stage for a Studio C or maybe even a 1-Stage (from what I've heard, I don't remember what the whole story was). Thankfully they kept the stage and still have it today! Hopefully they can keep it for years to come! I actually like this song (although I admit it gets repetitive after a while like another summer song that has been reused every summer show since 2016 ;) and I think it's the best song on the current show but that's not saying much lol. Chuck E. Cheese “Barbara The Barnyard Barber - Wayne, NJ Big Chuck 2020-07-28 | Well Summer's here and the new Covid Summer Show is out! It features two new songs (both uploaded to yt prior to the show release) and two reused songs from the Summer Show last year. I was personally disappointed in the showtape but hey it's CEC lol. And to be fair, we're living in a very strange time right now so no one's expecting the shows to be like, you know, top notch or anything. I was in the Wayne area today and I had actually planned a meet up with Chris Martin aka Segatendo1985 at the Edison store today. Then I decided hey, if I'm going to Wayne why don't we just meet up there! So we did and we had a great time! However, Wayne does not have outdoor dining like Edison and Middletown so we actually had to go to the Panera Bread in the plaza and use their outdoor seating. That was cool so thanks Panera Bread LOL. But we had such a great time and I thank the staff at the Wayne, NJ Chuck E. Cheese for helping to make our experience so much fun! Now onto the show itself. It was cool seeing the last Road Stage in the Northeast US! There were of course a few flaws in the show like Jasper's spotlight and Chuck and Helen's mouths (pointing it out now so I don't see below cHucK mOuTh bRoKe nEeD fiX) and the show started glitching during and after Out Of This World (didn't film that) but other than that I really liked it! Was real nervous when this store was temporarily closed and CEC started to permanently close a lot of stores that this MAY have been one of the stores that would eventually bite the dust. But thankfully they survived and are now open again! :) All the stores in New Jersey are now finally open for games ONLY since indoor dining is suspended. Like I said earlier, Wayne does not currently have outdoor dining like some NJ stores but hopefully they can put some seating out there soon! Wayne opened in April 1992 with a Road Stage. They were actually one of the last few Road Stages installed in a CEC and 2-Stages were already starting production around the time they opened. There used to be a PTT down by the Willowbrook Mall that was 8 mins down the highway from this store. They opened in October 1982 and Richard C. (god rest his soul) actually shot a birthday party video there in 1984 for his show!: youtube.com/watch?v=z1NRJp_i0hMThat store was believed to have closed in 1987 around the same time East Brunswick closed leaving the Union PTT the only store left in NJ. They moved to this small spot in the Brentwood Plaza Shopping Center in Early 1992. The store is pretty small today, I wonder how small it felt before the expansion. In 2011, they expanded the store... bc it was small lol. The restaurant remained closed and even stayed closed when all the NJ CEC's were starting to open up. They finally reopened last week and I was very happy to see that all the NJ CEC stores survived! Not just CEC, support local small businesses bc this is a very hard time for everyone and if you help support that would be very helpful to people whose businesses are struggling. Chuck E. Cheese Play All You Can Play - Middletown, NJ Big Chuck 2020-07-22 | This is "Play All You Can Play" filmed at the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Middletown, New Jersey. Middletown had just reopened about a day or two before I visited and yes they were still playing Show 1. Stores that were (and still are) open just for carryout still have or had Show 1 in the DVD player and I don't think they shipped Show 2 to locations that aren't open so that's why they still have it playing. This is a very interesting time for everyone and CEC and this is the first time they've had a show that played first quarter still playing in the summer... I think lol. Reason I said I think is because I don't wanna get off topic but I remember on my first ever visit to Laurel in Summer 2010, for some reason they had Christmas decorations still up and were playing the January 2010 Show (April 2005). That is dream material seems like something you'd see in a dream lmao although I'm certain it was not I definitely went there(maybe the summer show disc wasn't working so they just put the January show in but enough about my strange first visit to Laurel lol). Anyways, this was the first song I saw during my visit and my first time seeing the stage in action since April 2013 so I was happy seeing it! :) I also liked how towards the end of the song I filmed the games in the showroom it fit well with the song! Cheese Middletown, NJ Covid Store Tour Big Chuck 2020-07-21 | Since stores are now opening up, CEC has decided to make some changes throughout the restaurants to implement social distancing and help make guests visits safer! Part of these changes were closing certain games in the restaurant, closing certain areas, closing multiplayer games, and moving them around to different areas in the restaurant. They also put hand sanitizing stations, a bunch of arrows, and red "Thank you for Social Distancing" stickers on the floors. In addition, they have also closed some of the seating and the ticket blaster. So yeah LOTS of changes lol. This video, which is basically a store tour, shows the unique changes and different stuff put in to make it more safe. As you can see, they have also moved games to the showroom right in front of the stage which has never been done before. While I admit it is cool and unique stores are moving the games to the showroom, it now becomes kind of a distraction from the show but they've been making distractions for the show for years now so ain't nothing different lol. At least before there was an entire room dedicated to the show now with this brief period where games will be in the showroom it might be a bit harder to see the whole show and not have the games in the way. Thankfully I was able to still get some good angles despite them being in the way. We'll see how long this lasts hopefully people continue to social distance and avoid outside contact as