Then deinterlaced with QTGMC 'Placebo' to 480p60, resized up to 1080p, and uploaded as a stupidly-huge 20GB lossless file because I'm insane and like wasting time uploading giant trash that YouTube will mangle regardless.This thing is field-blended from a PAL production. Besides the British accents, you can see that they used a Euro Dreamcast (blue logo). Among many other video errors, they neglected to add 7.5 IRE "pedestal" for North America when they did the conversion to NTSC. It's 0 IRE, which is only correct for PAL & the Japanese form of NTSC.
