Foul-Mouthed Philadelphia QRM K3JRZ On The Air 2024-12-27 | This was recorded on 01/27/2024 at 22:49 UTC on the W3DI VHF repeater in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This behavior has been occurring on several repeaters in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region for several years (that I know of) and it is still occurring.The FCC has been notified about about this multiple times and have been investigating it.