much as they possibly can. It was pretty interesting to me to see the Toddler Zone closed as that's one of the most iconic things about this store that they still feature. It was also interesting to see the games in the showroom (which again, just didn't like how some were in front of the show) and this is definitely a really unique and unusual time. While I don't encourage going out for nonessential things like Chuck E. Cheese, it was pretty cool and quite a unique CEC experience seeing the store like this. And NJ has suspended indoor dining so when you can't dine indoors what do you do? Dine outdoors! And it was actually really cool eating CEC pizza outside while the sun sets on a nice summer day! So again, I don't encourage going out for nonessentials but if you can social distance and stay as contact-less as possible, you could have a pretty unique experience as well! I'm trying not to go out much, haven't really gone anywhere but CEC since March tbh LOL but please remember to wash your hands, wear your mask (like Chuck on the thumbnail 😉), and social distance! Chuck Es Place - Middletown, NJ Big Chuck 2020-07-19 | Wow, I can't believe I haven't been back here in 7 years! Believe it or not, this is one of my favorite CEC's despite only visiting twice! I first visited Middletown back in April 2013 for a birthday party and I had such a great time and I also saw the April 2013 Show for the first time so that was a really cool visit! It took a long time to get there the first time due to traffic but it was definitely worth the wait. Over the years, I've never really gone to the Middletown area so that's why I haven't been back here in so long. I planned on returning numerous times in the past few years but always just never got to go. I was actually close to the Brick area yesterday but I decided since I was somewhat close to Middletown I would visit since they just reopened a few days ago (possibly even the day before I visited) and boy did it not disappoint! I really enjoyed seeing this great 1-Stage again and visiting this cool store! Since my last visit, Chuck of course had his cap removed to coincide with the rockstar Chuck look, and they replaced Helen's 90's mask with the pointy beak. Because of social distancing, they have moved some games around and unfortunately there are games in front of the show so it was kind of hard to get some angles but I think the video turned out pretty good! As you can see, they were still playing Show 1 because they just reopened so they probably were like we'll just keep the show disc we have in. Regardless, Chuck E's Place is a nice CEC classic so I hope you enjoy the song on this great 1-Stage! Middletown opened in July 1994 with a 1-Stage and they were the first 1-Stage in NJ to open with the turntable and the only to keep it to this day. They are actually one of the last stores in the world to still have the turntable on their 1-Stage which is crazy because there were a lot more even just a few years ago but those stores have either closed or trashed their stage during 2.0. Although it no longer works, it's still cool they still have such a rare feature today. In the early 2000's, Chuck wore the Blue Est. 1977 cap at this store alongside the cool chuck outfit! They remodeled in I believe 2009 and received the newer avenger outfit. The stage stayed in nearly perfect condition for years and it was another great NJ 1-Stage! They removed Chuck's avenger cap in late 2013 and the stage remained in the same physical state until they got a new Helen mask in 2018 replacing the classic 90's mask similar to the one New London had. The store was open only for carryout/delivery from March 2020 until a few days ago they opened for games only since indoor dining is suspended in NJ. However, locations in NJ are offering outdoor dining and I found it so awesome and a once in a lifetime thing to be eating outside at CEC watching the whole store and the atmosphere around me while I ate delicious CEC pizza! It's truly a unique experience so not saying you should go out of your house for non essential things like CEC but if you can, you can even social distance because there are not a lot of people going there, it's really cool! Cheese My Family - Edison, NJ Big Chuck 2020-07-17 | Sorry the end was cut off, my camera for some reason was like yOu HavE nO sPaCe even though I deleted everything and I don’t even have that much videos on my camera. But anyways, CEC is now open in NJ! They opened their gamerooms and their showrooms this week! 5 stores have opened in NJ and those stores are Brick, Cherry Hill, Edison, Jersey City, and Paramus. New Jersey has suspended indoor dining due to social distancing restrictions so there is actually outdoor seating! Imagine sitting outside in the summer breeze eating CEC pizza. If you live in the North/Central Jersey area, I'd recommend you visit soon because there aren't a lot of people there so you can easily social distance. I went to the Edison store today very shortly and filmed this song as well as an instagram live which didn't save because again it said no space. I was actually going to screen record when I delete more videos and edit it together with this video. But it's cool though. I was actually the only one there which was weird because that never really happens, especially in the summer. This is the most empty I think CEC has ever been in the summer. But anyways I hope you enjoyed this video from this cool 1-Stage! Crazy how this stage was scheduled to be trashed this year but corona actually saved them. Hopefully this stage can survive longer! Vernon Hills, IL Post-Closure Big Chuck 2020-06-28 | Here's a short video showing the Vernon Hills, Illinois CEC following their closure. This was filmed the day after they permanently closed on June 18, 2020. Vernon Hills opened in April 2004 with a 16 movement beta and was Phase 3 until they received 2.0 in Late 2019. VH is the first CEC 2.0 store ever to close and it's crazy they spent all that time and money on the remodel and taking out stuff and installing stuff and now just a few short months later, they are taking everything down. This was a pretty recent 2.0 do it's not like they got it a year or two years ago, it only lasted a couple months so yeah that kind of sucks. A lot of CEC stores permanently closed on June 18th and I'm sure you most likely heard that CEC has filled for bankruptcy which certainly does not mean all stores will close, however, it