I'm just a fan sharing the show.This was my very first Metallica show and, on the anniversary of that show, I'm bummed that the complete show is not here on youtube, so I've uploaded it myself.I believe this is the 1st source of this show (there are 3 total sources, with the 3rd one also available here on youtube).Pretty standard setlist for the Poor Touring Me tour -- of course, they played the working version of "Fuel" the next night. All in all, it's a great memory and I kinda wish I'd be able to experience seeing Metallica again for the first time all these years later!

Metallica: Free Show In Philadelphia Drama 1997 Fixxxer07082 2023-05-29 | I don't own this footage....just uploading and sharing it here for preservation. Here's about an hour's worth of local Philadelphia news footage about Metallica's decision to play a free concert in the parking lot of the Corestates Center in Philadelphia. Looking back at this stuff, it's pretty wild to see how demonized the band, their music, and us fans were by local residents, city council members, and even TV news anchors! The bulk of this footage is basically reporting on how the city council members said, "Sure, come on down and play" and then, once local residents grew concerned and voiced their displeasure, the concert was quickly halted and they tried to get Metallica to move it indoors to the Spectrum. Metallica and footage from the show itself shows up around the 24 minute mark, with reporters on the ground behind the barricade.
