Ahead of the 2026 GS Trophy in Romania, we’re looking back at our unforgettable journey alongside Team USA at the 2024 BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy in Namibia!
We followed Team USA—Kirk Graydon (SC), Billy De Wet (TX), and Scott Acheson (FL)—as 22 international teams descended on the African continent to battle over 1,300 km of brutal African terrain, wild animal encounters, and intense daily special challenges aboard the BMW R 1300 GS.
🌍 WHAT'S NEXT FOR 2026?
The GS Trophy heads to the dense forests, steep elevation changes, and deep river crossings of Romania, where competitors will take on the wilderness aboard trophy-prepped BMW R 12 G/S machines. Good luck to all 2026 competitors!