does mean we will unfortunately be losing a lot more locations as many stores will not be renewing their leases due to low sales resulting from covid killing their business. We’ve lost more stores from store closures in 2020 alone than we did from 2016-2019. It’s still increasing and and it’s only June 😳. For those of you who have local stores that aren’t closed, please go support and enjoy the memories while you still have time. Chuck Es Place - Milwaukee, WI + Social Distancing Ad and CEC Message Big Chuck 2020-06-21 | Another song from a Wisconsin store filmed by CEC IL! This video features, "Chuck E's Place" from the 40th Anniversary Show (originally on January 1991) and a Social Distancing message from CEC. At the end of the social distancing ad, they mention that you will not see CEC during your visit and you won't see him for a while (they said you will only see him on screen because of stores that do not have an animatronic stage show even though they could've just said he won't be coming out since you can see the robotic version but screw the animatronics I guess lol). This is because employees aren't allowed to dress up in the Chuck E. Cheese walkaround suit due to the coronavirus spread worldwide. The suit is pretty unhygienic so after covid started spreading in the US, CEC decided early that they would halt on having employees dress as Chuck until further notice. Although you can see the robotic Chuck at locations with an animatronic stage show, you will not see the walkaround Chuck at ANY CEC until further notice. At the end, the Chuck E. Cheese puppet makes an appearance and assures guests that although he is not there, you can still have fun & be safe and he also says he is currently working on new songs. These two videos were added on the Show 1, 2020 showtape and the rest of the show is the same. Milwaukee has a nice 1-Stage and although there are no lights, the stage is still in good condition! They were unremodeled until 2015. Chuck E. Cheese Disco Dancing Dinosaur Party - West Allis, WI Big Chuck 2020-06-20 | CEC is now open in Wisconsin! My good friend CEC IL went to the West Allis store last week and filmed Show 1. You know, the show that started in January and is still playing in June. This is definitely the longest running show we've had at least in the CEC era (I believe during the bankruptcy they had a year that had only two shows so there was probably a show that played this long or maybe even longer). Even though the show has been off for a few months, it is still playing in stores with an open dining room today. From what I've heard, Show 2 is coming out in July so stay tuned for that show fans with local stores that are opening their dining rooms! But anyways, some US stores recently opened their dining rooms and game rooms and I would personally encourage if visiting to watch the show and play fewer games than you normally would because corona is still here. CEC has safety procedures for guests playing games in the stores but I personally would just watch and enjoy the show because it's safer and you don't know how much time they have left. But anyways, here is Disco Dancing Dinosaur Party from the West Allis, WI CEC!West Allis opened as a PTT in December 1981 with a balcony stage. A lot of CEC fans have pics and memories of this store when it was a PTT. They received a Rocker Stage in the late 80's and the 1-Stage in the mid 90's. They actually kept some cool classic stuff on like Chuck's old mask and Jasper's old hat in the late 2000's. They even had the turntable and tux/derby Chuck in 2007. Both were removed by 2008 and Jasper's hat was replaced not too long after I believe. The store lost a lot of its significance after removing all the cool stuff and now it's just a generic Phase 4 store but at least the stage is in good condition! CEC has permanently closed more than 20 of its locations in just the past few months. This is very unfortunate and many are speculating that CEC may want to file for bankruptcy. We can't control whether our local stores close or not but the only thing we can do is keep supporting them and enjoying the memories while they last. Like I said, more than 20 stores closed permanently in the past few months they don't even close that many stores in a year. They haven’t even closed that many stores in the past 3 years. Other stores are temporarily closed, open for carryout/delivery, and some across the country have actually been cleared to open for dine-in and games. If you have a local store that's open, please support them because it's all fun and games until your local store closes forever and there's nothing you can do about it and all you have is memories of it. But even if CEC closes, at least we have all these videos online that we can look back at and enjoy even if the stages aren't operating anymore. Waterbury was one of the last locations to still have the classic tuxedo on Chuck and had it until July 2011! Pretty cool to think about how tux's still existed in the 2010's! Waterbury opened as a Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza in September 1992 with a 2-Stage. There used to be a PTT in Waterbury on the same street as the current store that closed during bankruptcy in 1984. They remodeled to Phase 4 in 2008 and actually kept the balcony due to the store layout but of course they made the showroom smaller. It's a cool store design this store and Newington have unique layouts the way the showroom is lower than the rest of the store. I thought that was interesting when I visited in 2015. They tried to order the avenger outfit for Chuck in 2008 but didn't get the budget approval until June 2011 and actually received the outfit in July 2011. It was really weird to me seeing Waterbury with avenger instead of the tux for the first time bc it was so iconic for me whenever I watched Chris aka CECShows' videos of Waterbury. The store lost a lot of its significance after that since it was just a Phase 4 store with a below decent 2-Stage. Funny how they had the tux for nearly 20 years and it took them 4 years to replace the avenger shirt with the rockstar shirt which they have on today. This store is really struggling today due to covid and people aren't really visiting so they are on the brink of closing. If you live in Connecticut please go help support through this difficult time. They have a large cheese pizza and wings for only 5 bucks each! Pretty good deal so plz if you can go