She rushes to the lair of the Warlock, a mysterious cat from Lydia's past.Rose begs Warlock to curse her brother. Bitterly, he agrees, and drops Lydia's necklace in his cauldron. The curse on Maxwell is placed, and his children watch in horror. Rose discovers a painting on Warlock's wall. It hits her in the face. Warlock was Lydia's father. Before she can do anything, Warlock punishes Rose as well. Heartbroken, he screams for her to leave, telling her she will now be forced to face the consequences of her actions. She is forced to see the spirits of those in her life who she has wronged. King Romulus, Lydia, Strike, and Lillia all surround her, condoning her actions. She is completely overwhelmed. Several years later, she is murdered by Maxwell and Lydia's son, Ares.
