After adding a roof the tps become: Tps = {142, 205, 211,186}. On repeated testing #2 and #3 have no difference. #4 lags behind the others.
A brief comparison of world TPS for the four different 30m/s elevator designs. This test was done to verify the most lag friendly design for current/future elevator based wither skeleton farms.

Today we fix how we remove wither skeletons from the mob cap. The updated 'Full Perimeter Farm' produces over 8.6 skulls/min during a 11 hour test, making it the fastest wither skeleton farm for 1.11 and 1.12.

Here is the WitherVator, my wither skeleton farm for survival minecrafters who just cannot be bothered to dig a full size perimeter. This design produces over 4 skulls/min with only a fraction of the digging.
It can also be built in the 4th subchunk for over 7.5 skulls/min. This requires a full perimeter.