help support! Chuck E. Cheese Play All You Can Play - Chicago Fullerton, IL Big Chuck 2020-06-03 | Hey guys! I know I haven't posted in a while but I'm glad to be back with a brand new video! This video was filmed by my good friend CEC IL and was filmed before the national health emergency was called in the country. The show might not be on at a lot of stores right now but Show 1 is technically still the current show right now so this is a new video from the current show lol. As you may or may not know Fullerton has received some cosmetic changes like Helen's mask. These cosmetics are from the Skokie, IL store that unfortunately received 2.0 last year. But at least they aren't going to waste and they're using them at this store! Their Chuck mask is also recycled from the old Streamwood, IL store that closed and relocated in 2014 so it's cool that this store gets a lot of recycled cosmetics. Fullerton opened in September 1993 with a 1-Stage and didn't remodel until the late 2000's. They were scheduled to receive 2.0 in Late 2018 but it kept getting delayed and now they're still Phase 4 and still have the 1-Stage. Footage of the first Road Stage in Springfield, PA Big Chuck 2020-05-11 | This, ladies and gentlemen, is footage of the very first Chuck E. Cheese Road Stage in history filmed in March 1991. It was installed in 1990 as a test stage while other opening locations still received the Rocker Stage. Before we get started I would like to say that I do NOT own this video it was filmed by Angel Vixen and I tried while editing to get more footage of the animatronics and less of their family being as this is a public account with a lot of subscribers and I don't know how comfortable they are with having a lot of people view it. I also made the video widescreen so I hope you guys enjoyed the wider view 😊. The songs playing in the video are Whoops, Wow, Who, Me? , Chuck E's Place, A World Of Ways To Say Hi, and the beginning of Treat 'Em Like You Wanna Be Treated which in case you didn't notice features the same instrumental as Havin' A Party. All of these songs are from the January 1991 Show which was the last show with all the PTT va's. Also featured was Birthday Extravaganza 1988 (cool how exactly 20 years later they made another Birthday Extravaganza except it's an entirely different song of course lol). Included in the video are views of the amazing early 90's showroom and some views of the ball crawl, showroom walls, and some of the games and stuff in the restaurant. Their stage was awesome from the cosmetics and the unique stage setup, it looked really cool! Not to mention Springfield has a really unique layout and the store from the outside looked like a house minus the CEC sign and awning. They unfortunately replaced this cool test stage with the newer 2-Stage a few years after this footage was taken but it was still a great stage with great animatronics in great shape. The store remodeled in the mid 90's (not sure but likely when they got the 2-Stage or around the same time) and remained in the same physical shape for the next two decades. The store announced they would remodel in 2012 but then we found out it was much more than a remodel. They were demolishing the entire store and building a new CEC in the same spot a few yards back by the end of the year. This was incredibly sad news because it was such a unique and cool Phase 3 store with a great stage and this was back before we even knew they housed the first road stage so that would've made it even worse when we found out it was closing. The old store closed on April 16, 2012 and the new store opened on November 14th of the same year with a COL stage (with bot bc this was right before they started removing bots from COL's). Even though this store is literally gone now, at least we have memories and many videos on YouTube of the store throughout the years, like this one. Glen Burnie Before The Remodel Big Chuck 2020-04-26 | This is a video of the Chuck E. Cheese in Glen Burnie, Maryland from Summer 2018 prior to them receiving the CEC 2.0 Remodel. GB was a very cool and unique store with a really interesting layout and fantastic animatronic show that still featured some PTT masks on their bots! I also found it cool how the tubes were so low bc of the ceilings. Unfortunately, the store remodeled in late 2018 and trashed a lot of the stuff in this video, including the great animatronic stage show 😢. I knew when I filmed this video the store was remodeling so I made sure to film as much as I could as I knew those were the last days of Glen Burnie looking like this and the last time I was ever gonna see it like this. The saddest part was I just saw that amazing stage show for the first time and was hoping it would stay for a little while so I could get the chance to at least see it one more time :(But hey don't be sad because it's gone, smile because it was here. These animatronics performed to the delight of kids and adults of all ages for nearly 30 years and they had a great run! Chuck E. Cheese Rochester, NY Store Tour! Big Chuck 2020-04-24 | Happy Friday everyone! The long awaited store tour of the CEC in Rochester on Hylan Drive is finally here! I'm pretty sure everyone who was waiting for it (like two ppl lol) probably gave up their hopes in like 2015. I filmed a store tour here back in August 2013 right after the Phase 5 remodel and it was cool to me how the whole place looked in comparison to the more common remodel at the time Phase 4. And it was also really weird that the place didn't have tubes bc at the time every CEC I went to had tubes. Little did I know all CEC's were about to start removing them 😞. But anyways here it is! Rochester opened in July 2000 in the Jay Scutti Plaza with a Studio C Alpha. This was cool because there had not been a CEC in that area for years prior to their opening. There was originally a PTT in the Panorama Plaza in Penfield which had a great show but they unfortunately closed in September 1996. The Greece former PTT closed shortly after Penfield's closure. There are actually a lot of videos of Penfield from the 80s and 90s filmed by my friend Douglas Ashbaugh on YouTube and here's one of them: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B8FRUI_VMHIPenfield seemed like a really cool location and it sucks they closed 😢. At least this one opened up not too long after. The store was Phase 3 until Spring 2013 they remodeled to the brand new Phase 5 remodel. They were