Here at the Nürburgring, on the main straight, Dragster Mary showed off a jet dragster powered by a Westinghouse J46 WE8 jet engine, which can run on kerosene or a mixture of diesel and gasoline. It develops about 8,600 pounds of thrust, equivalent to about 10,500 hp, and can cover the quarter mile in about 7 seconds. Enjoy! 😉
