DIY Arcade Machine Prototype #1 Dani Dögenigt 2023-03-30 | First footage of an arcade project I've been working on for the last year. This is a test of the internals wired up and connected. I will go into details on dogenigt.blogspot.com in the future but a brief explanation:It's based off of an Rpi 3B+ communicating with a Teensy 3.0 board. The teensy takes inputs from a coin acceptor, various arcade buttons, a control panel (the one with the green LCD) and various sensors. A VFD (vacuum flourescent display) display will be mounted on top of the CRT monitor to display credits, score etc. Codes and schematics will be up on my site. Stay tuned!

She wanted to be able to adjust the loop length by "tapping" instead of having a fixed buffer length and the ability to record multiple layers in a single object so I had to read up on using the poke~ object for doing just that. The result is good if you ask me, great flexibilty and lot of potential.

This way we can generate the simplest form of amplitude modulation where the osc input with the lowest frequency lets the other input through. The video demonstrates it all.