either the first or at least one of the first stores to actually remodel to Phase 5 and not open with the remodel. They also had the entire cool chuck outfit until September 2013 they removed his cap and a few weeks later replaced the outfit with the newer avenger outfit. It's not clear when exactly rhey got avenger but there's a picture from October 2013 of him with cool chuck and a pic from December of him with avenger. When I first visited in August, he still had the full outfit and that was around the time I found out they were ordering stores to remove the hats so fun fact! The store has been pretty much the same ever since but I personally really like this store. One reason I prefer this store to the one in Greece is not only because the store is bigger, but they still have the stage show which Greece trashed in 2018 so I automatically prefer it 😊. Chuck E. Cheese Friendship Never Ends - Fairfax, VA Big Chuck 2020-04-20 | This is an Instagram live video from July 31, 2017 of Friendship Never Ends at the Fairfax, Virginia location. I filmed this during my road trip to Virginia in Summer 2017 where I visited multiple CEC's in Virginia and Maryland. Every location I went to was awesome and had an awesome show!Unfortunately, Fairfax doesn't have their show anymore as it was taken out during the CEC 2.0 remodel back in November 2018. Their show looked in slightly worse condition and more tainted than most other Studio C's so it was time to put it to rest... 😢. I was at least fortunate to see it once and had a great time at the store that day. I may go back if for whatever reason I'm in the area just to see how it looks now bc it's a pretty cool store. But like every 2.0 store, I plan to visit once and never visit again. Regardless, the Fairfax location is cool so if you aren't a fan of the animatronics like me and you wanna visit then by all means! I filmed this video back in Summer 2017 and I was very happy to visit this wonderful 3-Stage location that still has pizzacam! Enjoy the video! You know what would go great with this show? I'm not saying this because the company made me or I'm being sponsored to say this (I'm not btw), the actual reason is because the restaurant industry is dying due to corona rapidly spreading and unfortunately CEC is losing hundreds of thousands of dollars due to shutting down location's dine-in and play. CEC closing honestly doesn't affect me because honestly CEC sucks now (in my opinion), but the reason it's bad for animatronic fans is because if they file for bankruptcy we are never going to see a lot of stages perform again 😱. Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Star 1992 - Union, NJ Big Chuck 2020-04-10 | This is a reupload of Birthday Star '92 filmed at the old Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza in Union, NJ back in the summer of 1993. This was filmed just the year after Union received the brand new (at the time) 2-Stage and the year before Richard started working as a costumed performer there. Also notice the old masks and how Munch's hands still perform the clapping motion as they did not change the hands yet. Same with Pasqually so instead of playing the drums or the piano they are kind of "clapping on them" lmao. I uploaded the same raw video back in 2015 so I wanted to see how it would look like if I fixed up the video a bit, lower the brightness, raise the contrast and saturation so it looks neater, and dubbed the audio with the official birthday star audio so it sounds better. But unfortunately it's still in pretty bad quality as a downloaded an old video from an old site (showbizpizza.com) so obviously it's not gonna turn out that pretty. Regardless I hope you enjoyed the video and let me know if you'd like to see more videos like this in the future. Union opened in August 1984 as a Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre. They were a franchised owned store by Animated Family Restaurants. They were the third PTT to open in the state of New Jersey and luckily survived their bankruptcy likely because they were a very new and up and coming store. The two other restaurants in NJ owned by AFR were closed due to the bankruptcy leaving Union the only store in NJ for years until the Deptford store opened its doors in 1991. They received the newer 2-Stage show in 1992 and got the wooden stage that many early 2-Stages received. They remodeled to Phase 2/3 in the early 2000s when they painted the area around the stage, moved the skee-ball lanes and put the kiddie area next to where the 2-Stage was. In November 2003, corporate bought ownership of the store and unfortunately refused to rehire the old franchise cast members including one of the CEC fandom's most loved members Richard C. It sucks because the store really went downhill from there. I sometimes wish I was born earlier so I could've enjoyed Union when it was franchised owned more. A little after a year when they turned corporate, they received the Phase 4 remodel which had only reached a couple of test stores at the time. This store got the whole package brand new posters, new Studio C show with the newer (cheaper) 16 movement bot, and rearranged the entire store (minus the main game room). Unfortunately during this remodel they ended up removing the 2-Stage and the animatronics that performed there since opening for 20 years. The store was never the same but I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the store throughout my childhood, in which I primarily remember seeing it Phase 4. Although the magic was never the same, the store remained very popular and successful for years and was booming with business. That is until 2019 when they decided not to renew the lease and redevelop the entire land including the abandoned motel next to it. When I first heard the news I was heartbroken as this store I called home my entire life was not only about to close but also be DESTROYED of any trace or remains of the store ever. The store's last day of operation was on November 17, 2019. Me and NJ CEC fan Chris Martin (aka Segatendo) actually went on the last day and talked for a while about CEC and Union and how we're gonna miss the store. I think the saddest part of my visit was when they shut the show off for the final time. I may not have shown it but it was kind of emotional for me. To see the show get shut down for the very last time, a show you've watched and loved for years, a mouse on stage you loved since you first