He deserved so much more, since the first season. I feel he is very well written even if I didn't really enjoyed the plot this season, cause for me, the first season will always be superior ABOUT EVERYTHING 🤍 I kinda saw it coming, but I cried anyway, he was one of my favorite character of the show, and we'll miss him a lot. I feel so sad for Kiara as well, I think their relationship has been set aside this season and I'll NEVER forgive the writers for this! I also thought about the fact that Rudy Pankow wanted to leave the show… maybe he asked for his character to die. Which is his choice and it needs to be accepted. He gave us the best JJ we could ever hopped for. I'm currently reading the creeping shadow (the 4th book of L&C) and since I'm getting news informations that we didn't get in the show, I see a different version of Lockwood's character. His personal story really inspired me for the edit. Don't get me wrong, I took a lot of liberty for it, and some details aren't the same as the books. For example (SPOILERS) Donald & Celia are supposed to die before Jessica, I changed that here. I really wanted to imagine a real family for him before he lost everything. I also tried to make some parallels between his childhood and present time, or Lucy's similarity with Jessica or Lockwood's mom, cause she's such a safe place for him 🤍 I'm not gonna lie, the edit for supposed to be in full black & white 😂 first because l&c is a hard damn show to color, but also because I wanted to make something similar to an edit I've made a year ago and I loved the results!!
