231MPH 2JZ Powered Roadster Record Run at El Mirage | RS Garage RS Garage 2025-11-21 | The weekend started with Ryan Bosworth setting a new record in E/BFR at 228mph on a 224mph previous record. Making Ryan a member of the El Mirage 200mph Club, the first of the weekend. Next in the seat of the roadster was Mat Thomas for a fast pass at 231.717mph and a new record in class E/BFR. He was the second person this met to drive the roadster and get into the club.In the 2JZ Powered Datsun Carson May started as a rookie, did several passes to license up and then drove the #3240 Datsun 240Z to 212.862mph and setting a record in class F/BGMS. This was his 5th pass of the SCTA Southern California Timing Association November 2025 meet an it was exciting. Carson got in to the El Mirage 200mph Club! Carson was the third member of the WGBR Team to get into the Dirty Two Club this weekend. Both of these cars are running RSG 1600 series 2JZs, MoTeC M150, Built and Tuned by Jay Meagher.