saw him. It was quite sad. They are opening a new CEC in Union as of January 2023 but I've enjoyed visiting this CEC over the years and it will truly be missed. Chuck E. Cheese Amherst, NY Store Tour! Big Chuck 2020-03-29 | This a tour of the Chuck E. Cheese in Amherst, New York I filmed back in August 2019. Amherst is a nice spacious store in upstate New York just 30 mins from Niagara Falls. They opened in June 1993 as Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza with a 1-Stage. The store remained unremodeled for many years until they got Phase 5 early a few months after Rochester, another upstate NY store, in Late 2013. They looked really cool unremodeled and it's a shame I couldn't see it in person. It's also a shame that unfortunately during my brief visit to this store, I never got to see the show in action and I only saw the bots in random mode. I stopped by here during my Summer Vacation trip to Niagara Falls and it was 20 mins before closing. Shortly after I filmed this store tour while I was waiting for the next song to come on, they shut off the show for the night so that sucked but they didn't know I was waiting for it. I had to get back on the road anyway and the next song was like 3 or 4 skits away so it wouldn't really be worth it. I'm glad I at least filmed this store tour. Funny story, I didn't include it in the video but in the middle of filming a guy who I assume was a manager or something asked me out of curiosity why I was filming. I told him and another person who was in fact a manager I'm a CEC YouTuber and I film animatronics at CEC's I visit. And I think they were quite intrigued (lmao). But I thought that was cool and at the end they were like well thanks for filming our show. They were really nice here. It sucks that there was that whole thing with fights happening at this location (there was two and the second one was minor) but at least now they are back on track. I don't think I'll ever come back here bc I live 6 hours away lol. But if for whatever reason I'm in the area I will definitely visit and try to catch the show in action this time.The two songs used in this video are "I'm So Excited" from You're A Star (September 1993 Show) and "Shining Star" from the September 2002 Show. I used I'm so excited bc that was one of the first songs this store played when it opened back in 1993. I gotta be honest I'm pretty happy about how this video turned out. I worked hard but I think everything worked out and this is one of the few times a video I edited turned out exactly how I wanted it to and I'm happy about that 😊. Chuck E. Cheese Melrose Park, IL - Chuck E’s Place Big Chuck 2020-03-28 | I went to Melrose Park and I filmed this video last week. Jk lol that didn’t make sense anyway I mean CEC has been shut down for the past few weeks. Unfortunately, there is a new virus I’m sure you all have heard of and due to this virus, everything has been shut down and a whole bunch of plans have been cancelled and even schools and colleges have shut down and events and everything is just getting cancelled/postponed. The virus is quickly spreading throughout the country and the world so basically the entire country is slowly getting shut down and we might not even be allowed to leave the house soon. We don’t know what will happen in the future, but all I can say is please try to stay home. If you have to go out for things like getting food or essentials then do it and avoid contact with other people. But everyone else please stay home and you will reduce the risk of spreading the virus. But this is about CEC not coronavirus prevention tips lol. CEC is unfortunately kind of notorious for being... like just not the cleanest of places. The tubes barely get cleaned, there’s a lot of games that everyone touches, a lot of rides ppl go on, and salad bar ppl for whatever reason think it’s appropriate to cough near and can get contaminated. One time on Instagram I saw a video of a little girl taking the utensils for each item on the salad bar and eating them all from the spoons. And a worker didn’t come by until like a minute after and only took the spoon away from the last one she put her mouth on. So disgusting things like that are ways it CAN spread. Originally, the plan was to shut down the tubes and the salad bar as they are the easiest ways for the virus to spread inside of a Chuck E. Cheese but there was really no reason for them to keep it open bc the games and stuff are the main attraction and without games ppl don't really have a reason to come (I mean I’ll still watch the show- ). They also didn’t allow employees to dress up as Chuck E. and risk getting the deadly virus just for minimum wage. It would be better to just close bc you can't do anything you usually do at CEC but like a lot of other places, if they close they will lose a lot of money and no one knows how long we're going to be on lockdown so CEC decided to keep stores open for carryout and delivery, just like Dominos or Papa John's, and shut down the rest of the restaurant. And to reel in customers, they're making all large cheese pizzas only 5 bucks (and just recently they made wings 5 bucks too). So if you're hungry and you don't wanna cook or you wanna save all your cooking for when they possibly put us into quarantine, go support your local store and spend 10 bucks on pizza and wings. Unfortunately, my local store closed thanks to the township of Union which btw they're doing nothing with the vacant building right now (they need permits and stuff to start demolition but it's honestly a waste of shutting down a very big and popular store) so I can't get it. Although I did go to East Hanover last week. Oh my gosh this is such a long description for a 38 second video. I don't get to talk to you guys that much now. I hope to upload more videos bc of this quarantine thing keeping us home. I have a bunch of videos I need to upload so I'll try to post some this week I promise. Chuck E. Cheese Edison, NJ Update - March 2020 Big Chuck 2020-03-03 | I guess you wonder where I’ve been? Or not you probably don’t care lol. Sorry I haven’t been uploading later. Haven’t really even been paying attention to CEC lately. I still go on instagram but I don’t pay attention to the CEC stuff going on in the fandom. Like that news abt Tom being replaced went right over my head bc I would just scroll past things lol. But thankfully I was able to visit the Edison store this weekend. I had a nice time