This is a pretty known issue on the X1C printers due to the location the thermistor and heater wires are routed on the printer. I replaced it once before on a different X1C but its been a while and I dont remember a whole lot of the process. I need to get this printer up and running for some planned upgrades and to use it for upcoming build prints. Hearing about quite a few firmware issues was a bit discouraging, but FLSUN just released a fairly large firmware update that is supposed to address many of them.