going back to CEC, I haven’t been to CEC actually since early January and I used to go like once every week so that’s a pretty long time according to my standards. I’m trying to upload more often and I still have 3 store tours I need to upload so this channel is not dead. I will try to upload one of them ASAP but which one do you wanna see? Amherst, Rochester Hylan, or Whitehall? I had a nice time at the Edison store this weekend, Edison is a nice location! It was really full though lol. Chuck E. Cheese Disco Dancing Dinosaur Party - Levittown, PA Big Chuck 2020-01-05 | I didn’t expect to come back to Levittown before the 2.0 remodel. This place is far even from South Jersey but I was near the store today and I really like this store so I decided to stop by. It was a nice visit and like I said before I really like this store. Every time I come here I notice how small it is and how low the ceilings are lol. But that’s not a problem I still love it. And their show is awesome! I wish it could be saved like the whole show but if it’s trashed and no one saves it there’s nothing we can do abt it. I hope I can visit again, I thought I would never ever see this stage again in my life but here we are now so anything is possible. This is also my first CEC visit of the 2020’s and this is one of my last few visits seeing the show as most shows will be gone as the decade goes on. This will also be the last decade I’m ever going to CEC bc when 2.0 takes over I will not be visiting CEC. You guys might not like that but imo there’s no point in going to CEC to film what you can view online on CEC’s YT anyway. And the lighting and stuff is just light programming, you can find many lighting videos to better music on other ppl’s YouTube accounts (lol why am I coming crazy for CEC. Chuck E’s Place 2020 - Bridgewater, NJ Big Chuck 2020-01-01 | 2020 opens immediately with a throwback to a CEC classic that turns 30 next year. Bridgewater turns 20 next month! 2000 was really 20 years ago! I feel so old!! This decade may or may not be the last for CEC but whatever happens, the shows will always be remembered. And for the shows that survived this long, it’s cool that they’ve made it to this decade and I hope they can survive longer. Show 1 was overall disappointing to me but like I said a million times it’s not a surprise to me anymore bc the shows have been disappointing for 5 years now. This year and this decade, stores in my state will be starting to remove their shows which has never happened in NJ. The only store in this area without a show is Jersey City which has a botless COL stage. I’ve been to most CEC’s in NJ and I will miss all their stages. While they are still here, let’s enjoy them and continue to capture footage of them in action! Let’s make this year a good year and have less drama and less problems than 2019 and last decade. Big Chucks New Year/Decade Special! Big Chuck 2020-01-01 | Well, we're almost here! We are almost in the 2020's! Some people in some places in the world are already there so Happy New Year to you! Which means the 2010's will officially be over by tonight. Looking back, a lot of stuff has happened this decade CEC wise. Long time Chuck E. Cheese voice actor Duncan Brannan was fired after being replaced by Jaret Reddick. Long time Helen Henny singer and voice actor was fired after being replaced by Caroline Richardson (terrible replacement imo). Chris Hill replaced Jon Bowen who had voiced Mr. Munch since 1999. There were a lot of store closings and some interesting store openings, the last unremodeled stores in NJ closed, CEC's finally opened without animatronics and all new store remodels have the animatronics be removed, The long awaited "new Hawaii CEC store" finally opened and was, and might be, the very last CEC ever to open with any animatronics what so ever, and way more. This channel started in this decade in January 2011 back when I was just a kid. Now I've changed and it's cool to see how my videos progressed over the decade and I hope to see how they progress this decade! All I Want For Christmas is Snow interrupted by SHOW 1, 2020 Big Chuck 2019-12-31 | I was in the area on New Years Eve so I decided to go to Bridgewater! I used to love to go to Bridgewater bc it was such a nice little location with an amazing show! When I was coming in, I saw a fed ex guy and I’m not certain but I think he was bringing in Show 1. I came and the Christmas Show was playing but as you can see, they turned it off so they can put the new show in. I filmed the new show and I was disappointed by it but that’s pretty normal nowadays for CEC now lmao. I will upload it when I get home. I also filmed the long awaited interactive console tour! I actually did film one back in 2016 but it kinda sucked so I never made it public. This may or may not be the very last time I visit Bridgewater before the remodel next year. It takes kind of a long time to get here and I don’t come to this area very often so I’ll probably not be back here before it. This was one of the first CEC stores I ever visited back in Summer 2008. I was at my friends house and he lives near this store so we went and I loved the classic exterior and the “unique” (to me lol) 32 movement bot. Back then I was only used to the 16 movement beta and I never really knew of other studio c stages. I’ll miss seeing the store like this and I will especially miss the amazing show which is one of the last store to have eyelashes, use curtains, and have the interactive console! Chuck E. Cheese East Hanover, NJ December 2019 Update Big Chuck 2019-12-26 | Haven’t been to East Hanover since September 1st so yeah it’s been a while. I was a little disappointed with the condition of the stage as Jasper’s mouth wasn’t on, his hat was crooked, the back of Munch and Pasqually’s heads were off, and Chuck’s right eye was stuck. So yeah quite a few problems, everything else was fine though. I was also disappointed that zorp ah glorp didn’t play due to the live show that they didn’t even perform bc chuck just walked around instead of actually performing but I don’t think it would’ve played regardless bc they shut off the show early anyway. I think they waited for me to stop filming to turn off the show bc literally right after I filmed this they went back stage and turned off the show. This was filmed on Christmas Eve and they closed at 5 which is why the show was shut off so early. I hope you all had a good Christmas and get ready for the new year which is a week away! Chuck E. Cheese Zorp-Ah-Glorp Dor-Bah Is Coming Tonight! Big Chuck 2019-12-25 | Here’s a silly little Christmas song featuring Munch and his siblings getting ready for Zorp-Ah-Glorp Dor-Bah who is like Santa Claus for Planet Purple. I wanted to upload this on Christmas Eve but I ended up not editing this until late Christmas Eve. I also was waiting on munch footage for the song since all my local stores always do the live show and skip over the song and was editing on another computer where I installed the newest version of my editing software so I had to get used to it so yeah that made it fun 😒. Overall, I really like how it came out. I wanna give a huge thanks to CEC Waterbury who was the only person who had the Munch footage which was filmed at the Waterbury, CT store and allowed me to use it. Chuck E. Cheese Holly Jolly Dance - Deptford, NJ Big Chuck 2019-12-23 | The Deptford CEC does live shows as they are meant to be done. They do a different live show every hour. As you can see at the end of my cookies for santa video, they did the Chuck E Cha Cha, the next hour they did the holly jolly dance, then the next hour they did the winner wonder dance. That's how they should do it but a lot of stores just do the same live show every hour and it gets annoying and repetitive. The Holly Jolly Dance made its debut last Christmas and it’s a parody of the Easy Dance so it’s not as original as what they did this year where they made a completely new Christmas live show but it’s still a nice fun little song. Glad to see the Deptford store is not only very passionate about the stage show, but they’re also passionate about live shows as well. Only thing that would make it perfect is if they did live shows in the showroom but that’s a safety hazard with the tables and chairs and stuff in the way so it’s easier to do it at kid check. It’s still awesome. I’ve been actually uploading videos everyday for the past few days and I might upload 2 today (2 meaning 1 in addition to this video) so get ready for more Christmas CEC videos! We’re really about to be in 2020. A lot of stuff happened over this past decade and a lot of stuff will happen over this next decade. By the beginning of 2020 we’ll be way different than how we are at the end of the decade. And what I’ve been looking back on for the past few days is how I was way different in the beginning of the 2010’s and how I am gonna be saying the same thing 10 years from now. It’s crazy. At the beginning of the 10’s I had just started this account I was kind of a young stupid kid and I remained stupid over the years lmao. But I’ve moved on and the past is in the past and that’s what shaped me into the person I am today. But it’s been a hell of a decade, lot of bad things of happened... and I can’t lie SOME good things have happened but it’s better to think of the good things like hitting 1,000 subs which is something I never thought would happen ever. Chuck E. Cheese Share The Joy - Rochester, NY (2018) Big Chuck 2019-12-22 | This is Share the Joy filmed at the CEC in Rochester, New York. I filmed this in November 2018 which was my first time visiting Rochester years after my first visit. Chuck E's eyes weren't adjusted that day so that sucks but it was fixed by my next visit :) And yes I waited a year to upload this lol. I will check if I have any older Christmas videos to upload while it's still Christmastime but I still have some more North Bergen, Deptford, and Princeton videos to upload so they will be uploaded in the next few days. I still haven't heard much about Union and they haven't started construction on the new store as of this week so it's safe to say it won't be here for a while :( I really hope a new store opens because there really isn't any nearby stores and even though I always go to East Hanover and stuff, I have to drive a distance to get there and I can't just drive 4 mins just to go to CEC. Bergen, NJ Big Chuck 2019-12-21 | Been a little while since I posted but I have a bunch of Christmas videos I planned on uploading throughout December but I ended up not uploading them. Chuck E. Cheese Cookies For Santa - Deptford, NJ Big Chuck 2019-12-06 | First upload of December! Very excited that Christmas is coming up and I might get the chance to visit CEC more! Of course I can't go to the Union CEC anymore but I could make the drive to visit existing stage stores. My current local CEC is Jersey City which I've never been to and my second local is Staten Island which I never went to lol. But I will still visit the same stores I visit all the time like Edison and East Hanover.Looks like 2.0 remodels in New Jersey have been delayed yet again. As of now, Bridgewater's remodel has been moved to March and Princeton will likely be sometime next year around that time. Since they won't start working on new union until the construction team comes next year, we can assume it will be a while before they open as well. Chuck E. Cheese Share The Joy - North Bergen, NJ Big Chuck 2019-11-29 | Something seems to happen after Turkey Day, now people are moving and grooving in a different way. I wanted to upload a North Bergen video this weekend and bc of that line in the song that says after Turkey day. Share the Joy was originally on the Xmas '91 show with Scott, Karlissa, and Bob West. It was re-recorded the following year with Charles and Annagrey and that was imo the best version. They used that version again in 1993 and 1998 and it didn't return until Holiday 2014 came out and they wanted to put a good original song in the show so they re-recorded it with the newer va's and Annagrey did her lines over again so that was cool. With the (terrible) replacement of Annagrey Labasse with Caroline Richardson for the voice of Helen, they redid her lines and for whatever reason redid Munch's line "who saw the guiding light out on the snowy sky". He sounds dumb but no one really has said anything about it from 2016. Share The Joy was actually one of the first songs North Bergen's 1-Stage played. They opened in December 1993 and Holiday '93 was playing so STJ was among the songs played at its grand opening! They remodeled to Phase 4 in 2008. This store was actually built underground literally in a parking garage. It's unusual to see a CEC in an underground parking garage but it's still a cool store. And their show is awesome! If you're ever in the area, I would recommend you visit the North Bergen CEC!
